6 November 2011: The removal of General Stanley McChrystal last year and the firing of Major General Peter Fuller this past Friday are proof positive that the usurper regime of Barack Hussein Obama have taken political correctness to its big brother neo-communist extreme. Both of these exemplary American field commanders spoke the honest, unvarnished truth in their respective Rolling Stone and Politico.com interviews as the American taxpayer deserves for it to be spoken.

Additionally, I do not doubt for a second that Usurper-In-Chief Obama ordered USMC General John Allen, the commander of U.S. and NATO troops in Afghanistan, to sack MG Peter Fuller. For all of the obvious reasons related to the coming election, this was a political act of cowardice on Obama’s part. It is also the gravest example yet of senior American military officers willingness to execute the illegal orders coming from the White House.

This is the cost to We The People for the gargantuan error in judgment we made on November 4, 2008 and MUST rectify one year from today on November 6, 2012. It’s the least we can do in the manner of an apology to Lt. Col Terry Lakin and all that he has endured in faithfulness to his military oath of office.

11 July 2011: Just after 10:00 a.m. on March 23rd, 1973, John Dean, White House counsel to former President Richard M. Nixon advised Nixon of a “a cancer within-close to the presidency, that’s growing. It’s growing daily.” Within the same breath, he advised Nixon that “people are going to start perjuring themselves very quickly that have not had to perjure themselves to protect other people and the like.” That cancer became known as “Watergate,” and eventually led to Nixon’s resignation.

Nearly forty years later, another “scandal,” exponentially larger than Watergate, has the potential to bring down the occupant of the oval office along with other high ranking officials. While no one was murdered as a result of Watergate, two law enforcement officers are dead because of the current “scandal” that is leading closer and closer to the highest levels of the Obama administration, including the Department of Justice and the U.S. State Department.

Obama’s “war on guns”

After taking office, Barack Hussein Obama began a coordinated effort with U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder and Secretary of State Hillary Clinton to control the purchases and ownership of guns in the United States. To justify the implementation of tougher gun control laws and in a direct assault on the Second Amendment of the U.S. Constitution, this administration cited a statement made to Congress by William Hoover, Assistant Director for Field Operations for the BATFE on February 7, 2008. According to that report, 90 percent of the weapons used by the Mexican drug cartels were purchased from or originated from the U.S.

That stunning revelation empowered the Obama administration to solicit public support for banning so-called assault weapons in the U.S., and calling for tougher gun control laws. The problem, however, is that the 2008 statement is disingenuous at best.

First and perhaps most transparent, it has been noted that only 1 in 5 guns that have been recovered in Mexico actually underwent any form of tracing, leaving 80% untraced. Accordingly, the 90 percent figure is already factually inaccurate.

Secondly and perhaps the most scandalous of all is that all figures of cited by this administration pertaining to weapons tracing include weapons sold to the Mexican military via U.S. arms-trading policies under programs such as Direct Commercial Sales (DCS) initiatives. The fact is that the bulk of the arms used by the Mexican drug cartels did not – and do not originate from gun shop sales in the U.S., but from U.S. government sponsored programs that sell weapons and ammunition to the Mexican military as well as other third-world nations.

Many of the weapons used in Mexico and counted in border violence statistics actually arrived in that area from Central American countries involved in U.S. government sanctioned programs administered by the Pentagon and with the knowledge and imprimatur of the U.S. State Department.

Interestingly, confirmation of the government’s programs and knowledge by government officials, particularly Hillary Clinton was made public by the recent release of State Department cables published by Wikileaks. The cables prove that the U.S. State Department and Hillary Clinton knew the origins of the bulk of the weapons used by the Mexican drug cartels, although kept this information secret for the greater agenda of U.S. gun control.

Meanwhile, it appears that the Obama administration via Eric Holder, used various weapons tracking programs already implemented to inflate the statistics involving guns originating in the U.S. to advance even tougher gun control measures.

Research and investigation indicates that a series of programs implemented under the umbrella of a government sanctioned program known “Project Gunrunner” were purposely exploited with the knowledge and consent of government officials at the highest of levels.

Project Gunrunner

Part of the Southwest Border Initiative (SBI), Project Gunrunner was an operation that was started under the Bush administration. Ostensibly, the program was established to conduct surveillance, identify and stop the flow of weapons from the U.S. into Mexico and eventually into the possession of drug cartels. The pilot project was initiated in Laredo, Texas by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (BATFE) in 2005.

In April of 2006, the program was expanded to a national level as a weapons interdiction program under the BATFE, formerly known as the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms (ATF).. Project Gunrunner also involved the use of an Internet based weapon tracking system known as eTrace, a program that would permit participating law enforcement agencies to track the origin of confiscated or questionable guns, through their serial numbers, to their point of origin.

On April 10, 2008, former Attorney General Michael Mukasey briefed the U.S. Senate Committee on Appropriations on the status of the project. At that time, Mukasey stated that the “ATF has approximately 148 special agents…and 56 industry operation investigators (IOI) responsible for conducting regulatory inspections.” Mukasey also stated that the ATF “is also expanding its presence at the El Paso Intelligence Center (EPIC) which serves as the central repository and “clearinghouse” for all weapons related intelligence collected and developed by ATF’s field personnel and attaches in Mexico as well as by all other Federal, State and local law enforcement entities involved in narcotics interdiction and investigation along the U.S./Mexico border.”

By 2009, Project Gunrunner resulted in approximately 650 criminal cases being filed against about 1400 defendants. These cases involved about 12,000 firearms.

It is relevant to point out here that “Project Gunwalker” is not the name of any ATF operation, but a satirical moniker attached to Project Gunrunner.

Operation Fast & Furious

Under the Obama administration, “Operation Fast and Furious” was launched in early 2009. Under the umbrella of Project Gunrunner, The BATFE commissioned gun shops in the U.S. to sell weapons to known criminal suspects. Ostensibly, this operation was for interdiction purposes, but the agents involved were ordered not to interdict the weapons. What resulted was a mass amount of weapons that actually and genuinely originated in the U.S., with the knowledge and approval of the BATFE, being permitted to “walk” unmolested across the southern border (hence the satirical name “gunwalker”).

From early 2009 through December 2010, this process was repeated over and over in the southern U.S. despite the objections of numerous BATFE agents and gun shop owners. During this time, several agents began to notify congress and became “whistleblowers” about the stand-down orders.

On December 14, 2010, the inevitable happened. U.S. Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry was gunned down in Rio Rico, Arizona by an AK-47 that was “walked” across the U.S. Mexican border with the knowledge and allowance of the BATFE.

In addition to Agent Terry, Immigration Customs Enforcement Agent Jaime Zapata was also killed in a separate incident by a weapon allowed to “walk” into Mexico from the U.S.

With the tragic death of agents Terry and Zapata, the blame began to shift to those knowledgeable about the operation, including the acting director of the BATFE Kenneth Melson.

Much bigger than being reported

Unfortunately, the arguably illegal and certainly ill advised methodology implemented by the BATFE is not limited to the Project Gunrunner offshoot of “Operation Fast & Furious.” Other similar operations, each with the apparent knowledge and approval of the U.S. Justice Department, began to spring up elsewhere. There was also Operation Castaway in Tampa, which mirrored the methods of lack of interdiction as Operation Fast & Furious.

According to several agents who are now ready to offer testimony, each operation where weapons were allowed to “walk” into Mexico from the U.S. was approved at the highest levels of the United States Department of Justice and the U.S. Department of State. Some believe that operations of this magnitude could not have been possible without the knowledge and approval of Obama himself.

Almost 40 years after the biggest scandal to rock the nation, it is again time to ask the question to Eric Holder, Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama under oath and in front of congress: What did you know and when did you know it?

When Current Events Meet Bible Prophecy

30 May 2011: As we have recently seen with the completely avoidable Harold Camping fiasco, the interpretation of Divinely inspired prophecy from the pages of the Holy Bible, literally the Word of God, are on the whole not something that any man or woman can inject one's own theories, numerology or non-exegetical interpretations into, for what one will inevitably end up with is what is known as eisegesis - a bald-faced embarrassment and an unmitigated failure that has nothing to do with the prophetic Word of God. The key to avoiding such false prophetic nonsense is provided in the Bible and best summarized in a single verse found in 2 Timothy 2:15. "be diligent to present yourself approved to God -- a workman irreproachable, rightly dividing the word of the truth." The phrase "rightly dividing" comes from a single Greek word, orthotomeō, which means to cut straight ways through the Word of God, or in other words, to use the Bible to interpret the Bible; to engage in exegesis instead of eisegesis to learn what the Bible actually says about future events.

This year we have been witness to what the for-hire corporate media love to call the "Arab Spring." It is inevitably portrayed by the for-hire corporate media as multitudes of Arab youth, from North Africa to the far eastern tip of the Arabian Peninsula yearning to break free of oppressive rulers in order to establish democratic societies like our own. Nothing could be further from the truth. The for-hire corporate media is unqualified to accurately report the truth of these uprisings to you because they are wanton dhimmitude partners of the Islamic al-taqiyya, the dissimulation, the lies of what these revolts are really all about. And what they are really all about is nothing less than the complete and utter destruction of the State of Israel, a campaign of ethnic cleansing, of Jewish annihilation, which the grandfathers and the fathers of these youth began in earnest in late 1947 and have continued in fits and spurts and outright wars for 63 years right up to the present.

In Bible prophecy the objective of this ongoing Arab islamic war against Israel is found is a Psalm written by the little-known and widely unrecognized prophet Asaph. Aspah was more renknowned as a musician and singer in the court of King David of Israel in the days even prior to when Israel would build its first Temple for YHWH (I AM THAT I AM) on Mount Moriah in Jerusalem. Psalm 83 is Asaph's Divinely inspired (spoken through the leading the the Holy Spirit (Ruach haKodesh)) imprecatory prayer to YHWH to preserve Israel from a group of enemies that surround the nation and whose intent is to cut Israel off from being a sovereign nation so that the name of Israel would never be remembered in the future.

The Psalm 83 prophecy has been a prophecy in the process of literal fulfillment since 1947-48, and according to other Bible prophecies it is very soon to conclude in one, final catastrophic defeat of all the precisely named Arab Islamic nations which come against Israel: Lebanon (Hezbollah), Syria (Damascus is to be utterly obliterated according to Isaiah 17), the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan (most of which will become Israel proper according to Ezekiel 39:11), Saudi Arabia, Egypt and the Philistines (Palestinians) of both Gaza, the West Bank and the Sinai. This will be the end result of the so-called "Arab Spring" and we may have only as long as this fall to wait for it to begin.

18 May 2011: In the U.S., under the Obama-Holder “Justice” Department, which can be considered a policy extension and acceleration of the former administration and Department of Justice policies in many ways, it is certain that “something really wrong is going on here.”

Many might recall the scene in the 1979 hit movie And Justice For All when star Al Pacino, cast as lawyer Arthur Kirkland, delivered his opening statement to the jury in the packed courtroom of Judge Francis Rayford, played by actor Jack Warden. Sick of the injustice system that would allow a guilty man to go free and innocent men jailed, Pacino stated about his own client, “That man is guilty! That man, there, that man is a slime! he is a slime! If he’s allowed to go free, then something really wrong is going on here!”

At that point, Judge Rayford angrily slammed his gavel and retorted “Mr. Kirkland you are out of order!” Attorney Kirkland then responded with a full throttle meltdown, shouting ”You’re out of order! You’re out of order! The whole trial is out of order! They’re out of order! [...] It’s just a show! It’s a show!” As he was being dragged from the courtroom by bailiffs, Kirkland (Pacino) added ” Hold it! Hold it! I just completed my opening statement!”

The opening statement of this article bears repeating. “Something really wrong is going on here.”

Consider the following two unrelated cases, one involving a Marine who served two tours of duty in Iraq and was shot dead in his Tucson, Arizona home by a Pima County SWAT team, and the other involving the raid on a Florida mosque where three Muslims were arrested on suspicion of providing aid to the Taliban. I don’t believe there can be two more different approaches than represented by these two cases. One case involves a U.S. Marine veteran, the other a mosque whose leaders are under indictment for providing aid to the Taliban.

In the case of at Jose Guerena, the Marine who served two tours of duty in Iraq, a Pima County, Arizona SWAT team were serving a narcotics conspiracy warrant at his home earlier this month. Guerena, who had been sleeping just two hours after working his shift at a local mine, was awakened y screams from his wife when she observed an unidentified man with a gun outside of their home. She grabbed her baby and hid in a closet as Guerena grabbed a rifle and proceeded to investigate. He was shot dead inside the sanctity of his own home, in the U.S. and not by some sniper in Iraq. In total, seventy-one rounds were fired at Guerena.

To make matters worse – much worse, medical treatment was withheld by the SWAT team, according to his widow and verified by police and medical logs. At this point, it would appear that Guerena was startled awake and thinking he was protecting his family from a possible home invasion, stumbled onto a police raid. He never had a chance.

As a result of the lax border security at the hands of DHS Secretary Janet Napolitano, there has been a sharp rise in home invasions in Tucson over the last few years. Of course, one would not know that by the “cocky football spiking” Obama from his recent speech in El Paso, where he mocked and ridiculed anyone who dared to question the state of U.S.-Mexico border insecurity.

Now, consider the raid on a south Florida Mosque at about 6:00 a.m. Saturday by dozens of heavily armed federal agents. They pounded on the door of the Masjid Jamaat Al-Mumineen mosque in Miami-Dade county, armed with warrants for Muslims who are suspected of a long-running conspiracy to murder, maim and kidnap people overseas in support of the Taliban. As morning prayers were in progress inside the mosque, the armed agents respectfully waited until the prayers ended, and then entered the mosque only after removing their footwear.

The raid at the mosque resulted in three arrests: Imam Hafiz Muhammed Sher Ali Khan and his two sons, Izhar Khan and Irfan Khan. Irfan Khan was arrested in Los Angeles.

Additionally, three others named in the indictment are currently at large in Pakistan. They are identified as Ali Rehman (a/k/a Faisal Ali Rehman), Amina Khan (a/k/a Amina Bibi), the daughter of Hafiz Khan, and her son, Alam Zeb, who is also Khan’s grandson.

Yes, “something really wrong is going on here.”

Now Intel already leaking to media facts surrounding how info obtained. Namely from enhanced interrogation efforts via GITMO prisoners. Obama administration placed in corner on this. Some media aware of danger to president RE this and attempting protection. Others looking for further investigation. We are pushing for them to follow through and already meeting with some access.

Point of determination (to take out Osama bin Laden) made FOR Obama not BY Obama. Will clarify as details become more clear. Very clear divide between Military and WH. Jarrett marginalized 100% on decision to take out OBL. She played no part. BD worked with LP and HC to form coalition to force CoC to engage.

IMPORTANT SPECIFIC: When 48 hour go order issued, CoC was told, not requested. Administration scrambled to abort. That order was overruled. This order did not originate from CoC. Repeat – this order did not originate from CoC. He complied, but did not originate.

The killing of Osama Bin Laden was in fact a Coup within Obama WH.

Was that accurate?A: I was told – in these exact terms, “we overruled him.” (Obama) I have since followed up and received further details on exactly what that meant, as well as the specifics of how Leon Panetta worked around the president’s “persistent hesitation to act.” There appears NOT to have been an outright overruling of any specific position by President Obama, simply because there was no specific position from the president to do so. President Obama was, in this case, as in all others, working as an absentee president.

Congressional Medal of Honor: EOD2 Mike Monsoor

04 May 2011: PO2 (EOD2)(Explosive Ordnance Disposal) Mike Monsoor, a Navy EOD Technician, was awarded the Congressional Medal of Honor posthumously for jumping on a grenade in Iraq, giving his life to save his fellow SEALs.

During Mike Monsoor's funeral in San Diego, as his coffin was being moved from the hearse to the grave site at Ft. Rosecrans National Cemetery, SEALs were lined up on both sides of the pallbearer's route forming a column of two's, with the coffin moving up the center. As Mike's coffin passed, each SEAL, having removed his gold Trident from their uniform, slapped it down embedding the Trident in the wooden coffin.

The slaps were audible from across the cemetery; by the time the coffin arrived grave side, it looked as though it had a gold inlay from all the Tridents pinned to it. This was a fitting send-off for a warrior hero.

This should be front-page news instead of the crap we see every day.

Since the media won't make this news, I choose to make it news by forwarding it onto you guys. I am damn proud of our military. If you are proud too, please pass this on. If not then rest assured that these fine men and women of our military will continue to serve and protect.

Usama bin Laden is DEAD

Update: 02 May 2011: The government of Pakistan is now the primary target for the Pakistani Taliban (TTP - a coalition of various Pakistani jihadi groups tied to Al Qaeda) and the USA is second on their target list.

"Now Pakistani rulers, President Zardari and the army will be our first targets. America will be our second target," Ihsanullah Ihsan, a spokesman for Tehrik-i-Taliban Pakistan (TTP), or Taliban Movement of Pakistan, told Reuters by telephone from an undisclosed location.

With the Pakistani ISI a government benefactor for the Pakistani Taliban this might well set in motion an uprsing in Pakistan with more acute islamic religious fervor than seen in islamic countries futher to the west recently. I would surmise that a renewed full-scale battle for control of Pakistan and its nuclear weapons arsenal is the end-sum objective of the Pakistani Taliban. Those nukes could be used against US bases in the region of southwest Asia or against the US homeland or interests elsewhere.

02 May 2011: Late this evening the sitting President of the United States stated:

"Today, at my direction, the United States launched a targeted operation against that compound in Pakistan. a small team of Americans carried out the operation with extraordinary courage and capability."

Obama also said the operation was the result of a tip that surfaced last August that Usama bin Laden might have been located in Pakistan.

Now we await the details of this very special, covert military operation. Very probably this was a joint CIA and US SOF (Special Operations Forces) operation aided greatly by an element within the Pakistani government that was as far removed from the Islamist elementof the Pakistani ISI as it could possibly be. It is a major miracle this strike in Pakistan was not compromised before it could be executed. Let's hope an intelligence treasure trove was recovered along with bin Laden's corpse, something that will assist in executing similar operations against the surviving AQ leadership cadre.

Now around the world we are on heightened alert for Al Qaeda terrorist retaliation. They have always threatened that should Usama bin Laden be martyred by the US that act would set off major retaliatory actions of their own.

Now more than ever, if you see something, say something.

However, this victory cannot pass without acknowledging the truth of the matter: Usama bin Laden was never a threat. His mindless islamic terrorists have always been the threat and Usama bin Laden's death does not change that fact.

Until Al Qaeda has been killed off we must always be vigilent against the threat posed by these terrorists and their islamic and dhimmi allies. This increase in the threat level is quite temporary.

When U.S. forces killed Al Qaeda terrorist Abu Mus'ab Al-ZARQAWI in Iraq there was a temporary increase in the threat level from Al Qaeda in Iraq. The expected retribution campaign never materialized. We were waiting for his minions to pop out of their hidey-holes and we killed them as they emerged, one by one, and then enmasse. Today most people have long forgotten about al-Zarqawi simply because he is dead and his terrorist organization a mere footnote in history.

Dead and forgotten, just like Usama bin Laden will soon be.

27 March 2011: Prior to United Nations sanctioned military action by the West (EU, US, CAN) the Western media was prompt to report to our population the urgent calls from the fighters and civilians on the ground opposing Qaddafi and the Arab League for our intervention; to save the Libyan people from Qaddafi’s genocide.

Who started this war in Libya, and under what ideological banner?

Could it be the same group of Islamic agitators as exists elsewhere in the world – Islamic fundamentalists? The al-Ikhwan al-Muslimun. The Muslim Brotherhood. This is same group and Islamist ideology the socialist left in the West loves to promote as a cause célèbre. Freedom fighters and defenders of the common Muslim men, women and children against the anti-democratic despots and their totalitarian regimes supported by the West to the tune of billions of dollars for decades. The corporate media in the US have even gone so far as to heap praise and hero worship upon the anti-Qaddafi fighters, including suicide and IED bombers identical to those repeatedly attacking major Western cities such as Jerusalem, Madrid, Paris, London, New York City and Washington, D.C. This is the same ideology as is being opposed by our nation’s finest heroes and our dwindling treasury in Afghanistan and Iraq for the better part of the past 10 years, and was completely unopposed in any meaningful way going back to the first WTC bombing in 1993.

So we find ourselves intervening in an illegal, undeclared war in Libya, characterized by our national leadership as a “kinetic military action,” for the purpose of preventing genocide against the same Islamic “freedom fighters” as we have fought against all this time in Afghanistan and Iraq. Tell me, why are our armed forces responding to the Libyan civil war? Does not the Arab League possess enough military hardware, fighting men and treasury to oppose Qaddafi and they have consistently done against the State of Israel for the past 63 years? Why do the Arab Muslims need our military forces to do their dirty work? We’re told by our national leadership that our efforts in Libya will ultimate result in democracy coming to the Libyan people. Really? Do they mean the same kind of democracy that came to the Gaza Strip or Lebanon?

There is enough information in this brief article to wake up all but the most comatose, consciousness-suspended or gleefully misinformed among us regarding the reality of the situation. In case you’re still unsure about that which I write, allow me to be as blunt as Diana West has been: Our military forces have joined the Islamic Jihad. So how does it feel to be the Global Jihad’s rent-a-cop?

24 March 2010: President Obama fully and intentionally skirted the U.S. Constitution in illegally ordering the Pentagon to commence acts of war against Libya. In light of this fact President Obama’s orders to the U.S. military to execute these attacks in Libya constitutes an illegal order under the Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ).

Members of the US Armed Forces who obey illegal orders are subject to criminal prosecution.

Per the Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ):

Section 16c(1)(c): Lawfulness. A general order or regulation is lawful unless it is contrary to the Constitution, the laws of the United States, or lawful superior orders or for some other reason is beyond the authority of the official issuing it.

Section 14c(2)(a)(i): Inference of lawfulness. A order requiring the performance of a military duty or act may be inferred to be lawful and it is disobeyed at the peril of the subordinate. This inference does not apply to a patently illegal order, such as one that directs the commission of a crime.

Such illegal orders are a crime as in war crime, an international war crime at that. These illegal orders can apply as war crimes in the International Court of Justice subjecting every member of the US Armed Forces, from the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff down to the lowest ranking service member who carried out these orders, to trial and punishment outside of any American jurisdiction.

The UCMJ allows for the disobedience of illegal orders because such orders constitute a crime, or be part of a criminal conspiracy, either under military, civilian or international law.

I urge both Republican and Democrat members of our House of Representatives and Senate to immediately begin impeachment proceedings against President Barack Hussein Obama II and to immediately direct our National Military Command Authority to halt all military operations against Libya.

"Homeless" Man Hussain Hashem al-Hussaini is "John Doe #2" in Oklahoma bombing

11 March 2011: On Wednesday, a “homeless man” was arrested in the Boston suburb of Quincy, Massachusetts, on a charge of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon after allegedly striking another man with a beer bottle. His name is Hussain Hashem al-HUSSAINI, although has several other aliases and a previous arrest record.

His arrest would have likely gone unnoticed except for the tenacious investigative journalism conducted in the months and years following the 1995 bombing of the Murrah Federal Building in Oklahoma City by author and investigative journalist Jayna Davis. Ms. Davis, a former reporter for KFOR-TV at the time of the bombing, identified al HUSSAINI as the “John Doe #2” in the April 19, 1995 bombing that claimed the lives of 168 people, including 22 children, three who were unborn. Her investigation is chronicled in her book, The Third Terrorist, and is an important investigative report into the actual events that took place in the months, days and weeks leading to the bombing, and perhaps even more importantly, in the years afterward.

The disheveled homeless man arrested this week is at the epicenter of a plot that involves not only domestic terrorism, but the inexcusable failures and activities of the FBI that led directly to the events of September 2001. Ms. Davis documented the direct involvement of a Muslim terrorist operation involved in the 1995 bombing, and attempted to warn the FBI of additional attacks being planned. Despite impeccable documentation compiled by Ms. Davis that I personally reviewed in my capacity as an investigator, her warnings went unheeded. Six years later, the worst attack on American soil killed another 3,000 people. It is my belief that the attacks of 9/11 could have been stopped had the FBI acted upon the evidence she submitted to the FBI.

Instead, twenty-two witness affidavits she compiled and submitted to the FBI in January 1999 that, in part, connect al HUSSAINI to the events of the bombing “disappeared.” Those affidavits contain sworn statements of multiple witnesses who placed al HUSSAINI in the company of Timothy McVeigh prior to the bombing, exiting the Ryder truck that was used for the bombing, and speeding away from the area just prior to the blast. Despite solid witness statements, the FBI reportedly failed to interview al HUSSAINI.

In addition to the “hands-off” approach with al HUSSAINI, the FBI continues to refuse the release of closed circuit camera footage that exists of McVeigh and “John Doe #2” as they exited the Ryder truck in front of the Murrah Building. Why?

Leading up to, and at the time of, the Oklahoma City bombing, Hussain al HUSSAINI worked for a property management company owned by a Middle Eastern businessman who was suspected of having ties to the Palestinian Liberation Organization(PLO). Six months prior to the bombing, this man hired several former Iraqi soldiers. Four years earlier, he had been convicted of federal insurance fraud.

Investigation in Boston
In mid-May 2005, I personally conducted an on-site investigation of “John Doe #2” in Boston. My confidential 30-page investigative report was submitted to the U.S. Department of Justice on 1 June 2005. The information contained in that report verified all of the relevant aspects of Ms. Davis’ claims as they pertained to Hashem al-Hussaini. The following is a redacted version of my partial investigative findings from 2005.

Hussain Hashem al-Hussaini
The primary subject of this investigation is Hussain al HUSSAINI, an Iraqi national who has been identified in sworn witness statements obtained by Ms. Davis as, in part:

Accompanying Timothy McVeigh in the Ryder truck used to deliver the bomb to the Murrah Federal Building on 19 April 1995;

Stepping out of the Ryder truck at ground zero minutes before the blast;

Speeding away from downtown Oklahoma City immediately after the detonation of the truck bomb;

Being seen in the company of Timothy McVeigh a various times and locations prior to 19 April 1995.

Hussain al HUSSAINI, a former member of the Iraqi military and Saddam’s elite Republican Guard, currently resides in Braintree, (Norfolk County) Massachusetts, a southern suburb of Boston. As well documented in The Third Terrorist by Jayna Davis, al HUSSAINI came to the U.S. following the Persian Gulf War in 1991 under the guise of escaping persecution from the Iraqi dictator. Because of the significant number of refugees admitted into the U.S. and other factors, the checks-and-balances that were (or should have been) in place to verify the authenticity of those seeking entry into this county were admittedly strained or not properly implemented. Regardless of the reason, al HUSSAINI remains living in the U.S. as of the date of this report.

Subsequent to the Oklahoma City bombing, al HUSSAINI moved to Dallas, Texas, and then to Boston, Massachusetts, where he worked at Boston Logan International Airport. At that time, he resided with two Iraqi men (brothers) who provided food catering services for the commercial airlines at Boston Logan during the time leading up to and including September 11, 2001.

The two Iraqi brothers referenced above have been identified as Khalid [REDACTED] and Majed [REDACTED]. They both continue to reside in Braintree, Massachusetts. Due to their close proximity to the primary subject and their activities in Oklahoma City near the time of the 1995 bombing, this investigator has also conducted comprehensive database research and an on-site investigation and covert surveillance to update their activities as well.

Both men were observed at their residence. The activities of both men were documented, and their activities undocumented by law enforcement, according to a source contacted within the FBI. According to this source, they have “no interest” in either subject.

Multiple Identities
Investigation determined that Hussain al HUSSAINI possesses a social security number issued in 1994 in the state of Massachusetts. For reasons unclear, it was reissued in Texas in 1995. Several dates of birth are associated with al HUSSAINI, all listing his month and year of birth as September 1965. He also has a lengthy list of aliases, including but not limited to Hussain Hashem Jassem Al-Hussaini, Hussain Hashem Al-Hussaini, Hanan Hashim Jassem Al-Hussaini, Adnan Hashim Jassem Al-Hussaini, Salem Hashim Al-Hussaini and eleven others.

Neighbors as well as fellow employees knew him simply as “Sammy.”

At the time of this investigation, al HUSSAINI was working as a landscaper while living with his 30-year-old American girlfriend, her father, and a two-and-a-half year old daughter. He has resided at this location since 1997. Distinctive in his appearance, he has tattoo reflective of his association with Saddam Hussein's formerly elite Iraqi Republican Guard.

Also at the time of this investigation, the two Iraqi brothers who provided food catering services at Boston Logan on 9/11 were investigated. The reports of their activities, although redacted here, were detailed in my 2005 report submitted to the U.S. Department of Justice. Yet, much like the warnings of Ms. Davis, nothing has taken place.

Foreboding prediction?
Confidential psychiatric records confirm that in 1997, Hussain al-Hussaini made a foreboding prediction about a future event to take place at Boston Logan International Airport, the point of origin for two of the four hijacked flights that slammed into the World Trade Center on September 11, 2001.

According to those records and prior to 9/11, al-Hussaini suffered anxiety so acute regarding his airport job at Boston Logan International that he checked into a psychiatric hospital to seek treatment for recurring panic attacks. When asked about the source of his trepidation, he told his therapist “if something happens there, I will be a suspect.”

Interestingly, only days after my investigation into the activities of Hussain al HUSSAINI, he “disappeared.” He left his residence of eight years and slipped quietly into the shadows of Boston, only to be found homeless and facing criminal charges this week.

Something is terribly wrong with the FBI’s handling of the 1995 bombing and the events leading up to and including the attacks of September 11, 2001. Something at the highest levels of government that continue through the present.

"Has America's Playing Nuclear Patty-Cake With Egypt Been A Bad Idea?"

27 February 2011: It was just too hard to resist making the title of this report a parody of the Geico rhetorical question advertising campaign featuring actor Mike McGlone. So tell me, "has America's playing nuclear patty-cake with Egypt been a bad idea?" After reading this article you will know why it was a very bad idea.

Now that the restraining influence of President Hosni Mubarak is gone, it would appear to be a very bad idea. And the strong support former President Mubarak's government had previously received from most of the key nations involved in the Middle East for the past 30 years, primarily Israel and the United States, will now come into clearer into focus and scrutiny. You see, Hosni Mubarak was the key figure in keeping a previously clandestine Egyptian nuclear weapons program under tight controls; a nuclear weapons program manifest in the image seen above of the Argentina-built 22-megawatt reactor located in Egypt's Nile Delta town of Inshas.

It would seem that friendly regimes, long-standing allies, can have a clandestine nuclear weapons program because they've shown themselves capable of not behaving badly as in the case of the world's largest supporter on international Islamic terrorism, the Islamic Republic of Iran.

In just a couple of days new information is going to be in published in the media which details certain facts about the Egyptian nuclear weapons program which is now, thanks to the amateurish and extremely ill-advised pressure from Obama and his friends in throwing Hosni Mubarak under the bus, clearly within the grasp of the Islamo-Nazi fundamentalists of Egypt's al-Ikhwan al-Muslimun (Muslim Brotherhood).

The United States Intelligence Community (USIC) has just assessed, based upon direct knowledge of the Egyptian nuclear progam since the mid-1980s, that a nuclear weapons capability is well within the grasp of either the Egyptain armed forces or the Ikhwan in their ongoing power struggle in Egypt. The Ikhwan clearly have the upper-hand and the organizational edge in the struggle, and may well represent the coming "power of a cruel master, and a fierce king will rule over them" declared by the Lord Almighty in Isaiah 19:4. Of course, the Ikhwan covertly exist within the Egyptian armed forces, so the ultimate Egyptian power-broker could well be a combination of the two.

The USIC has revealed that Egypt has quietly acquired nuclear weapons technology and material from China, North Korea and Pakistan, in addition to biological and chemical weapons capabilities, and Hosni Mubarak was the key factor in ensuring that an Egyptian nuclear breakout would not occur. Otherwise the United States would have been all over Egypt as we have been for over a decade regarding the Iranian nuclear weapons program. The key controlling factor of Hosni Mubarak no longer exists. However, even during his tenure between 1990 and 2003 Egypt is known to have conducted 16 secret nuclear experiments under the command of Brigadier General Ahmed Nashet. In this same period Egypt acquired a Russian-made cyclotron for advanced uranium enrichment, and the Argentines designed the Inshas nuclear reactor to produce weapons-grade plutonium.

The bottom-line USIC assessments is that Egypt now has the resources to complete the production of nuclear warheads and a missile-borne delivery system of at least 1,000 kilometers (621 miles). How convenient! The distance between Cairo and Tel Aviv is less than half of that, and Cairo to Dimona is a mere stones throw. Worse, there's a common border between Egyptian Sinai and the Israeli Negev were smuggling is rampant.

Caroline’s article provides in-depth coverage of most the major issues (i.e. threats to world peace and U.S. national security) in which this administration’s blatant “ideologically motivated” incompetence and deliberate “strategic dementia” is leading the world down a path to an apocalypse which the Iranian Ayatollah and his sock puppet so fervently dream of. Indeed, all that will soon be left is for the Iranian’s to step in to fill the vacuum the Obama Administration is creating.

08 February 2011: Unlike the Inept-in-Chief, his Ikhwan advisors and appointed incompetents in the U.S. State Department who have been attempting to micromanage the crisis in Egypt via remote control, there are other forces at work that have real boots on the ground in the former land of the Pharaohs.

When Obama & Company declared that the transition from Hosni Mubarak’s rule to whatever is supposed to come next had to begin “now” with Mubarak’s immediate resignation, they utterly failed to account for specific provisions of the Egyptian Constitution.

Not 24 hours later and still breathless from all of the overnight backpedalling, they realized the enormity of their sophomoric gaffe and then demanded that Mubarak sign all the documents necessary to transition the government to whatever it may be next and demand yet again the he get the heck out of Cairo “yesterday” Isn’t this the same kind of over-the-top, pompous American arrogance that Obama went on a world tour to apologize for? What is obvious here is that our king, The One, not only has no clothes on, but he has no alibi.

Benjamin Netanyahu and the Israeli government, are you paying attention to this? Do you really want these people working as a “good offices” intermediary on the issues of Israeli sovereignty and “Palestinian” statehood? I should hope not. I should hope that Israel answers to a Higher Authority than the current occupant of the Oval Office.

Now, about those other forces. If you listen to the MSM they’re all gaga over the presence of Code Pink in Cairo’s Tahrir Square protests. Code Pink is a Leftist distraction involved on a Middle Eastern tour courtesy of the Ikhwan Travelling Three-Ring Circus.

The real boots on the ground are the Ikhwan’s “A-Teams,” the Takfir wal Hijra and HAMAS in Gaza. These Islamic purists, born and bred of the al-Ikhwan al-Muslimun, are killing Egyptian security forces in running gun battles in the Sinai, in the border town of Rafah and conducting hit-and-run military operations like the one last weekend near Al-Arish that took out a natural gas pipeline serving Israel and Jordan. Half of Israel’s electricity comes from that gas. This occurred in the same timeframe as Egypt’s receiving permission for a waiver of the Egyptian-Israel peace treaty to deploy a couple of combat brigades into the Sinai. Eventually the other real boots on the ground, the IDF, will have to do something to both contain HAMAS and the other Gaza terrorists and to maintain the increasing threat to its peace treaty with Egypt.

These are the real issues that need to be addressed to make sense of the current chaotic scenario unfolding in Egypt. Jordan and the Saudi’s are also threatened by these same forces. And Lebanon, now firmly in Iranian orbit and guarded by Hezbollah and IRGC regulars, is a time bomb whose detonation will occur much sooner than expected. It is in America’s utmost national security interest to have these issues dealt with resolutely by experienced professionals. Keeping our B-Team on the job is a recipe for an unprecedented disaster of Biblical proportions. I’m sorry to say it may be unavoidable at this late stage; it is prophetic as seen in Director Hagmann’s report on Isaiah 19 HERE.

UK on higher alert for terror attacks

12 January 2011: The New York Times reported Saturday that British authorities “raised the level of terrorism alerts at transport hubs including railroad stations and airports on Friday,” but news here in the U.S. relative to that threat was quickly overshadowed by the mass shooting in Tucson. According to a highly placed domestic intelligence source at Scotland Yard I interviewed yesterday, there is a “deep concern over possible suicide attacks by bombers or teams of bombers, or even attacks by Muslim terrorists using firearms in conjunction with explosives.” The likelihood of these attacks appear to greater at airports, the underground rail and stations.

British authorities raised the alert level for those locations on Friday, while leaving the national terror assessment at “severe,” which is Britain’s second highest level of alert. As reported by the New York Times, holidays for counter-terrorism officials and in some police departments have been cancelled or postponed until further notice.

Additional intelligence indicates possible attack plans by Islamic terrorists against financial centers and political offices. These concerns are immediate and expected to last for the immediate future. “The concerns are based on specific intelligence from our field assets, but I will not expand on that further,” stated this source.

Another Muslim Massacre of Christians

It’s 2 January 2011 and it’s wake up time. Again.

If I had any doubt about a soon-to-occur Islamic coup d’etat occurring in Egypt that doubt vanished with the massacre of Christians during the midnight New Years Day Mass at the Saints Coptic Orthodox Church in Alexandria.

There was obvious collusion and coordination between the Egyptian government security guards and the Islamic jihadists who planned the massacre. The Egyptian government guards abandoned their duty stations around the church just prior to the arrival of a green Skoda automobile and the detonation of a 220 lb bomb laced with nails, ball bearings and thick shards of glass. A bumber sticker on the rear of the Skoda read: “the rest is coming.”

There are many more than just the initial report of 21 dead and 96 injured. The number of dead in particular is well in excess of just 21. That number is based upon the severed arms and legs the Christians had to retreive from in front of the church after covering them with newspapers.

A throng of Muslim jihadists swarmed the scene of the massacre from the mosque across the street and began stomping on and otherwise mutilating the body parts of the dead Christians while shouting “Allah Akhbar.” Some of the Christians body parts landed on the fourth floor of nearby buildings whose windows had been blown out by the detonation.

Just try to imagine that scene. You’re a Christian in Egypt. Dozens of your beloved family and friends lie dead and butchered beyond recognition around you. Blood is everywhere. And the Muslims are chanting “Allah is Great.” Does it pass your notice that the identical thing occured throughout Muslim lands in the aftermath of 9/11?

Egyptian government officals have placed blame for this massacre at the feet of either Al Qaeda or the Israeli Mossad. Somethings will never change, but you, the Egyptian Christian, as well as the American Christian, know it was neither. It was your Muslim neighbors at their “religion of peace” best.

This massacre was the work of the Egyptian Muslim Brotherhood… a branch of which exists in these United States and is known as the Council of American Islamic Relations (CAIR).

We’re next.

It’s time to wake up and put an end to this nonsense before it is too late.

TSA Christmas Memo Defies Facts

30 December 2010: A memorandum dated 24 December 2010 signed by TSA Director John Pistole and Deputy Administrator Gale Rossides was sent to all Transportation Security Administration (TSA) agents, praising the advances made by the TSA this year. Not all federal agents who received this memo were in agreement with the reported strides made by the TSA as Pistole alleges, with some calling the memo “pure propaganda” and “boldly inaccurate.” One problem, according to the federal officials interviewed about this memo, is that Pistole and Rossides misrepresented the facts to his employees about the public support the TSA has received about their enhanced screening procedures.

The TSA, an agency that never stopped an attack on any airline in its nine year history, nonetheless boasted to its employees that they kept air travel safe in 2010. In particular, Pistole expressed pride in the “outpouring of support” from the public over the Thanksgiving holiday and in the professional manner in which the TSA workforce handled the national “opt-out” day, a day when many air travelers planned protests of the enhanced passenger screening procedures.

Specifically, a significant number of air travelers selected the day before Thanksgiving to refuse screening by the new “AIT” (Advanced Imaging Technology) scanners or subjected to enhanced pat-downs, in order to send a message to the TSA that they’ve gone too far. As excerpted from the memo, Pistole and Rossides praised TSA agent’s with getting passengers through the screening process without incident and safely to their destination:

"And most recently, we saw a tremendous outpouring of support from the public over the Thanksgiving holiday in the midst of increased media attention to our security procedures and technology. Once again, our workforce performance was outstanding and millions of passengers arrived safely at their destinations."

What Pistole and Rossides did not mention was what supervisors at the various TSA checkpoints knew in advance of the opt-out day, and what the corporate media failed to report: passengers were not subjected to those standards during that period to avoid air travel gridlock and the subsequent embarrassment that would likely ensue. Instead, they reverted to older screening standards, using older detectors in place of the AIT units, while conducting less intrusive pat-downs when necessary.

Not only does the memo skew facts of the public perception, Pistole also praised the TSA under his own “wise financial stewardship” of one billion dollars to purchase, deploy and implement “cutting edge technology” to airports, including 500 AIT units to airports nationwide:

"TSA has been recognized for our wise financial stewardship of one billion dollars in ARRA funding this year to purchase and deploy cutting edge technology to airports. This includes the deployment of nearly 500 AIT units to airports nationwide, which has enabled officers to find a wide variety of non-metallic threat items on passengers."

These measures are being funded and directed by the Obama/Napolitano Department of Homeland Security with funds from the American Recovery & Reinvestment Act of 2009. The stimulus money is being poured into the purchase of new technology despite legitimate health and safety concerns it poses and amid the Constitutional concerns over privacy and the rights of American citizens to be protected from unreasonable searches.

Pistole was sworn in as the TSA’s fifth agency head in July. He oversees about 60,000 federal workers and employees, and the operations of over 450 U.S. airports, the Federal Air Marshal Service (FAMS), and the security for highways, railroads,, ports, mass transit systems and pipelines. A former deputy director for the FBI, Pistole is a primary architect with DHS Secretary Napolitano to expand the national “see something, say something” campaign, which is gaining in controversy by critics calling the program Orwellian in nature. Pistole, along with Napolitano, is also involved in the controversial Stasi-style Nationwide Suspicious Activity Reporting Initiative, or SAR for short.

Readers might recall that the memo’s co-author, Gale Rossides was at the center of controversy in 2009, while she was the acting head of the TSA before Pistole was appointed. At a hearing of a House Homeland Security Committee subcommittee, she was questioned about a TSA Standard Operating Procedures screening manual being found online by bloggers. Rossides stonewalled Congress, and refused outright to provide subcommittee members the current version of the SOP manual or answer questions about the scope of the breach caused by the publication of the manual. She drew the ire of not only House subcommittee members, but of TSA agents with direct knowledge of the manual contents who stated that the gaffe unnecessarily caused a significant compromise to air travel.

Terror message at food plant: “All Americans must die”

26 December 2010: In the wake of a recent warning by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, the terrorist threat “All Americans must die” was scrawled on the wall of the Tyson meat plant in Shelbyville, Tennessee last week. The developing story was first reported last Thursday by Nashville based WSMV-TV Channel 4, with a video providing additional details of the incident.

While the text of the article does not mention the Somali Muslim work force at the plant, a plant worker who requested anonymity out of fear for her safety told the news station:

“They’ve complained for years, as to why these people are being hired in our food department when we are worried about our safety as Americans, you know, and that’s something we all need to think about.”

On Friday, 24 December 2010, this investigator spoke with a plant security worker who confirmed the incident, and stated that the plant security suspects that one or more of the Somali Muslim workers is behind the threatening message. The Tyson plant employs a significant number of Muslims from Somalia, many who appear increasingly unhappy following the airing of a liberal documentary of the “plight” of Somalis in Shelbyville that recently premiered.

An article by Jerry Gordon, a writer for Chip Hanlon’s Red County, published on 24 December 2010 also references the documentary and the ” Somali Muslim culture clash in Shelbyville.”

According to the plant security officer interviewed by this investigator, plant workers are concerned for the safety of the food product they produce and in some cases, afraid for their own safety. “Most of these [Somali Muslims] don’t want to interact with others, integrate within the community, and seem quite antagonistic to the American way of life,” he stated. “I don’t know why they want to continue to work or live here when they seem very unhappy all of the time,” he added. This source stated that their behavior concerns other American workers at the plant.

The majority of New Yorkers and Americans have known that New York City Imam Mayor Michael Bloomberg is a staunch supporter of the Islamic center and mosque proposed for construction within the shadow of destruction of the 9/11 attacks. Now, thanks to a suit filed against the recalcitrant mayor to disclose correspondence related to his involvement in the proposed construction, Judicial Watch obtained e-mails that illustrates just how much inluence Bloomberg exerted behind the scenes on behalf of the Cordoba Initiative.

A WABC Channel 7 report details the mayoral meddling in this report. Yet another news report published by the New York Daily News disclosed that NY Community Affairs Commisioner Nazli Parvizi actually drafted a letter on behalf of Daisy Khan, the wife of Cordoba Initiative’s head Imam Rauf to send to the community board ahead of their vote on the project.

The e-mails illustrate how the mayor’s office ran active interference against the media, to buy time for the mosque planners so they could regroup and refine their strategy. After confirming the depth and breadth of the mayor’s rabid support to see that the mosque project succeeds, a logical question would be whether it is merely his philanthropic nature driving his passion for the project. To find the answers, you don’t have to look much farther than Bloomberg’s increased business dealings in the Middle East Islamic world. Just follow the money.

26 December 2010: A report published today by Kurt Nimmo states that a Department of Homeland Security

fusion center in Florida conducted surveillance on Ron Paul supporters and other political groups. A law enforcement sensitive bulletin dated 4 June 2010, issued by the Central Florida Intelligence Exchange, identified one event hosted by Ron Paul’s Campaign for Liberty that was subjected to official intelligence monitoring by that arm of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security. Mr. Nimmo notes that the Central Florida Intelligence Exchange was established with the assistance of an $850,000 Department of Homeland Security grant, which is your tax dollars at work. The center is specifically tasked with looking for terrorist leads.

As we detailed in our report dated 19 April 2009, over a year before the Ron Paul event and today’s article, we informed readers of the existence of a FBI directive issued in March, 2009 that tasked FBI field offices to collect specific times, dates and locations of TEA party and other similar patriotic events. A second directive was issued the following month directing domestic intelligence agencies to perform covert video surveillance and data collection of the participants of the TEA parties. The directive instructed that surveillance was to be performed from “discreet fixed or mobile positions” and was to be performed “independently and outside of the purview of local law enforcement.”

We wrote at that time that we fully expected the government’s denial of the surveillance of the TEA Parties to “go viral” as soon as this story is posted. We were not disappointed, as U.S. government officials denied or declined to comment about any such surveillance conducted at the patriotic events as well as the directives behind the orders. Subsequent to the publication of our 2009 report, we have developed both direct and anecdotal evidence that traced the directives from the local FBI field offices to the DHS fusion centers, to the Holder Justice Department and DHS Secretary Janet Napolitano. Ultimately, the orders to allocate important counterterrorism and intelligence assets away from the more logical threats of foreign nationals and Islamic terrorists has the imprimatur of the Obama administration and his cadre of national security advisors.

As we wrote in 2009, “the implications to the citizens of the U.S. are ominous. It seems that there is a hostile political agenda coming from Washington that characterizes the supporters of our constitutional freedoms as threats to our domestic security, which is totally absurd. The redirection, the refocusing of domestic threats from al Qaeda cells to ‘flag waving right-wingers’ is something that has gone from a murmur a few years ago to a roar today.”

It is disturbingly apparent that the agenda of this administration is to classify the American people who are the most ardent supporters of the U.S. Constitution as greater threats than those who have openly expressed their desire to destroy our country. It is not only a tremendous misuse of valuable intelligence assets, but an affront to every freedom loving American who cares about the future and freedoms of our nation. As we are now witnessing, the pace at which this administration in particular is advancing against the rights provided by the Constitution and those who support it is increasing at an alarming rate.

TEA Party participants, legal gun owners, pro-life groups, and those who support the letter and spirit of the U.S. Constitution are not “domestic extremists.” We are not the enemy, unless, of course, the Constitution poses a threat to the objectives of this administration.

Vigilance for the Holidays and Beyond

22 December 2010: Once again the Christmas and New Year holiday season is upon us. Unlike last year when Al Qaeda attempted, and thankfully failed, to blow an American airliner out of the sky on Christmas day, this year Al Qaeda in Iraq have a standing terrorist operations order to carry out attacks against Christian churches across the globe: “All Christian centers, organizations and institutions, leaders and followers are legitimate targets for the mujahedeen wherever they can reach them.” This includes the United States and Canada.

Recent AQAP terrorist plots discovered in the UK that are linked to Anwar al-AWLAKI are reported to have targets that include landmarks, public areas, shopping centers, hotels, restaurants and, last but not by any means least, our food supply. The ages of the terrorists primed to carry out these attacks are said to range from their late teens to early twenties.

The persistence of reports citing planned Mumbai-style terrorist attacks remains a primary concern for Europe and well as North America. Most recently, alerts were issued for a type of terrorist the Northeast Intelligence Network has long cited as being highly prized Al Qaeda recruits, the so-called “lily white” terrorists. This group of “white jihadists” is known to exist since two of them were recently killed while in training for their assignments by just one of the nearly one hundred C.I.A. Predator drone attacks in the northwestern Pakistani region of Waziristan this year. The two who were killed were among many “white jihadists” known to have been in training there.

So, the war goes on. Life goes on. And we each in our own way, where ever we live, work, travel and enjoy recreation and good times with family and friends in this holiday season and beyond need to be fearlessly vigilant to the Islamic enemy coming at us from any and every direction. Arab Muslim’s exhibit sickening delight over Israel fire

4 December 2010: In what is being described as the “most serious environmental disaster” in the history of Israel, the raging fire has caused at least 42 deaths, the evacuation of over 17 thousand people and destroyed over four million trees. According to a short statement by Israeli authorities, the fire was not a case of arson but of negligence, which is somewhat at odds with initial reports that that the fire had at least three separate points of origin that is suggestive of arson.

Regardless of the cause, the fire has been devastating – to the absolute delight of the Islamic communities in the Middle East.

Researchers of the Northeast Intelligence Network have been monitoring Arab news sources and web sites and forums sympathetic to Muslim terrorists. There have been dubious claims of responsibility for the conflagration, with the latest coming from a previously unknown group calling itself the “Lions of the Mujahideen in Palestine.” According to a statement posted on a web forum used to broadcast messages allegedly from Osama bin Laden, the group stated that they started the fire. According to the statement, the group set fire to the trees and dried brush at Mount Carmel between late Thursday and early Friday, [performing] “a holy and heroic expedition within the territory of the usurpers.”

Perhaps of equal importance consists of the Muslim response published on the forums and in response to news items, especially in the foreign press. Comments originating from all parts of the globe consist of a stomach-turning exuberance by the very people who claim their religion is one of peace. Much like the Muslims dancing in the streets in celebration of the 9/11 attacks, there is an unbridled joy among many that Israel is burning. Muslim prayers are being offered to Allah in thanks and for increased carnage, not only to Israel, but to any Arab Muslim who assists in extinguishing the fire.

The following reflect a few examples of Muslim sentiment from posters in the Middle East, Europe, Asia and even North America:

“Praise Allah for this new Holocaust!”
“Allahu Akbar! This is an effective weapon. We call on our Palestinian
brothers to set fire to all forests.”
“This fire is the result of prayers from our prisoners held in occupation
jails. The fire of Hell will be even stronger. May those Arabs who are helping
the Jews burn with them in Hell.”
“May Allah punish all Arabs who helped put down the fire.”
“Oh Allah, destroy Israel and all enemies of Islam.”

In addition to such printed reactions, there have been numerous references to the text of some Friday sermons held in mosques in Arab countries and even some in the U.S. that are metaphorically fanning the flames of hatred against Israel and the Jews. Muslim religious leaders are claiming that Israel is being punished for their “occupation,” and promise more destruction and death to come.

UPDATE 16 January 2011: Israel Tests on Worm Called Crucial in Iran Nuclear Delay

1 December 2010: Speculations on Stuxnet’s national point of origin have run as rampant as the trojan malware has within the Iranian nuclear weapons infrastructure since the discovery of the super cyber weapon by the Belarus security firm VirusBlokAda on 17 June 2010. The vast majority of those subject-matter-expert commentaries leading corporate media-driven speculations have centered on Israel and its secretive military intelligence Unit 8200 as that point of origin.

One of those so-called experts, Richard Falkenrath, a former Senior Director of Policy and Plans with the United States Office of Homeland Security, was on Bloomberg Television as recently as September 24^th pointing a very accusative finger at Israel. When asked directly by the interviewer what were the chances that the United States was the nation-state of origin Falkenrath responded(at the 1:57 mark of the linked video), “It is theoretically impossible that the U.S. government did this, but in my judgment it is a very remote possibility. More likely is, frankly, Israel. That Israel did it.”

Richard Falkenrath needs to have a conversation or two with his former government peers, or at the least with the New York Times’s David E. Sanger about an article he wrote a full 17 months prior to the discovery of Stuxnet. Published by the Times on 10 January 2009 Sanger’s article, headlined “U.S. Rejected Aid for Israeli Raid on Iranian Nuclear Site,” clearly references the United States as the point of origin of Stuxnet during the last year of the administration of President George W. Bush..

Quoting Sanger’s article:

“President Bush deflected a secret request by Israel last year for specialized bunker-busting bombs it wanted for an attack on Iran’s main nuclear complex and told the Israelis that he had authorized new covert action intended to sabotage Iran’s suspected effort to develop nuclear weapons, according to senior American and foreign officials.... The White House denied that request outright, American officials said, and the Israelis backed off their plans, at least temporarily. But the tense exchanges also prompted the White House to step up intelligence-sharing with Israel and brief Israeli officials on new American efforts to subtly sabotage Iran’s nuclear infrastructure, a major covert program that Mr. Bush is about to hand off to President-elect Barack Obama.”

Stuxnet. Made in the USA.

For all of two years now the big remaining Stuxnet mystery has been hiding in plain sight, and now the operationally deceptive embedded “fingerprints” within the lines of Stuxnet’s code suggesting an Israeli origin are moot. And, for their part, the Israeli authorities don’t seem to have any problem with such misdirection exercises. The Israeli’s might even consider them to have some inherent entertainment value. From an intelligence perspective they do have that quality.

Interestingly, it was also the New York Times’s David E. Sanger who also informed the world in another article, published 29 September 2009, of a team of Symantec researcher’s discovery of a Stuxnet project string code driver (b:\myrtus\src\objfre_w2k_x86\i386\guava.pdb) that contained an apparently ingenious “paternity” reference to Israel linked to the Book of Esther. This article was published just five days after Richard Falkenrath’s accusative Bloomberg TV interview. The Book of Esther tells the story of how the Jews in ancient Elam overcame a Persian plot to annihilate them and instead turned the tables on their enemies and were granted the power to preemptively annihilate their enemies anywhere in King Xerxes realm.

It just so happens that ancient Elam is the same modern day geographical location for most of the crown jewels in the Iranian nuclear weapons program. Now that’s a brilliant touch of flair the American creators of Stuxnet should receive an award for. And now it can be said that the US has finally taken a step towards rectifying all of the acts of war Iran has committed against the US since 1979 as well the murders of our Marines in Beirut and other American heroes in Lebanon.

Iran Completes Its Conquest of Lebanon

27 November 2010: The Islamic Republic of Iran's long-term conquest of the Republic of Lebanon is a fait accompli. Once again the agenda of the Islamic Republic has not only trumped that of the inept and feckless Western Powers but it is in fact a de facto usurpation of the imminent, and so-called "inviolable" United Nations Special Tribunal for Lebanon (STL) indictments in the case of the 2005 assassination of Prime Minister Rafiq HARIRI.

This chessboard-like achievement was made evident as Western leaders slept early this morning with the arrival in Tehran of the current Lebanese Prime Minister Saad HARIRI. The Lebanese Prime Minister's trip to Iran ahead of the official releasing the the STL's indictments on the assassination of Saad's father belies Hezbollah's threatened "Zero Day" coup d'etat.

A report by the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation (CBC) published on Sunday 21 November, and aired globally on Monday 22 November, revealed that the U.N. STL's indictments provided irrefutable proof in the form of a loyal Lebanese officer's intelligence operation which identified senior members of Hezbollah as Rafiq Hariri's assassins.

According to documentation in the U.S. Library of Congress, Hezbollah has from its inception in 1982 has been a forward deployed element of the Iranian Revolutionary Guards Corps (IRGC) when a small contingent of Pasdaran, a/k/a the "Army of the Guardians of the Islamic Revolution," a/k/a the Islamic Revolutionary Guards, arrived and set up shop at Baalbek in Lebanon's Bekaa Valley in 1982.

Therefore, Lebanese Prime Minister Saad-eddine Rafiq al-Hariri is this morning, and tomorrow the esteemed quest and the newest sock-puppet of the Iranian Ayatollah's regime, a regime who ultimately ordered the assassination of his father.

The word treason is probably in the forefront the minds of those few liberty loving Lebanese citizens who brought about the short-lived "Cedar Revolution" and now watch as their nation has been taken from them with nary a word or deed from the so-called democratic West. Oregon Christmas tree lighting ceremony target of Muslim terrorist

UPDATE 1 December 2010: HomelandSecurityNewswire.com reports today that Portland, Oregon mayor Sam Adams has judiciously reconsidered his politically correct decision of five years ago to not participate in the FBI's Joint Terrorism task Force (JTTF) program as a direct result of the arrest of 19-year old Christian-hating Islaimc terrorist wannabe Mohamed Osman MOHAMUD after his attempt to detonate what he believed was a mass-casualty improvised explosive device at a Christmas tree lighting service four days ago.

27 November 2010: Mohamed Osman MOHAMUD, 19, was arrested by federal authorities last evening after he dialed a number on a cellular phone that was supposed to detonate a large bomb hidden in a van parked at a crowded annual Christmas tree lighting ceremony in Portland, Oregon. His intent was to kill as many people attending the ceremony as possible. Many of the attendees were young children and their families, packed into Pioneer Courthouse Square.

The “bomb,” however, did not detonate as the ingredients were inert, substituted for the real thing after the FBI learned of MOHAMUD’S murderous intentions. They successfully infiltrated the plot and derailed his plans well before the bomb could be constructed of real explosives.

As MOHAMUD dialed the telephone number at 5:40 p.m. Pacific time that would have killed hundreds or perhaps thousands of spectators at the Christmas tree ceremony, the FBI were lying in wait. When the “explosive” laden van failed to detonate, agents swooped in on MOHAMUD, when he began shouting “Allahu Akbar!” and struggled to get away from arresting officers.

The plan, according to court documents, was for MOHAMUD to flee the U.S. following the detonation of the bomb.

Mohamed Osman MOHAMUD, a naturalized U.S. citizen from Somalia and resident of Corvallis, Oregon, began his quest for Islamic jihad when he was 15. Federal authorities have been closely monitoring his activities when he first appeared on their radar screen several months ago.

Since the summer of 2009, MOHAMUD had been in email contact with a suspected terrorist in Pakistan. After discussing the possibility of the Somalia terrorist traveling to Pakistan to engage in jihad, an unnamed accomplice gave MOHAMUD contact details of a terrorist cell overseas to facilitate his murderous plot.

MOHAMUD made numerous unsuccessful attempts to contact his accomplice. Struck by MOHAMUD’s persistence and increasingly violent jihad writings and intent, the FBI substituted an undercover agent last June in place of the U.S. contact who was to assist the Muslim terrorist.

In July, MOHAMUD met with his accomplice, who was actually the FBI undercover agent, in Portland. He told the agent that he had written articles that were published in “Jihad Recollections,” an Internet publication that promotes violence against all non-Muslims. He stated that he wanted to conduct a holy war against “infidels” since the age of 15, and selected the annual Christmas tree lighting ceremony in Portland’s Pioneer Courthouse Square as his target of choice.

Despite several attempts by the FBI undercover operative to discourage MOHAMUD, noting that many innocent children would likely be killed, he insisted on pressing forward. According to court documents, MOHAMUD said that he was looking for targeting a “huge mass that will … be attacked in their own element with their families celebrating the holidays.

From June 2005: Portland achieved the distinction to be the first municipality in the nation to pull out of the Justice Department’s Joint Terrorism Task Force (JTTF). Some called it a “rejection of President Bush’s politics of fear,” while more rational people have called it just plain stupid.

DHS & TSA: making a list, checking it twice

UPDATE 26 November 2010: Proof Positive that the government rates body scanner resisters as “Non-Islamic Domestic Terrorists”

23 November 2010: Following the publication of my article titled “Gate Rape of America,” I was contacted by a source within the DHS who is troubled by the terminology and content of an internal memo reportedly issued yesterday at the hand of DHS Secretary Janet Napolitano. Indeed, both the terminology and content contained in the document are troubling. The dissemination of the document itself is restricted by virtue of its classification, which prohibits any manner of public release. While the document cannot be posted or published, the more salient points are revealed here.

The memo, which actually takes the form of an administrative directive, appears to be the product of undated but recent high level meetings between Napolitano, John Pistole, head of the Transportation Security Administration (TSA), and one or more of Obama’s national security advisors. This document officially addresses those who are opposed to, or engaged in the disruption of the implementation of the enhanced airport screening procedures as “domestic extremists.”

The introductory paragraph of the multipage document states that it is issued “in response to the growing public backlash against enhanced TSA security screening procedures and the agents conducting the screening process.” Implicit within the same section is that the recently enhanced security screening procedures implemented at U.S. airports, and the measures to be taken in response to the negative public backlash as detailed [in this directive], have the full support of the President. In other words, Obama not only endorses the enhanced security screening, but the measures outlined in this directive to be taken in response to public objections.

The terminology contained within the reported memo is indeed troubling. It labels any person who “interferes” with TSA airport security screening procedure protocol and operations by actively objecting to the established screening process, “including but not limited to the anticipated national opt-out day” as a “domestic extremist.” The label is then broadened to include “any person, group or alternative media source” that actively objects to, causes others to object to, supports and/or elicits support for anyone who engages in such travel disruptions at U.S. airports in response to the enhanced security procedures.

For individuals who engaged in such activity at screening points, it instructs TSA operations to obtain the identities of those individuals and other applicable information and submit the same electronically to the Homeland Environment Threat Analysis Division, the Extremism and Radicalization branch of the Office of Intelligence & Analysis (IA) division of the Department of Homeland Security.

For “any person, group or domestic alternative media source” that actively objects to, causes others to object to, supports and/or elicits support for anyone who engages in such travel “disruptions” at U.S. airports (as defined above) in response to the enhanced security procedures, the [applicable DHS administrative branch] is instructed to identify and collect information about the persons or entities, and submit such information in the manner outlined [within this directive].

It would appear that the Department of Homeland Security is not only prepared to enforce the enhanced security procedures at airports, but is involved in gathering intelligence about those who don’t. They’re making a list and most certainly will be checking it twice. Meanwhile, legitimate threats to our air travel security (and they DO exist) seem taking a back seat to the larger threat of the multitude of non-criminal American citizens who object to having their Constitutional rights violated.

As I have written before, it has nothing to do with security and everything to do with control.

WSB-TV: Proof Terrorists Crossed Our Border

17 November 2010: ATLANTA -- The U.S. Border Patrol has captured thousands of people they say are classified as OTM which stands for "other than Mexican." Documents show many of them are from terrorists nations like Iraq, Iran, Afghanistan, Sudan, Somalia, Pakistan and Yemen. Federal authorities call those groups SIAs, which stands for "special interest aliens".

Federal officials have offered few details about the number of actual terrorists caught along the border.

Retired immigration agent Michael Cutler says the actual threat is being covered up. "Incredibly the government is attempting to keep the citizens like a bunch of mushrooms. Keep us in the dark and feed us a bunch of manure."

Government officials have denied that terrorists have crossed our open border. Still, Channel 2 Action News has proof they have. Channel 2 Anchor Justin Farmer found documents filed in federal court in San Antonio, Texas, in May. They show an indictment against Ahmed Muhammad Dhakane for allegedly smuggling hundreds of people from Brazil to Mexico, then into the U.S. The federal indictment states it includes some Somalis from the terrorist group Al Shabob. Terrorism experts say the group is responsible for terrorist attacks and suicide bombings worldwide.

"To this day we do not know where those 300 Somalis are," said Rep. Michael McCaul of Texas. "We do know they are in the United States."

A 2009 Government Accounting Office report confirmed agents have picked up three known terrorists who crossed the southwestern border of the United States. No other information was released.

"There are many people not only being apprehended, but slipping through the cracks on our southern flank that are very dangerous," said McCaul.

Intelligence officials have admitted on record there is a terrorism threat. In 2007, former National Intelligence Director Mike McConnell told the El Paso Times that terrorists have been crossing the border. He said there are many situations where people are alive today because the terrorists were caught.

Sheriffs along the southwestern U.S. border also are aware of the threat.

"There is (intelligence) we have that is very troubling", said Sheriff Paul Babeu of Pinal County, Ariz. "Things are not getting better, they are getting worse."

This anonymous source intimates that Pentagon scuttlebutt has it that a Chinese People’s Liberation Army Navy submarine launched a ballistic missile just 35 miles from downtown Los Angeles. Believe it or not, this was one of the same items I had considered when our own military establishment reacted to this event as if it were Ralph Kramden doing his “homina, homina, homina” schtick. Yes, I am of the mind that this Chinese ICBM scuttlebutt makes more rational sense than the offering of a jet aircraft in confluence with an atmospheric optical illusion.

Let’s just assume for the moment that the scuttlebutt is correct and the Chinese fired a big missile right off our coast. Would it take rocket science to understand why this launch occurred? Could be it be because the Chinese military are ticked off deluxe that the United States is not giving them the national and military respect deserving of an emergent superpower?

Let’s look at some facts.

We were warned by one of the PLAs top commanders ( Major General Luo Yuan ) in the Chinese military’s top newspaper that they we a little more than upset with us running exercises off their Yellow Sea coastline.

So, why wouldn’t the Chinese conclusively demonstrate they were not impressed and hold an exercise of their own off the coast of California. Tit for tat, right?

9 November 2010: A person of normal sensibilities would have to be intellectually numb, overly medicated or otherwise too preoccupied with keeping food on the table and the proverbial wolves from their doors not to realize that there is something very, very wrong going on today. By now, most Americans have heard about the sighting of what appears to be a missile, and a big one at that, apparently being launched from a location about 35 miles off the coast of Los Angeles around sunset last evening. Video of the incident was taken from a KCBS news helicopter flying over the mainland at the time.

The manner in which this story unfolded should be a story by itself. The corporate media, quick to comment on the culturally indigenous dancing rituals of U.S. royalty, were quite slow on the uptake on an issue that has serious national security implications in light of our government’s response to this incident.

Today, Americans were treated with a number of explanations from our government officials, military pundits, and even media personalities about the incident. Those explanations range from the “embarrassing if true” to the “downright insulting,” with numerous variations in between. Ranging from having no information on the incident, to assurances that an investigation is underway, and my personal favorite, “it is the contrail from an airplane that caused an optical illusion due to a problem of visual perspective,” we are either in a boatload of trouble with regard to our national defense, or the hubris of the power elite is at an all time high.
As news of the event began to appear in the media, I contacted several well placed and trusted intelligence and military sources in an effort to determine the truth about the incident. These sources, as I was reminded by one during our conversation, are risking their careers to talk to me. And they talk to me not because of my charm or influence, both of which I admittedly lack, but because they care about the current status and future of our great country. And there is no better reason. I was less than reassured from what I learned today.

A domestic intelligence source speaking to me off the record acknowledged the event by his assurances that it was indeed “some type of large missile” and not an illusion or model rocket. This, according to information from his superiors, who are deeply rooted inside the beltway. He provided a lot of technical speak that amounted simply to this: the air traffic controllers were taken by surprise and clueless, there were no prior warnings of any scheduled military tests issued, and no one from the military has confided to his agency that “the missile” was ours and launched by mistake. In other words, it was not ours and it was no mistake.

It is sadly ironic that 47 years ago this month, the entirety of America and the world witnessed the murder of a U.S. president in broad daylight. To this day, despite video documentation and numerous eyewitness accounts of the incident, there is no reliable consensus about exactly what happened that day. There are those who believe our government not only lied about the murder of President John F. Kennedy, but some within our government had foreknowledge and were actually complicit. In 1993, it was the bombing of the World Trade Center; in 1995, it was the bombing of the Murrah Building in Oklahoma City; and of course in 2001, it was the attack on America.

From my perspective as a career investigator, it is my professional opinion that government sanctioned lies have been woven into each of the official explanations offered for those incidents. One need not to believe in any wild conspiracy to recognize the deficiencies in the official investigations. The same goes for this missile “incident.” We are being lied to, either by commission or omission, or simply being told not to believe our lying eyes.

If you believe like me that there is a lot taking place behind the curtain of power in a world run by International bankers and the power elite, then you will likely have trouble sleeping tonight. I cannot offer any additional factual or authenticated details of this apparent missile launch in this report, but I have my suspicions. Things do not take place in a vacuum. We are in dire financial trouble as a result of the International banking cartel and the Federal Reserve, and the majority of people are just now starting to awaken to this fact.

Our least transparent president is on a lavish overseas junket, effectively prostrating America before the world as it seems the earth itself is objecting to his presence. A trifecta of earthly revolt or heavenly signs, consisting of a volcano, earthquake and tsunami occurred in Indonesia in the shadow of his arrival. Back at home, it’s merely unexplained missile launches and a earthshaking monetary policy left in his wake. Meanwhile, the news at eleven reassures us that things are looking up.

Things are far from normal or good, regardless of how many more rallies might be scheduled in an effort to “restore sanity” in America. Odd, that. A rally and appeal for the masses to “restore sanity.” Perhaps it was more of an appeal not to look behind the curtain, and to convince people that should we see anything that might resemble a missile off our shores, we should keep shopping because everything is all under control.

9 November 2010: What has been described as a large “cruise type” missile was apparently launched from an undetermined location – of undetermined origin – somewhere in the Pacific Ocean approximately 35 miles north of Catalina Island and west of Los Angeles at sunset last night. The U.S. military denies any such launch, although adds that “there is no threat to the United States.”
Inquiries made by the Northeast Intelligence Network has so far verified the following:
- There were no warning or advisories to aircraft or air traffic controllers. According to one supervisory ATC from LAX interviewed today, “this was totally unexpected.”
- No U.S. missile tests were scheduled or conducted at that time and location, according to a Pentagon contact; –Pentagon source 9 November 2010 1510 hours ET

2 November 2010: On Sunday, 31 October 2010, a military jury handed down a 40-year sentence to Omar KHADR, a Canadian teenage al Qaeda terrorist who killed U.S. Special Forces Sergeant First Class Christopher Speer and wounded several others in a grenade attack in Afghanistan in July 2002. The Canadian born Khadr also admitted to planting mines in Afghanistan before being captured that were constructed to kill or injure U.S. and allied forces.

Khadr holds the distinction of being the only person in modern history to be charged for war crimes committed as a minor. Lest Amy Goodman, the American progressive and principal host of Democracy Now (and someone who has apparently never met a terrorist who hasn’t tugged at her heartstrings) becomes too despondent, it is unlikely that Khadr will serve more than eight years in prison.

You see, the sentence was merely symbolic as diplomatic agreements between U.S. and Canadian progressives had already limited the second generation al Qaeda terrorist’s prison time to a more palatable eight years. Additionally, Canadian politicians agreed to permit Khadr to serve the majority of his sentence there. He will be released with sufficient time to continue his Islamic jihad against the West.

To fully appreciate the audacity of the Khadr family and their supporters, consider that the Khadr family appears to dislike everything about Western culture except the “free” medical care. Omar’s mother, Maha Elsamnah Khadr, returned to Canada to take advantage of the health care system to treat her 14-year-old son Karim, who was paralyzed during a gun battle between al Qaeda terrorists and Pakistani security officers. It was during that same gun battle that Ahmed Said Khadr, Maha’s husband and father of Omar and Karim and a “high-profle” member of al-Qaeda and assistant to Osama bin Laden, was killed.

And if that isn’t revolting enough, Variety reported in June 2005 that Harvard grad and screenwriter Kier Pearson, known for his work in Hotel Rwanda, was rumored to be working on a script for Paramount Pictures on a movie based on the life of Khadr family. It is rumored that the movie deal “might be worth ‘mid to high six figures’ [to the Khadr clan] if the movie makes it to the theaters.”

Meanwhile, the surviving and as-yet unencumbered members of the Khadr family remain free in Canada, playing fast and loose with Western freedoms, including among other things, engaging in alleged sexual deviancy while being supported by the good citizens of our neighbors to the north.

Al Qaeda's Next Day Delivery Plot - Is It A Diversion?

29 October 2010: Consistent with our warning in June that Muslim terrorists were plotting attacks against Jewish centers and synagogues in the U.S., authorities intercepted cargo flights originating in Yemen and commercial flights with suspicious cargo containing explosive packages on their way to Chicago via New York. Based on information obtained during the last 24 hours, “several” flights and airports are involved and are being (or have been) subjected to inspection and investigation. According to sources close to the Northeast Intelligence Network confirmed that explosives have indeed been found in at least one cargo shipment. Intelligence officials have identified the Islamic terrorist group, al Qaeda in the Arabian Peninsula (AQAP), as the operational group behind this explosives plot.

Update 01 NOV 2010: Al Qaeda behind Baghdad church hostage-taking Excerpts: “Fifty-two hostages and police officers were killed on Sunday when security forces raided a Baghdad church to free more than 100 Iraqi Catholics held by al Qaeda-linked gunmen, a deputy interior minister said… (the) Gunmen took hostages at the Our Lady of Salvation Church, one of Baghdad’s largest, during Sunday mass and demanded the release of al Qaeda prisoners in Iraq and Egypt.”

30 October 2010: Based upon additional recent OSINT information, I believe there is reason to assess that the current AQAP plot emanating from Yemen in the form of explosive devices distributed worldwide via FedEx/UPS commercial delivery systems might be a diversion from the primary Al Qaeda/Taliban planned attack.

Some of these packages are reported to be inert dummies or dry runs, others are real bombs, albeit physically small, lightweight or incapable of doing significant damage.

Small, geographically diverse strikes such as these do not make for a bigger than 9/11 plot, and most certainly do nothing in the way of retaliation for the hundreds of pummeling Predator drone assaults the United States is inflicting in northwest Pakistan, or through US/NATO surge operations on the ground in Afghanistan. If this is the best that Al Qaeda can do, then they must be on the ropes nearing a TKO.

In fact, while garnering big headlines and lots of corporate media air time, these "Next Day Delivery" attacks appear designed to inflict less carnage and damage than either last year's attempted Christmas Day Airborne Underwear plot or the Times Square plot, and doesn't strike incapacitating fear in the hearts of us alleged infidels.

I am currently assessing that Al Qaeda's primary attack might well be for the execution of multiple, well-coordinated, near-simultaneous, geographically diverse suicide missions similar to what occurred in the 2008 Mumbai massacre... but with a very significant twist.

Instead of multiple Mumbai-style rampaging terror teams executing the cold-blooded gunning down of innocents in various places around the United States or Europe, the unfortunate innocents captured in these terror operations might first be held as hostages. AQAP would then issue its primary demand for the United States to release jihadist leaders such as Khalid Shaikh Mohammed who is detained in Gitmo, or that other high profile Islamic jihadists be released, such as the blind Sheikh Omar Abdel-Rahman being held at Butner FCI, North Carolina.

Summary executions of the Western hostages would commence immediately thereafter given the anticipated Western government responses involving Special Operations Forces and Counter-Terrorist SWAT/Hostage Rescue operations.

As a direct result of our outreach to “moderate Muslims” and shameful pandering to Saudi interests, the “field commander” of the Saudi cell that slammed an aircraft into the Pentagon attended a luncheon there just months after the attack.

21 October 2010: As Americans, we were promised by President Bush that everyone responsible for the wholesale murder of nearly 3000 of our family members on September 11, 2001 and those harboring or aiding them would be brought to justice. Sadly, that promise was only partially true under the Bush administration, and demonstrably untrue under the current Obama administration. It is currently hindered by an unprecedented level of conflicts of interests within the Holder justice department.

Although the ongoing injustice for acts of Islamic terrorism waged against Americans pre-dates the Obama administration, the most egregious examples of pandering to Islamic terrorists have certainly occurred under his watch. The massacre at Fort Hood by Major Nidal Malik Hassan, the thwarted Christmas Day bombing attempt of a U.S. airline, and the failed bombing in Times Square are just a few of the higher profile incidents where the motives rooted in Islam were unquestionably clear yet not publicly acknowledged.

A look at the larger picture, however, reveals a more insidious problem of influence and infiltration that extends much deeper into U.S. politics and is not limited to any one political party or administration. That is the problem of Saudi influence and infiltration, or “the Saudi factor,” which has adversely affected U.S. counter-terrorism investigations for at least the last quarter century and the last five administrations. Their financial influence and fifth-column infiltration has successfully affected the media, government policies, and most absurdly, frustrated countless counter-terrorism investigators, field agents and derailed investigations.

Perhaps the clearest example of the “Saudi factor” disrupting counter-terrorism agents in the field is current al Qaeda terrorist Anwar al-Awlaki (a/k/a Anwar Nasser Abdulla Aulaqi). He is presently recruiting men and women in the U.S. and Canada to Islamic jihad from a base of operation believed located in Yemen, and is the poster child of Saudi influence and infiltration at the highest levels of the United States government.

Yesterday, Catherine Herridge of Fox News revealed that that a Pentagon official invited al Qaeda terrorist Anwar al-Awlaki to a luncheon of military brass at the Pentagon in the wake of 9/11. A heavily redacted “302,” or FBI interview form, was posted by Fox News that provided just enough information to confirm that the al Qaeda terrorist did indeed infiltrate our military headquarters – by invitation. The 302 notes that al Awlaki was “vetted” prior to the invitation and no problems concerning his background were found.

That’s odd, considering that Anwar al-Awlaki was on the radar screens of counterterrorism investigators since at least the mid-1990’s and had numerous run-ins with the law going back to his college days. Counterterrorism investigators found that al Awlaki was also involved, through an associate, with “blind sheik” Omar Abdel Rahman, the Muslim terrorist involved in the New York City landmark bomb plot and whose followers were convicted of the 1993 bombing attack of the World Trade Center.

For those who are unaware of his history, Anwar Al Awlaki was born in New Mexico on April 21, 1971 to a Yemeni diplomat who was assigned in the U.S. at that time. Both of his parents were in the U.S. attending New Mexico State University as graduate students.

He received an engineering degree from Colorado State University, compliments, in part, to about $60,000 in scholarship money he fraudulently received from a U.S. government taxpayer funded program. He lied on his application for a US Agency for International Development grant. In 1990, he lied on his social security application and college documents, stating that he was an international student born in Sana’a, Yemen. He then obtained a Master’s degree in Education from San Diego State University. He also attended George Washington University for a PhD in Human Resource Development on a scholarship provided by the Ministry of Education in Yemen, and received religious training from a France based Islamic correspondence program on Sharia and Islamic jurisprudence.

From 1996 through 2000, Anwar al Awlaki was the Iman at the Masjid Ar-Ribat al-Islami mosque in San Diego. While in San Diego, al-Awlaki was also twice arrested for soliciting prostitutes -once in August 1996 and again in April 1997.

If the Saudi funded “Rabat” mosque rings a familiar bell, it should, as it is where two of the 9/11 terrorists of an exclusively Saudi cell , Nawaf al-Hazmi and Khalid al-Mihdhar “worshipped.” In the immediate aftermath of 9/11, counter-terrorism investigators identified Anwar al Awlaki as a person of interest based on his private and frequent meetings with al-Hazmi and al-Mihdhar at the mosque after Friday prayers.

Nawaf al-Hazmi and Khalid al-Mihdhar were two terrorists of the exclusive Saudi cell that attacked the Pentagon, the very location where al Awlaki dined with top military officials. al Awlaki was also associated with a third 9/11 Muslim terrorist during his time at the Saudi-funded Dar-al-Hijrah Mosque and Islamic Center. The telephone number to that mosque was found by investigators in an apartment in the Hamburg, Germany apartment of Ramzi BINALSHIBH, a close associate of Mohammed ATTA and a planner of the 9/11 attacks.

On September 17, 2001, just six days after the 9/11 attacks and four days after former President Bush met with Saudi Prince Bandar on the Truman Balcony at the White House, federal authorities met with and interviewed al Awlaki, eventually releasing him.

Meanwhile, al Awlaki was the subject of a terror-finance investigation of the now defunct SAAR Group, which was funded by the Saudis. It is relevant to note here that an official of the SAAR Group, Jamal Barzinji, a prominent donor and supporter of Barack Obama, signed the deed for the Dar al-Hijrah mosque where al Awlaki was the Imam. And speaking of taxpayer’s money, it was recently reported by the Investigative Project on Terrorism that the U.S. Census Bureau has been paying Dar al-Hijrah about $23,000 per month since November 2008 to rent space in one of its buildings. Also, the U.S. State Department has used the mosque in promotional videos about America’s Muslim community, and sent students from its Foreign Service Institute to Dar al-Hijrah.

Although al Awlaki is of Yemeni descent, it is important to examine and understand the Saudi influence, connections to the Muslim Brotherhood, and Islamic infiltration of all levels of U.S. government.

While the statute of limitations had passed for the misrepresentations made by al Awlaki in 1990, investigators found that he applied for a U.S. passport in Denver several years later. Considering his potential value as a source under interrogation for terrorism plots and terror finance related cases, investigators sought and successfully obtained a felony arrest warrant in 2002 based on the passport fraud. Investigators detained al Awlaki at JFK Airport in New York on October 10, 2002 upon his arrival in the U.S. on Saudi Arabian Airlines Flight 35 from Riyadh. When questioned, he gave investigators his address as 3159 Row Street, Falls Church, Virginia, which is the address of the Dar al Hijrah Islamic Center.

Believing that they were about to take al Awlaki into custody on the felony arrest warrant, investigators were surprised and angered to learn that the arrest warrant was cancelled by David M. GAOUETTE, the interim U.S. Attorney for Colorado at the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Denver the day before al Awlaki was scheduled to arrive in New York. This, despite the fact that al Awlaki was on a terror watch list and that Gaouette was fully briefed on Awlaki’s terror ties. Gaouette has since been appointed to his present post as the U.S. Attorney in Denver by Attorney General Eric Holder.

Pursuant to instructions from Washington, investigators were forced to let al Awlaki go and apologize to him and his family for the detention. A Saudi representative then escorted al Awlaki and his family to their connecting flight to Washington where he reportedly worked for the Saudi Embassy in addition to having residual ties to the Dar al Hijrah Islamic Center.

After a brief stay in the U.S., Anwar al Awlaki was permitted to leave the U.S. without interference. Interestingly, investigators of the 9/11 Commission attempted to locate and interview Anwar al Awlaki in Yemen, but reported that they could not find him.

Al Awlaki surfaced again as the inspiration behind Fort Hood killer Nidal Malik Hassan, the guidance counselor to the attempted Christmas Day airline bomber, the thwarted Times Square bomber, and two “alleged” would-be New Jersey Muslim terrorists arrested in June. Thanks to Saudi influence and shameful pandering to Muslim interests by our leaders in Washington, Anwar al Awlaki remains free in Yemen, acting as a terrorist recruiter soliciting attacks against the citizens of the United States.

29 September 2010: The intelligence has been increasing since early this year: Islamic terrorists are preparing commando style assaults against soft targets in the U.S., France, Germany and the UK. Crowded areas including shopping centers, transit hubs, community and conference centers, hotels, and similar locations are the targets of young, well armed Islamic terrorists.

The Northeast Intelligence Network first reported on this threat on 14 June 2010 for the UK.

We also had specific information that a Mumbai style terror attack was being planned against Jewish Centers in the U.S., as we first reported on June 5, 2010.

What you won’t hear in the Western media, however, is that the perpetrators of these attacks, although many trained in Pakistan and Afghanistan, have “operational assets” here in the U.S. Many of the supporters of these urban commandos have support in U.S. mosques and Islamic centers. Islamic deception in lower Manhattan

25 September 2010: At the direction of some of the principal planners of the Islamic cultural center at Ground Zero in lower Manhattan, Muslims from across the five boroughs of New York and New Jersey are quietly being urged to attend Friday prayer services that are being held at the former Burlington retail store on Park Place. This is being done to deceptively inflate Muslim demographics in lower Manhattan while creating a misleading but convincingly effective visual display of the need for the center.

This tactic is currently being used in Paris, as shown in this CBN video report. An undercover French videographer captured covert video footage of Muslims lining the streets of Paris, blocking and closing off the streets as a display of their power and influence. According to his observations, the Muslims engaged in these activities are not indigenous to the area. He has observed vehicles filled with Muslims coming from different parts of the city to purposely swell the numbers.

During the course of my investigation, I interviewed a long-time business owner located in close proximity to the planned Islamic center on Park Place. He told me that ever since the opposition to the Islamic center became public, the numbers of prayer participants at the intended site has increased dramatically. “A year ago, there was hardly any foot traffic to and from [Park Place]. Within the last few months, I’ve seen cars and other vehicles with out of state license plates parking at various lots and the men walking to Park Place. A lot of the cars have New Jersey license plates.” In consideration of his business and fearing for his safety, he has requested that his name and address not be published.

As part of my continuing investigation into this matter, I’ve personally verified his claims. I’ve conducted surveillance of Park Place and the adjacent areas on different occasions, observing numerous vehicles bearing license plates from New Jersey and even Pennsylvania parking in nearby lots. I’ve observed the occupants walk to the Park Place location, and following the services inside, walk back to their vehicles and leave the area.

Also according to this source, the mood among the Muslims participating in the Friday services has changed dramatically within the last several weeks. “Last year, I would talk to three, maybe four Muslims, at most, after Friday prayers. They were quite reserved. Now, I see dozens of Muslims in groups and their mood, attitude, behavior and conversation is anything but reserved. It is contentious. They appear to be activists on a mission,” he stated.

Meanwhile, there are those who continue to assert that the proposed “victory mosque” is neither a mosque nor located at “Ground Zero.” They also cite the existence of a simple, chapel like prayer room from Muslims that existed within one of the World Trade Center towers well before the attacks on 9/11 in their argument favoring construction. They are “technically” correct on both counts, but like the visual display of Muslim demographics in lower Manhattan, their assertions are deceptive and disingenuous at best.

To help illustrate that the planned mosque need not be situated within the footprint of the former World Trade Center to be considered “Ground Zero,” I created the following graphic to offer a reasonable perspective that its location is well within the area of destruction and death caused by Muslim terrorists. Using a declassified military aerial photograph of the area, the planned Muslim construction is shown by an Islamic graphic inserted over 45-51 Park Place. The inset at the lower left shows the debris cloud encompassing the area well beyond the propped construction site as well.

In this general area, 2,752 innocent victims were murdered. To date, authorities recovered 21,812 remains of bodies and body parts from the carnage inflicted, some as close as 348 feet from the proposed Islamic center. Although it is not widely publicized, artifacts are still being found in lower Manhattan.

Semantics and technicalities aside, I’m convinced that anyone present at 45-51 Park Place on the morning of 9/11 would rightfully assert they were at Ground Zero that day.

We must not allow what is seen as an iconic symbol of Muslim conquest in the eyes of our enemies to be built as a result of deception, semantics or technicalities. We must not allow it to built – period.

Islam: The Real Threat to America

19 September 2010: In my most recent Northeast Intelligence Network OpEd, I cited the words of president Barack Hussein Obama at the recent 9/11 commemoration at the Pentagon: “…as Americans we are not, and never will be, at war with Islam.” Coming from a man who was born and raised as a Muslim by both his father and step-father, I suppose one might not see that statement as that of an Islamic Dhimmi, but rather as that from someone who has long been predisposed to defend Islam.

The fact of the matter is that irregardless if America ever officially goes to war with Islam, Islam has been at war with America for decades. The most recent case of Islamic aggression within these United States involves the threat of assassination against Molly Norris, the former Seattle Weekly satirical cartoonist who through her blog declared last May 20th as "Everybody Draw Mohammed Day." So severe was this threat of assassination that the FBI intervened to save her life by creating identity from scratch for her and relocating her to a new home. Nothing of the former-Molly Norris now exists on the insistence of the FBI. This drastic move came after the FBI had determined that the American-born Al Qaeda terrorist Anwar al-Aulaqi issued a death sentence fatwa against her from his hideout in faraway Yemen.

After all that has occurred with the multitude of Islamic attacks (both Shi'a and Sunni Islam) against this nation and it's citizens in the past three decades, and Barack Hussein Obama says within the context of his presidential oath of office that America will never go to war in defense of our freedom and liberties against this enemy, this clear and present danger to our way of life?

And don't let the faux distinction of segregating "moderate" from "extremist" or "radical" Muslims fool you. For if moderates Muslims existed they would be openly challenging and fighting against the radicals and extremists in order to save their "religion of peace." But they don't do this, and the reason why is that if they did the millions of imam's in Islam would declare them apostate Muslims and they'd have to do exactly what the former-Molly Norris has done. Imagine that, a billion and a half Muslims with names and identities different than the ones they were born with. That might cost considerably more than a new new multi-story mosque in the shadow of the hallowed Ground Zero.

Let's face facts. America is at war with Islam here at home and in Islamic countries half a world away - where Islam was born and first conquered new territories for its mandated global caliphate. Since the reality is that this war exists and is in progress the necessity for a warfighting doctrine is an urgent necessity. I would not be so naive to think that prior to the coming electoral we could do something in the way of crafting a warfighting doctrine, but after November 2010 is another story altogether. Obama had appealed to him on television, and Defense Secretary Robert Gates in a personal phone call, not to burn the Islamic holy book. Gen. David Petraeus, head of the U.S. mission in Afghanistan, said carrying out the plan would have endangered American troops."

With all of this global brouhaha over a really small Evangelical Christian congregation's Pastor merely talking about burning Qur'ans prior to the 9th anniversary of the September 11 Islamic attacks on the United States financial and military headquarters, well, suffice it to say that I was absolutely amazed by the grostesque grandstanding nature of it all as made evident in the above AP quote.

From Muslims rioting in various places around the world to POTUS and the whole gamut of America's political and law enforcement elite desperately pleading against its occurance, not to mention all manner of bleeding hearts and truly concerned individuals speaking out against the mere words regarding a ceremonial bonfire of Qur'ans, and nobody got it. Nobody understands the fact of the matter.

Nobody has yet fathomed in the slightest that in the past 9 years of unrelenting global warfare on terror the overwhelmingly Christian armed forces United States of America has vaporized, obliterated or otherwise burned into ashes with AGM-1148 Hellfire missiles and GBU-43/B MOABs more Qur'ans on Islamic soil than anyone can shake a stick at.

Thousands upon thousands of Qur'ans have been thus annihilated. No doubt my observation of this fact-of-the-matter will be dismissed by some government cookie-cutter talking head saying such Qur'anic desecrations are merely "unavoidable collateral damage" of warfare. "Yeah, warfare which specifically targets Islamic warfighters", I would retort, "thanks bunches for confirming and making my point."

And yet President Obama said yesterday at the Pentagon remembrance, "...as Americans we are not, and never will be, at war with Islam."

15 August 2010: After years of endless debate, delayed decisions, additional deliberations, bald-faced lies and disinformation, followed by economic sanctions packages piled upon other ineffective economic sanctions packages, coupled with incessant Iranian and Western bellicose rhetoric which would have been considered casus belli in years gone by, the announcement made on Friday by Sergei Novikov, the spokesman for the Russian Federal Atomic Energy Agency (Rosatom), that the fueling of the Iranian Bushehr nuclear plant will commence on Saturday, 21 August has left the State of Israel standing on the southern bank of a literal River Rubicon.

In the absense of a decision by Western governments, the United States of America in particular, to back up its own rhetoric with concrete actions, Israel has been left holding the baggage containing approximately 144 hours of time. At the conclusion of those 144 hours it will have become irreversibly too late for military action to halt Iran and its current apocalyptic regime's nuclear weapons program. This is the conventional wisdom being related by many subject matter experts in the past 36 hours, experts such as former Ambassador John Bolton. Bolton's comments to FoxNews last Friday speak of just such a window of time remaining.

However, there's another window no one is openly considering, a window that may likely already have closed. The name of this window is "Russian nuclear technicians at Bushehr." Those Russian technicians effectively consistute a "human shield" guarding against a pre-emptive Israeli strike on the Bushehr reactor complex. Not to mention the Russian VIPs who will begin arriving on-site at the Bushehr complex for the opening cermonies prior to the end of the 144 hours.

Short of starting a war with Russia, the physical presence of Russian technicians at Bushehr affords Israel no option but to focus its contingency plans against deeply buried Iranian enrichment cascades, weaponization plants and delivery systems as well as the suppression of Iran's military retaliation capabilities. The Iranian response to an Israel air assault also includes thousands of missiles, some of them likely tipped with biological or chemical weapons in Lebanon (Hezbollah) and Syria, as well as an Iranian assault against commerical shipping in the Strait of Hormuz.

Have I just described a recipe for an armgeddon-like scenario to unfold in the Middle East? No doubt about it. This is precisely the type of scenario the leaders of apocalyptic Iran want more than anything. Great chess players those Iranians. So here stands Israel on the southern bank of the River Rubicon with virtually no time left to ponder her next move. Irregardless of the next action taken this world will never be the same, and only the ancient Biblical prophets have told us what lies ahead.

Al Qaeda Claims Responsibility for Attack on M Star Oil Tanker

10 August 2010: Responsibility for the 28 July terrorist attack on the Japanese-owned VLCC (Very Large Crude Carrier) M Star in the Strait of Hormuz has been claimed by the Al Qaeda-affiliated group known as "Abdullah Azzam Brigades" (AAB hereafter). The AAB further claims the attack was a suicide mission launched by a smaller cell named after the long-deceased (2003) Saudi Arabian AQ terrorist and former Usama bin Laden bodyguard, Yusuf AL-UYEYRI and names Ayyub AL-TAISHAN as the lone terrorist who, after midnight on Wednesday, 27 July, piloted some non-descript type explosive laden craft from an undiclosed location near the Strait of Hormuz and then detonated it alongside the VLCC M Star. Also within this claim of responsibility the AAB states the attack was to avenge the imprisonment of Islamic terrorist Sheikh Omar Adbel RAHMAN. Abdel RAHMAN was convicted of the 1993 attack on the World Trade Center and sentenced to life imprisonment.

Don’t Tread On Me: The Second American Revolution

30 JULY 2010: A storm has been brewing for some time now in all levels of the American populace. Ever since the day that Barack Hussein Obama opened his “Office of the President-Elect” and then actually succeeded in usurping the office of Chief Executive and Commander-IN-Chief, there have been ever increasing rumblings across this great land. So much so that from the Atlantic to the Pacific coasts the American heartland has been bubbling with words not heard since our Founding Fathers cut colonial ties with Great Britain, and several southern states rebelled over the issue of State’s Rights. Join or Die. Don’t Tread On Me. Tea Party. Civil Disobedience. Secession. Revolution. The elite in Washington, D.C. would have to be deaf, dumb and blind not to see this coming.

And it just got easier. In yesterday’s issue of The Washington Times, Jeffrey T. Kuhner wrote an opinion piece entitled “Should Arizona Secede: Choice between devolution and dissolution may be inevitable.” Previous top-notch OpEds by Kuhner include: “President’s socialist takeover must be stopped,” and “Who Lost Afghanistan.” However, it is yesterday’s article which clearly shows where the “rubber meets the road” in America today, that a breaking point is all but inevitable when the will of “We The People” is usurped, over-ridden or ignored one time too many.

Jeffrey Kuhner’s concluding paragraphs lay it squarely on the line.

“For too long, liberals have successfully used the courts to impose radical social engineering upon a recalcitrant population. Abortion, homosexual marriage, pornography, racial quotas, affirmative action, a ban on public school prayer – all of these issues have been imposed by an imperial judiciary against the wishes of the majority. The Arizona law is the reassertion of democratic self-rule against the federal leviathan.

Arizona is where the old republic will stand or fall. It is showdown at high noon. Either America returns to its constitutional system based on real federalism, states’ rights, individual liberty and decentralized power, or it continues to slide toward the darkness of a socialist superstate. Washington – with its swollen bureaucracy, imperial arrogance, rampant corruption and dangerous detachment from ordinary citizens – is despised and distrusted by many Americans. A secession of the heart is taking place – a profound alienation from the liberal ruling class.

In the future, many states – including Arizona – may decide they have no other option but to break away from the union. The choice is becoming starkly apparent: devolution or dissolution.”

It is just a few more months until national mid-term elections occur and the will of the people is manifest. This coming election will go a long way in determining America’s near-term future, and what precisely need be done to ensure our God-given right to restore this Republic to the law of our Constitution. One way or another it is to going to happen.

Investigative Report: Exposing the Cordoba Islamic Center of Manhattan

Introduction

For the last several months, I have been covertly investigating the people, power and money behind the proposed “9/11 mega mosque” planned for the old Burlington Coat Factory situated just two blocks from “Ground Zero” in lower Manhattan. In order to provide the most comprehensive and fact-based insight into this issue as possible, I deliberately postponed publishing any reports until my investigation, consisting of direct and indirect inquiries, procurement of records, and the use of operational assets to develop information was complete.

While any person of reasonable sensibilities and a working moral compass could legitimately find the construction of an Islamic center in such close proximity to the graveyard of thousands of innocent Americans of 9/11 objectionable, there are many proponents who argue that its construction will serve as an example of American understanding, tolerance, compassion and respect for a religion that has been maligned by the actions of a minority. The legitimacy of the argument on behalf of its placement should become moot by simply citing two basic but important concepts: historical precedent and the understanding that Islam is more than a religion. If those points fail to convince an ostensibly objective audience as they have to-date, then the results of my investigation should cause anyone with the least bit of intellectual honesty to strongly object to any Islamic structure being built at the intended location.

With regard to historical precedent, the Dome of the Rock could serve as “Exhibit A” and the conversion of the former Byzantine basilica Hagia Sofia in Istanbul, Turkey as “Exhibit B” in the symbolism of Islamic conquest. In both instances, the mosques are perceived in the world of Islam as iconic symbols of victory over a beaten, subservient populace. Their importance in Islamic history and current significance relative to the stated objectives of Islam to dominate rather than coexist cannot be overstated, but is unfortunately overlooked or characterized as irrational hyperbole. Such oversight has always had longstanding adverse consequences to nations and their people who have failed to learn from history.

Based on a plethora of historical examples that include the foregoing, it should be clear that the building of a mosque or a mosque within an Islamic center so near the epicenter of the 9/11 attacks will be perceived as a symbol of Islamic conquest in the Muslim world, despite the perpetual denials by so-called moderate Muslims and regardless of modern sensibilities of “well reasoned” Western thought. Much like the Christians in the Ottoman Empire at the time of the conversion of the basilica to a mosque, the building of this mosque will most assuredly be perceived and promoted as a very special humiliation of the West. And as in the cases cited, this will only become clear after it is too late.

Furthermore, one must understand that Islam is not merely a religion, but a combination of theological, political, and cultural imperatives that includes the ultimate objective of imposing Islam and Sharia law worldwide, subjugating all else to Islam. It is critical to understand that a mosque built so near the epicenter of the carnage at the World Trade Center site does not hold the same significance to Americans – under our Western ideology and reason – that it does to adherents of Islam and the Islamic world. Without this full understanding of Islamic doctrine and the significance of Islamic conquests throughout history, proponents of the construction are historically, socially and politically ill informed, or deleteriously misguided. Opponents to the construction of a mosque are often mischaracterized as irrational Islamophobes and xenophobes, even by respected Westerners.

Although the issues identified above should alone be sufficient to cause concern if not alarm, the facts behind the planned “9/11 mega-mosque” only get worse for America and the West. The structure that is being planned for New York is more than the product of Islamic ambition. It will be the conduit for an interfaith center that is intended to unite people under one religious umbrella, using the visible and highly compatible Islamic component as a means to an end.

It would be easy to dismiss the foregoing premise as being too far-fetched until one examines all of the evidence, not just that which is readily accessible. Nonetheless, even the most accessible and obvious information is bad. When the layers of deception are pulled back through bona fide investigation of the individuals and groups involved in this project, the information goes from bad to worse and from rationally objectionable to the unthinkable.

Israel Integrates with NATO Theater Ballistic Missile Defense Systems

19 JULY 2010: Not quite 6 weeks ago, between 7 and 9 June, an Israeli delegation attended a briefing given by the NATO Program Office for the Active Layered Theater Ballistic Missile Defense System (ALTBMDS) Operational Users Group, led by the United States, Germany, Italy, Poland, the U.K., France, Holland and Canada.

The briefing brought the Israeli's up to speed on the current and future capabilities of the NATO ballistic missile defense system. At the same time the NATO side was briefed by Israeli Brigadier General (Ret.) Eitan Yariv on Israel's Ballistic Missile Defense (BMD) system.

Obviously, the two systems were immediately recognized to be mutually compatable and would provide an immediate increase in joint capabilities against hostile ballistic missile threats against Europe, Israel and forward deployed NATO forces in the Middle Eastern theater of operations (Operation Enduring Freedom). Without question the Islamic Republic of Iran, with its Shahab-3/4/5 family of ballistic missiles, is seen by all parties as the primary emergent threat. Syria and newly ballistic missile-armed Hezbollah in Lebanon are second tier emergent threats.

It is no big surprise, therefore, to see operational in Israel today a jointly-manned American and Israeli operations center featuring the ground-based center-piece of the NATO system, the AN/TPY-2 radar seen in the image above. Israel has not only integrated its defenses with the American systems in theater, but now has integrated with those of NATO on the European continent. Any launched ballistic missile threat within 1,900 miles of these allied territories will be rapidly identified, the specific launch point located and the incoming warhead destroyed. The effective range of this system is likely limited only by the overhead postion of the space-based element of the networked system and the location of most forward deployed elements of the actual interceptor missiles - most likely located outside of Europe in Israel, Kuwait and Afghanistan.

Muslim terror magazine “Inspire” in English

16 July 2010: What do detailed bomb making instructions, global climate change, Arizona’s immigration law and the American dollar as a reserve currency have in common? They are all mentioned in the first edition of the Yemen-based English language version of Inspire, a magazine published by the Muslim terrorist group Al-Qaeda in the Arabian Peninsula’s (AQAP) that was released last Sunday. It is a 67-page glossy publication that is the product of Anwar al-Awlaki (a/k/a Anwar Nasser Abdulla Aulaqi), a U.S. born al Qaeda terrorist and the facilitator for at least two of the 9/11 hijackers. He is also the inspiration behind Fort Hood killer Nidal Malik Hassan, the guidance counselor to the attempted Christmas Day airline bomber, the thwarted Times Square bomber, and at least two other Islamic terrorists in the U.S. It has been branded as the first magazine to be issued by al Qaeda in English.

A complete copy of the publication was obtained and carefully reviewed by investigators of the Northeast Intelligence Network, finding it to represent a new level of threat to the West and specifically, to the United States. Beyond the detailed bomb making instructions using household products and easily accessible components, the publication will likely serve its name well by effectively inspiring Muslims in the U.S. to launch small scale attacks inside our borders.

The magazine features columns ostensibly written by al Qaeda terrorist leaders Ayman al Zawahiri and Osama bin Laden, the latter who favorably references the Progressive’s party’s favorite author and American socialist Noam Chomsky on the evils of U.S. policies.

A section of the magazine is dedicated to promoting the assassination of those involved in the publication and dissemination of the cartoon depictions of Islam’s Mohammed, including Seattle resident Molly Norris. According to al-Awlaki, it is the duty of Muslims in the U.S. to seek out and kill anyone who has defamed Islam or Mohammed by printing or publishing such cartoons.

“This is a golden opportunity to have the honor of performing an act in the service of Islam greater than any form of jihad. Defending the Messenger of Allah is a greater cause than fighting for Palestine, Afghanistan or Iraq; it is greater than fighting for the protection of Muslim life, honor or wealth. This is the pinnacle of all deeds and is waiting for the likes of Muhammad bin Maslamah.” He added: “We will fight for him, we will instigate, we will bomb and we will assassinate, and may our mothers be bereaved of us if we do not rise in his defense.”

The authors also collectively appear to understand the politics and current divisiveness within the U.S., even taking a swipe at Arizona’s attempts to secure its southern border by the passage of a state law that will take effect at the end of this month.

Interestingly, in an article written by Anwar al-Awlaki titled “Shaykh Anwar’s Message to the American People and Muslims in the West, he complains about Barack Hussein Obama’s attempts to disassociate the murderous actions of Nidal Hassan at Fort Hood from the Muslim religion.

“[The Obama] administration, tried to portray the operation of brother Nidal Hassan, as an individual act of violence from an estranged individual. The administration practiced a control on the leak of information concerning the operation in order to cushion the reaction of the American public. Until this moment the administration is refusing to release the emails exchanged between myself and Nidal. And after the operation of our brother Umar al-Faruq the initial comments coming from the administration were looking the same: another attempt at covering up the truth.”

According to U.S. Representative Pete Hoekstra, the top Republican on the House Intelligence Committee, the magazine “is proof positive that al-Qaeda and its affiliates have launched a direct appeal for Americans to launch small-scale attacks here at home.”

Based on our analysis, we certainly agree.

A final commentary concerning the man behind Inspire, an English language terrorist tool: Anwar al-Awlaki. Born in 1971 in New Mexico while his father was in the United States on a diplomatic posting from Yemen, al-Awlaki holds an engineering degree from Colorado State University. He also holds a Master’s degree in Education from San Diego State University. He attended George Washington University for a PhD in Human Resource Development on a scholarship provided by the Ministry of Education in Yemen. He fraudulently received $20,000 in scholarship money from a U.S. government program for his schooling in Fort Collins, Colorado by misrepresenting himself as an international student.

From 1996-2000, he was the Iman at the Rabat mosque in San Diego, California, which was the “spiritual” home to two of the 9/11 hijackers. While in San Diego, he was twice arrested for soliciting prostitutes in August 1996 and April 1997. Previously, he had been in contact with an associate of “blind sheik” Omar Abdel Rahman, the terror leader whose followers were convicted of the 1993 bombing attack of the World Trade Center. He had direct ties to the Dar al Hijrah Islamic Center in Falls Church, Virginia. The Dar Al-Hijrah Islamic Center has been described in official U.S. reports (Traveler Enforcement Compliance System [TECS] reports) as having been “under numerous investigations for financing and [providing] aid and comfort to bad [organizations] and members, and as “a mosque operating as a front for Hamas operatives in [the] U.S.”

About a week after the attacks of 9/11, al-Awlaki was in the hands of investigators, being questioned about his terror ties. A warrant for his arrest was issued in 2002, and investigators had him in custody at JFK Airport that October. In other words, we had Anwar al-Awlaki, and could have prevented him from his facilitation of terror. The magazine Inspire might never have been published. More importantly, many American citizens might still be alive.

At the direction of David M. Gaouette, a former assistant U.S. attorney in Colorado in 2002, the warrant was pulled, most likely at the direction of the former administration or the Department of Justice. Investigation reveals that at the time al-Awlaki was about to be arrested, he was reportedly working at the Saudi Embassy under the protection of then Saudi Ambassador Prince Bandar (bin Sultan bin Abdul Aziz Al Saud), husband of Princess Haifa bint Faisal. Haifa bint Faisal indirectly funded at least two of the 9/11 hijackers.

In 2008, David M. Gaouette was appointed by the Obama administration to the position of U.S. Attorney in Denver within the Holder Justice Department. Prince Bandar was elevated to the position of Secretary-General of the National Security Council in Saudi Arabia. And Anwar al-Awlaki is now publishing English language terrorist magazines from Yemen.

In the movie, Black Hawk Down, actor Tom Sizemore plays the role of real-life U.S. Army Ranger Lt. Col. (today retired Col.) Danny R. McKnight, the hard-bitten convoy commander whose inspirational leadership literally kept his men alive during the near-disastrous Battle of Mogadishu, Somalia in 1993.

Sizemore portrayed McKnight as an outspoken combat commander, who in action could be seen by his troops as being everywhere at the same time, fighting, directing the fight, and encouraging his men in the most desperate stages of the fight. An accurate portrayal according to those who served with McKnight.

Today, nearly 17 years after one the bloodiest urban slugfests in contemporary military history, McKnight discusses what America is doing right on the global war on terror, what we are doing wrong, how the enemy perceives weakness in our desire to negotiate, and how political correctness is a fast-track to military disaster.

W. Thomas Smith Jr.: What are we doing right in the war on terrorism?

COL. DANNY R. McKNIGHT: Primarily, we are not quitting, and I hope we never quit. We committed to this fight when they brought it to us on Sept. 11, 2001. I’m personally proud that our president – at that time – took the approach that we will fight this thing called terrorism. But what everyone needs to understand is that terrorism did not start for us on 9/11. I hear a lot of people say, ‘terrorism began for us in 2001.’ That’s wrong. I wish it were that new to us, because then the enemy would be easier to take out. The FBI has it well-documented that terrorist attacks against us began at least as far back as 1980. What happened in 2001 was just the last straw. It was when we said, ‘This has to stop.’ Again to your question, what are we doing right? We haven’t quit fighting. We cannot let up. If we do, they [the Jihadists] will absolutely take over.

Smith: What are we doing wrong?

McKNIGHT: First, you must understand, I am not a supporter of the current administration.

Second, we are trying to be too kind and gentle in our approach, suggesting to the world – friends and enemies - that we don’t need to use our military might to defend ourselves and our interests. We are trying to rely too much on negotiating and compromising and trying to convince the world that we are not the preeminent military force in the world to be reckoned with.

You don’t win wars by making people feel that we are not going to press the fight.

Political correctness, which drives me up the wall, can be the death of the greatest country on earth. We have to get away from PC. I mean simple things like ‘don’t ask, don’t tell’ have become politically charged pieces of the broader military agenda, and this reexamining ‘don’t ask, don’t tell’ is not supported by the four chiefs of staff. The chairman and the weak secretary of Defense have decided to go with president on this, and they have attached an amendment to the 2011 Defense Spending Bill so they can push it through without the concurrence of the chiefs? What are we doing? We are caving to the forces of PC. That’s what we are doing wrong.

Smith: Do you see the Battle of Mogadishu as something of a microcosm of the broader war we are fighting against Jihad?

McKNIGHT: I most certainly do, though I don’t think anyone thought that in 1993. I also believe if there is one thing we should have done then, it was let us finish that mission. As hard as it would have been, the right thing for us to have done – the ‘hard right’ as I call it – would have been to let us finish. We did not finish. We did not capture [Somali warlord] Mohamed Farrah Aidid, because there were negotiations that took place between us and Aidid and his people for us to get [captured American helicopter pilot] Mike Durant back.

Now, Tom, with your background, you know we were never going to leave without Mike Durant. That would not have happened. We were ready at any moment to go get him. But we couldn’t because we were told we couldn’t go outside the compound again until negotiations were done. So at the end of the negotiations, in order for us to get Mike Durant back, we had to leave.

Mike would tell you, you don’t negotiate with bad people because they will never be good people.
And your word, ‘microcosm,’ is a good way to describe it because we showed [political] weakness. And Osama bin Laden has used that against us ever since. He said, ‘Look at the Americans in Somalia. Kill them and drag them through the streets, and they will run because they are weak.’ So Somalia was a catalyst or an instigator of 9/11. It should have changed us in our approach to terrorism. Instead, it benefited the bad guys.

Smith: What about Somalia today?

McKNIGHT: The piracy we see off Somalia today is all Al Qaeda connected. It’s not so much the clan fighting there now today as it is the dominating Muslim militia. There are trying to control that country and maintain it as a safe haven for terrorists. Somalia is a key piece of ground. Look at where it sits on the Horn of Africa.

Smith: So how does the militia benefit from the piracy?

McKNIGHT: Money. You know you get a four-million-dollar ransom for a boat. The Somalis that take control of that money are cohorts of the feared militia. As long as the militia and their friends control Somalia, piracy will continue, and that money finances terrorists.

Had we stood fast in 1993, and shown them that if you mess we us we are going to kick you in the teeth, they would view us differently today. Smith: How true to character was actor Tom Sizemore in his portrayal of you in the movie, Black Hawk Down? McKNIGHT: You have to understand, I had zero to do with the writing of the book, Black Hawk Down. Second, my input into the movie was not much more than that.

They did have good advisors, and so the book and the movie were done well.

But my input with Tom Sizemore was pretty much two phone calls. He later told me that much of what he did was based on what he learned from other [U.S. Army] Rangers, and regarding me specifically was what he learned from Rangers who served with me. He said their general comments were, ‘Whatever you do, remember Col. McKnight was right there in the streets beside us, on our left, on our right, behind us and in front of us. He was fighting but he was leading more than anything else.’

Sizemore is bigger than I am, much bigger. I’m only 5’9.” A lot of times when I go places, people say, ‘We thought you’d be much bigger.’ I always say, ‘Sorry, this is all there is.’ Also, in the movie, he smokes. I do not smoke. Never dated Hiedi Fleiss either.

Smith: I understand you have a forthcoming book?

McKNIGHT: Yes. There is so much more associated with Black Hawk Down than just Black Hawk Down. Mark Bowden did a fabulous job, but his focus truly was the events associated with Oct. 3-4, 1993. And there’s more to the story.

I have written a book [release date to be determined] that focuses on leadership, which is one of the primary things that got us through that day.

The fight; Yes, I was privileged to be fighting alongside the greatest Americans that you could ever have between Rangers, Delta Force operators, a few Navy SEALs, and having Task Force 160 above us. We fought probably better than people could imagine, because when you are outnumbered – probably five to one – you have to fight pretty hard. But leadership was key. So I start the book with that.

Leadership, I think is the key to the success of our country – past, present, and future – and that’s the reason I’m concerned today, because I don’t see the right kind of leadership.

Smith: What else?

McKNIGHT: Decisions that were made. There were a lot of decisions made that people know nothing about. My book will really, clearly reveal those decisions.

26 May 2010: Shortly after efforts turned from rescue to recovery at Ground Zero, I walked amid the rubble with a New York City police officer named “Mark.” It was just after daybreak over lower Manhattan, and the noxious odors of death, jet fuel and oppressive toxic dust still filled the air. We said nothing to each other as we stopped at the edge of a darkly stained area on the ground where bodies had fallen or people had jumped to their deaths. Debris and dust covered over portions of the grotesque paisley patterns that extended beyond yellow police tape that flapped in the morning breeze.

The NYPD officer was first to break the silence. “I remember the first one,” he said, referring to the February 26, 1993 bombing that killed 6 people and injured over a thousand more. “This time it’s going be a whole lot different,” he added. As we walked away from the area, he said that our response was going to be decisive. America was deeply wounded, but Americans were angry. And it seemed like we were united in our anger.

We were going to fight, prevail, rebuild and grow stronger. Standing there that morning, neither of us had any doubt that our leaders would not just avenge the deaths of 9/11, but take steps to make sure that such an attack would never happen again. We would emerge stronger and smarter.

That was 8 ½ years ago. Earlier this month, I stood with Mark at the outer perimeter of what once was the World Trade Center, reflecting back on that day. “We were wrong,” said Mark, gesturing to the fenced void where the North Tower once stood. For the next few hours, we talked about just how wrong we were, and how wrong things are. We talked about some of the heroes that died that day, and their families.

I left Ground Zero that day angry. And if you are not angry, you’ve simply not been paying attention, or worse, you are part of the problem. In either case, it’s time for a dose of intellectual honesty without fear or the constraint of political correctness. Americans deserve it. The victims of Islamic terrorism demand it, and the very future and salvation of our country depends on it.

Think back for a moment to those sad and mournful days in the wake of 9/11, when the images of death were being replayed over all the news channels. Think back to the occasional clips of our Muslim enemies dancing in the streets of their countries, celebrating the death and destruction on American soil. Think back to the unity and resolve of Americans in the heartland, and the selflessness of those who prepared to make the ultimate sacrifice for our country. Now consider being given a glimpse into the future, and answer the following honestly:

Had you been told that in seven years, a little-known man of questionable background named Barack Hussein Obama, a man considered by many Muslims to be a Muslim himself, a man who proudly admits to being accomplished at reciting the adhan (the Islamic call to prayer) would occupy the White House, would you have believed it? Or would you have scoffed, or at least wondered how we lost the war or permitted our country to be overtaken?

If you were told that in 2010, the construction of a 13-story mosque just two blocks from Ground Zero would be unanimously approved by New York City planners, and just a few hundred yards from where you stood, where bodies fell and others jumped to their deaths, would you have believed it? What if you were told that the funding source for that mosque originated from the same blood money declined by then Mayor Rudy Giuliani when it was offered to him on October 11, 2001 by Saudi Prince al Waleed bin Talal. You probably would have asked how any American, let alone any New Yorker, would allow that to happen. Is it a case of their unbridled stupidity, naiveté, or perhaps something more nefarious?

If you were told that a memorial planned and approved for the heroes and victims of Flight 93 in Shanksville, PA would contain Islamic symbolism, you probably would have laughed, as many still do in their attempts to marginalize those who point out the obvious. I wonder if those who called such claims conspiratorial nonsense might reconsider, in light of the planned construction of the ultimate Islamic symbol of victory – a mosque – at Ground Zero.

If you were told that in the ensuing years fighting domestic threats posed by Islamic terrorism that our Justice Department, policymakers and leaders in law enforcement would succumb to the pressure of Muslim advocacy groups, and permit co-conspirators to influence and actually help create counter-terrorism policies to their current absurd levels, would you have believed it?
If you were told that a man named al-Awlaki (a/k/a Anwar Nasser Abdulla Aulaqi), identified as a Muslim cleric who assisted at least two of the 9/11 hijackers was in federal custody after the attacks but was ordered released? Of course, if you’ve been paying attention, you would know that al-Awlaki was the inspiration behind the mass murder of our soldiers at Fort Hood in November 2009 and involved in numerous other post-9/11 plots. Looking across the debris field at Ground Zero, would you not demand answers and accountability for those who let al-Awlaki go?

If you were told that you faced the threat of being sued for reporting suspicious activity, even if your observations were accurate and your concerns legitimate, would you have believed it?

If you were told that in the process of holding those responsible for the atrocities on 9/11 and those harboring or aiding them, our justice department under new leadership would revert back to 1993 standards to deal with the perpetrators by handling these acts of terrorism as criminal acts, and not acts of war?

Standing amid the rubble as victims were still being identified, would you not have been offended at the instruction of having to carefully avoid using Islam and terrorism in the same sentence, or having to refer to the scene before you as a “man-caused disaster?” Is there no one left in authority with the guts or integrity to point out just how preposterous and self-destructive this game of semantics is?

Had you been told that you, as a proud American and not simply the Muslim terrorists, would be placed on a watch list of potential threats to our country within the next five years, would you have not asked how that could possibly happen?

Even before the dust began to settle over New York, Americans were being sold a bill of goods about the agenda of Islamists. The fact that Islam is much more than a religion is carefully omitted from academic discussion. The fact that Islamists, having found common ground with progressives, are deliberately infiltrating all aspects of our government, our military and our law enforcement and adversely affecting our policies is being hidden from the public or mocked by the media.

Hardworking and patriotic Americans have been duped by our elected officials, our corporate media, many of our religious leaders, pundits, commentators, anchors, and others over the last 8 ½ years. Many have stood by and allowed our country to be psychologically raped to the point of perverse acquiescence to the agenda of the global elite, who are teamed with the progressive left and the current incarnation of the Muslim Brotherhood in a fight for control over our country.

What hijacked airplanes and bombs have yet to accomplish, the policies of our leaders and the politics of the progressive movement are working toward completion. Failing to recognize that political correctness is nothing more than a perversion of truth and a strategic smokescreen for the common goals of Islamists and the progressives is to be blissfully ignorant, or willfully complicit in the destruction of our country.

Iranian Nuclear-Capable Cruise Missile Threat

UPDATE 11 May 2010: Yair Shamir, the Israel Aerospace Industries (IAI) chairman confirmed six days ago, apparently via his connections within the Israeli intelligence community, significant details within my original 19 March 2005 Northeast Intelligence Network report and the subsequent NEIN Blog update of 12 May 2008, that Iran has improved upon the Ukrainian-supplied Russian-made KH-55 nuclear capable cruise missiles it received via a highly covert proliferation transfer. Yair Shamir revealed this new information during Israel's first multi-national ballistic missile defense conference on 5 May 2010.

However, contrary to current reporting, Iran did not acquire the KH-55s at some point in 2005-06. This aspect of the new MSM reporting is obviously disinformative as confirmed by the offical statements made by Ukrainian lawmaker Hryhoriy Omelchenko to the former pro-Western president of Ukraine, Viktor Yushchenko, in early 2005 and reported to the media that same year. Hryhoriy Omelchenko is on record five years ago as saying the transfer of twelve (12) KH-55s from Ukraine to Iran occured between 1999 and 2001. This means that Iran has had approximately 10 years to reverse engineer and improve upon the nuclear capable (200kT) KH-55 cruise missiles. This is data is very probably more critical to Israeli military planners than the recent announcements of Hezbollah's possession of Syrian M-600 (Scud-like) ballistic missiles.

I wrote my first article, originally published on the NEIN website, on March 19, 2005, and titled it as "Smoking Gun: Iran Already Nuclear Armed". Certain events over the past two years caused that original report to be lost from our archives, yet it exists to this day in Google cashe, or as recounted below. Being back with a sense of vengeance and probably more relevant than it was then due to new the intelligence on Iranian nuclear weapons programs and this specific Russian-designed KH-55 (X-55) cruise missile delivery system. In updates to be posted shortly I will detail how Iran has reversed engineered and upgraded the mission capabilites of the KH-55 'Granat' platform. This cruise missile was designed to carry a 200 kiloton nuclear warhead at least 3,000 kilometers (1,864 miles).

Smoking Gun: Iran Already Nuclear Armed

A recent article featured on the Internet news site Debka stated "Iran currently has at least 12 Kh-55 strategic cruise missiles with 3,000km range capable of carrying 200 kiloton nuclear warheads." The article further stated: "Ukrainian prosecutor-General Piskun admitted in Kiev that this "missile technology" from former Soviet nuclear arsenal had "leaked" to Iran in 2001 - albeit without nuclear warheads. He could not explain how sales occurred. Six missiles also reached China."

Based on my research, this is only partially correct. The real story is that Iran purchased a total of six-(6) Kh-55 Granat nuclear-armed cruise missiles from an ethnic Iranian-Afghan arms merchant identified as Sarfraz Haider.

Conveniently, Sarfraz Haider was murdered in Cyprus last year, allegedly by Iranian-paid agents because he knew the truth about the full capability of the stolen Kh-55 cruise missiles. An autopsy revealed that his neck had been broken and his aorta split.

Details of the demise of arms dealer Sarfraz Haider are documented in story written by Lincoln Wright of the Australian Herald-Sun dated 20 February 2005. Sarfraz Haider lived Australia for some time.

Excerpted from the article:

Based on documents he had seen in Cyprus, Dr. Haider said he had "little doubt" the missiles were tipped with warheads. "What's the use of the missiles without them," Dr Haider said.

The missiles were sold through several companies, including one Cyprus-based company owned by Mr. Haider, S.H. Heritage Holding Ltd, and another Iranian firm, Satak Co Ltd.

The proverbial cat was let out of the bag by Hryhoriy Omelchenko, a member of the Ukrainian Parliament and who also just happens to be a reserve colonel in the Ukrainian State Secret Services bureau (SBU). He wrote an official letter to newly elected Ukrainian President Yushchenko asking him to pursue a full investigation of the illegal sale of six Kh-55 missiles to Iran, and six Kh-55 missiles to China.

Relevant facts on this matter are contained in an on the internet web site MISSILETHREAT.com, a project of the Claremont Institute, citing an article written by Roman Kupchinsky, an organized crime and terrorism analyst for RFE/RL Online and the editor of "RFE/RL Organized Crime and Terrorism Watch:."

Ukrainian lawmaker Hryhoriy Omelchenko recently wrote a letter to newly elected President Viktor Yushchenko claiming that the government of Yushchenko's predecessor, Leonid Kuchma, in collaboration with members of the military and the state arms company UkrSpetzExport sold some 20 air-launched Kh-55 and Kh-55M cruise missiles, which had the capability to carry nuclear weapons. Of these, six were sent to Iran and six to China, all between 1999 and 2001. The transfers, if true, would violate various non-proliferation agreements. Kuchma's government is also believed to have sold advanced radar systems to Iraq in 2002, despite UN sanctions to the contrary. An American embassy spokesman in Kiev was quoted by the Associated Press as saying that the United States was "aware of the reports" of such sales and took them "very seriously."

The Kh-55 cruise missile has a range of 3,000 kilometers, is capable of carrying a 200-kiloton nuclear warhead, and was developed for use on Russian Tupolev long-range bombers. In June 2004, Russia tested an air-launched cruise missile which may well have been the Kh-55.

Based on extensive research into this matter, it would appear that the Iranians could strike any target within a radius approximately equal to the distance between Tehran and Athens, Greece. This clearly puts all US CENTCOM and Israeli fixed-position, strategic military targets within the range of these weapons.

Analysis of the Times Square Bombing Attempt

3 May 2010: During interviews yesterday, Department of Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano described the failed vehicle bomb in Times Square as “one off,” suggesting, by definition that the event appears to be a one-time occurrence. Other counter-terrorism officials and commentators have further depicted the bomb assembly as “amateurish.” Meanwhile, political agendas appear to be overruling logical analysis and common sense. Liberals and progressives are speculating that the person or persons behind the failed attack are likely to be angry right-wing “tea-baggers,” while the right wing conservatives are suggesting possibilities that range from Islamic terrorists to a possible false flag operation intent on curtailing more of our liberties.

Let’s look at the facts outside of the influence of politics and political correctness:

Bomb composition: The bomb was composed of three filled propane tanks, two 5-gallon containers of gasoline, an ammunition locker type of box filled with inert fertilizer. The triggering mechanism was identified as a can filled with about 2 dozen M-88 type commercial firecrackers hooked to at least one alarm clock. A second alarm clock inside the vehicle was destroyed by fire.
The construction of the bomb is very similar in design to the vehicle bombs used in the attempted attack in London in 2007. The vehicle bomb in London failed to detonate due to an incorrect fuel-air mixture. The Times Square bomb failed, perhaps, due to design flaws, although further investigation will bear that out. In both cases, however, the bombs were noticed when smoke began coming from each vehicle.

As detailed in our report on 2 May 2010, the currently incarcerated Islamic terrorist Dhiren BAROT conducted surveillance of various potential targets in New York City in 2000 and 2001. Included in his surveillance were targets where vehicle bombs would cause the most death and destruction, including areas at and around Times Square. Based on his research, BAROT authored a detailed instruction manual that included targets of dense population, and further included bomb designs very similar to the construction of the Times Square bomb. That manual has reached a wide audience via the Internet, including Islamists in the U.S.

Bomb location: The vehicle was parked at the southwest corner of 45th and Broadway, arriving at that location at approximately 6:30 p.m. It was “parked” at one of the most densely populated pedestrian areas in the U.S., at a time when a successful detonation would have caused a significant number of casualties. The same process of “target selection” was employed in the failed London bombing attempt. While its proximity to the Viacom office might be relevant considering the recent threats made against the animated television series South Park, the close proximity to an army recruiting station can also be considered. Its exact location, however, more likely appears to be a result of simple logistics, as anyone who has driven through Times Square can attest. The most logical conclusion for its placement is based on opportunity, or where it could quickly be parked in order to cause the maximum number of deaths and human suffering.

History: In recent history, there have been over 1500 incidents involving the implementation of vehicle borne improved explosive devices. Although those statistics include the activities of the IRA and other “separatist groups,” it is important to consider that we are a nation at war with the terrorist element of Islam. Islamic terrorists have repeatedly warned us of their intention of bringing the war to the United States. Unfortunately, pressure from activists groups and the irrationality of American adherence to politically correct speech has forced many to deny this war. Although there has not yet been any identification of a suspect or suspects in this case, it is only due to the irrational influence of political correctness that we have not publicly placed Islamic terrorists as number-one on the list of prime suspects given the facts we have.

To characterize the bomb composition as amateurish is an attempt to psychologically minimize its potential to kill. It’s important to remember that the 9/11 hijackers were armed simply with box cutters. By the logic being employed today, the events of 9/11 might well be described as amateurish in design and operation had the hijackings failed to succeed.

The vehicle at Times Square was loaded with items readily available, although when properly combined and constructed, can be as lethal as military bombs. Many Americans appear to have this notion inspired by Hollywood movies that if the bomb is not sophisticated in design, contain fancy military ordinance or any other level of sophistication, it is not that dangerous. The numerous deaths in Iraq, Afghanistan, Pakistan and Israel by crudely designed bombs constructed of easily obtained materials should provide a much different perception.

Lastly, the reference by Napolitano as the incident being a “one off” also presents a false or incorrect characterization of the war being waged against us. It is important that we recall that the day after the failed London bombing, the perpetrators drove their SUV, containing propane cylinders into the Glasgow Airport in the first terror attack in that country since Lockerbie. It is certainly premature to suggest that this incident is an isolated attempt, and equally dangerous.

Muslim Terrorist Arrested in Attempted VBIED Attack on Times Square

4 May 2010: Faisal SHAHZAD, 30, a Muslim from Pakistan who was recently naturalized as a U.S. citizen, was arrested late Monday night by Customs and Border Protection agents at JFK airport as he attempted to flee the U.S. to his native Pakistan via Dubai. SHAHZAD was placed on the “do-not-fly” list earlier Monday based on information developed during the course of the investigation into the attempted vehicle bombing in Time Square. He was identified as the individual who drove the vehicle into Times Square. Authorities are currently investigating SHAHZAD’s U.S. support network in the New York area, including other possible suspects who have not yet been publicly identified.

According to information provided to this author by New York authorities, SHAZAD lives in Shelton, Connecticut. He became naturalized in April 2009 shortly before traveling back to Pakistan for a five-month period. SHAHZAD is married and reportedly maintains a wife in Pakistan. His activities while in Pakistan allegedly include meetings with at least one Pakistani based Muslim terrorist organization and time spent at terror training camps, based on information provided to this author.

Also according to information provided by a New York official, investigators are looking into SHAHZAD’s U.S. contacts as the probe into Saturday’s bombing attempt widens. “There is no doubt that this was an Islamic inspired, sanctioned and funded attempted terror attack against the citizens of the U.S.,” stated the New York official on the strict condition of anonymity. “There is a concern that more attacks are being planned by individuals in the U.S. as well as in other countries, especially Pakistan,” added this source.

Investigators initially identified SHAHZAD through the purchase of the Nissan Pathfinder used in the bombing attempt. Investigators also gathered information about SHAHZAD and other likely suspects from a video message uploaded 24 hours before the attempted attack by a group known as Tehreek-e-Taliban, different from the Pakistani group who originally claimed responsibility for the act. The video featured Qari Hussein MEHSUD, the Pakistani Taliban leader and bomb trainer referencing the Times Square attack and promises for additional terrorist attacks inside the U.S.

That video was then followed by the release of two additional video messages from Hakeemullah MEHSUD, the head of the Taliban in Pakistan believed to have been killed in a U.S. missile strike in North Waziristan last January. Although it is important to note the distinction between the messages and the groups, it is interesting to note that all of the videos were posted on the Internet by the Tehreek-e-Taliban, also known as the “Pakistan News Channel.” Additionally, investigation revealed that the messages were recorded sometime in early April.

SHAHZAD will be brought to the Manhattan Federal Courthouse today to be formally charged.

NYC VBIED Patterned on Dhiren Barot AQ Manual

Prologue -- According to the MSM Janet Napolitano declared this event "an act of terrorism." In my best 'Church Lady' sarcasm, let me say, "Isn't that special." Well, it certainly would be special except for that fact that Janet Napolitano ONLY utters the word "terrorism" when she is referring to Anglo-Saxon "christians." Mark my words, this act of Al Qaeda terrorism will be attributed by the current Washington regime to a domestic, anti-government group led by a disgruntled white male in his 40s.

And nothing could be further from the truth. This attack has Al Qaeda written all over it. In fact, it has Al Qaeda master-terrorist Dhiren BAROT's design written all over it, and is nearly identical to the 2007 London VBIED attack which was narrowly averted and the semi-successful attack on Glasgow (Scotland) airport, which, incidentally, used the exact same design-type of Vehicle Improvised Explosive Device (VBIED).

2 May 2010: If the configuration of the propane gas cylinders and gasoline containers in the back of a SUV sounds familiar, it should. In an article that was published on this web site on 29 June 2007, we warned that the operational tactics of Islamic terrorists of the London attempted bombings outside of a night club would be used on U.S. soil, and identified the crowded streets of New York as a prime target.

Excerpted from that article: “There is a deep concern among counter-terrorism officials that such bombs will be eventually used in the United States, especially in areas of high pedestrian traffic, such as in New York City.”

A six-part law enforcement sensitive investigative analysis published by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security in April 2009 also warned of the increasing likelihood of a bomb of this type (propane tanks and fuel canisters) being used in against civilian targets to cause significant casualties. Buildings with glass windows, underground parking garages, and areas crowded with pedestrians (such as Times Square) were identified or suggested as prime target areas.

The operational tactics studied by U.S. DHS officials of al Qaeda’s tactics, specifically those written by now-jailed Islamic terrorist Dhiren BAROT (depicted in image at left above), served as the basis for this study. Officials found that BAROT spent a great deal of time in New York City in 2000 and 2001, engaging in surveillance of target selection. As a result, BAROT compiled a 39-page “instruction manual” that outlined the selection of targets, how to create bombs using propane tanks and fuel containers, and the use of SUVs and vans. BAROT also gave instructions on when to use such bombs to cause the maximum number of casualties.

NYC Times Square car bombing attempt

2 May 2010: NYPD, members of the Joint Terrorism Task Force, the FBI and other law enforcement agencies remain on the scene of a nearly successful vehicle bombing attempt at Times Square in New York City. The incident is being described as an “attempted terrorist attack” in the heart of New York City that if successful, could have resulted in the numerous fatalities.

According to initial reports, a street vendor observed smoke coming from the interior of a dark green Nissan SUV that was parked but left running on the southwest corner of 45th Street and Broadway at approximately 7:00 p.m. Saturday. The vendor immediately flagged down police. Among the first on the scene was NYPD Officer Wayne Rhatigan, who observed the smoke and smelled the distinctive odor of gunpowder coming from the vehicle during his closer inspection. Determining it to be a live bomb that could detonate at any time, the officer summoned assistance and officers began clearing the area. The bomb failed to detonate.

What was found inside the vehicle stunned police officials: they included three propane tanks, two red 5-gallon plastic containers filled with gasoline, consumer grade fireworks, a locked, black metal ammunition storage type box, a clock, various other electrical components, and other items apparently intended to be used as shrapnel in the explosion. Had the vehicle been detonated, it would have created a large fireball, spewing metal and deadly shrapnel across a large area that was filled with thousands of passersby.

It was also initially reported that two female police officers patrolling the area noticed an unidentified male fumbling with something in the back of the Nissan SUV. When the man spotted the two officers, he immediately fled the scene, and was ultimately lost in the crowd of people. New York City police and federal officials are reviewing a number of videos captured by street level cameras and building surveillance cameras in the vicinity of Broadway and 45th Street.

Additionally, investigators are processing a large amount of significant forensic evidence from the vehicle, which one New York City police investigator described as “being consistent with vehicle bombs [he has seen used during his tour of duty] in Iraq.” Speaking to this author on the condition of anonymity as he is not authorized to speak about the incident, he stated that the bomb would have undoubted caused a significant loss of life and many serious injuries.

A Connecticut license plate was attached to the vehicle, but police determined that the plate did not match the Nissan. Investigators contacted the owner of the license plate, who told them that he discarded the plate at a local junkyard. Police have identified the owner of the vehicle through the vehicle identification (VIN) number, but have yet to release any details to the public.

So far, police have not publicly addressed the possibility that the vehicle bomb could have been intended to send a message to Viacom, the parent company of Comedy Central and distributor of the animated television series “South Park.” The show was at the center of recent controversy over their depiction of Islam’s Mohammed. According to the investigator interviewed early this morning, however, they are not ruling out any possibility.

As of 4:00 a.m. ET, no physical description of the unidentified male observed parking the vehicle has been released to the public. Investigators with the Northeast Intelligence Network remain in close contact with NYPD officers, and will provide additional information as it is developed.

UPDATE 5:10 a.m. ET: It has been confirmed that a small fire inside of the Nissan Pathfinder was extinguished, which caused some “popping sounds” or “mini-explosions” heard by people in the area of the SUV.

An investigative report detailing the Obama eligibility controversy

27 April 2010: I cannot think of any other subject in recent American history that has been so mired in controversy, so factually misrepresented, mischaracterized and so misunderstood than the matter of the eligibility of Barack Hussein OBAMA II to hold the office of President of the United States. Despite its importance, the topic has been summarily dismissed as fodder for conspiracy theorists by many, while others insist that the question of OBAMA’s citizenship has been “asked and answered.” But has it really been answered, and if not, why not?

In consideration of the controversy that continues to plague Barack Hussein OBAMA over his citizenship status and his well documented sustained pattern of refusal to provide authenticated documentation of his birth records and numerous other pertinent records, I’ve conducted an in-depth investigation into the matter in an effort to separate fact from fiction, myth from reality. My approach was the same I’ve used as an investigator over the last 25 years on behalf of Fortune 100 companies in their selection of corporate executives, conducting due diligence background investigations. In this case, however, I was not afforded direct and unfettered access to the “applicant’s”, or in this case, OBAMA’s original records. Nonetheless, I conducted inquiries and a lengthy investigation researching the information directly or indirectly disclosed by OBAMA, as well as collections of documents, court records, official federal and state documents, verbal statements, utterances and other documents determined to be of authentic provenance.
At issue is whether Barack Hussein OBAMA or any of his representatives have furnished sufficient documentation to prove his eligibility for the office of President of the United States under Article II, Section I of the U.S. Constitution that states:

“No person except a natural born citizen, or a citizen of the United States, at the time of the adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the office of President; neither shall any person be eligible to that office who shall not have attained to the age of thirty-five years, and been fourteen years a resident within the United States.”

Presently, OBAMA occupies the White House as the Chief Executive Officer of the United States of America. As president, he is the commander-in-chief of our armed forces and ultimately responsible for the security of the United States. Any person of reasonable sensibilities would logically believe that his eligibility status has long been established by the Federal Election Commission (FEC) or those in positions of oversight for such matters. But has it?

In order to be as comprehensive as possible, my investigative findings include important background information into the legal definition of a “natural born citizen” as applicable to Article II of the U.S. Constitution. This background information is provided to clear up many common misconceptions about the eligibility controversy, and to explain why so many people are confused and easily mislead over this issue. After thoroughly investigating this matter, I have found demonstrable evidence that this confusion is a deliberate and highly effective tactic used to divert attention from a constitutional issue and thus, the rule of law, to the detriment of American citizens.

This report will also provide insight into the reasons for the largely ignored yet unprecedented legal fight by Barack Hussein OBAMA II, his representatives and assigns, against any release of the authenticated copy of his long form birth certificate and a multitude of other relevant historical documents.

Natural Born Citizen Qualification: The Facts

Based on extensive research, there are two separate but equally relevant legal issues that involve the specific eligibility of Barack Hussein OBAMA II to legally serve as President of the United States. First is the U.S. Constitution which was adopted into law on 17 September 1787. As noted by Article II, Section I of the U.S. Constitution, an individual born after 1787 cannot legally or legitimately serve as U.S. President unless that person is a “natural born citizen” of the United States.

The second issue is the precise definition of a “natural born citizen.” The Fourteenth Amendment of the U.S. Constitution, adopted on 9 July 1868, furnishes a rather broad definition of who qualifies as a “natural born citizen.” Specifically, who qualifies as a natural born citizen legally qualified to hold the office of President of the United States under Article II, Section I of the U.S. Constitution lies at the core of the eligibility argument. For the sake of clarity in advance of potential ancillary arguments, it is noted here that the Twelfth-Amendment to the U.S. Constitution mandates that Vice-Presidents possess the same qualifications as Presidents.

Obviously, there is no legitimate controversy over the eligibility status of Barack Hussein OBAMA in terms of his age and length of residency within the U.S. Despite popular belief by many to the contrary, there is, however, an unresolved issue over his status as “a natural born citizen, or a citizen of the United States.”

While many constitutional scholars hold different beliefs over the intent of the natural born citizen qualifier, I submit that an extraordinarily prescient illustration of logic behind this qualification can be found in a brief letter from John JAY, a founding father of the United States and the first chief justice of the U.S. Supreme Court to George WASHINGTON dated 25 July 1787:

A study of the Federalist Papers and the writings of our founding fathers clearly indicate a concern for the security of the United States stemming from “threats from within,” or to prevent foreign enemies from becoming commander-in-chief. Given the nature and various enemies we currently face, the brief but ominous note to George WASHINGTON would certainly appear as relevant today, if not more so, as it was over 200 years ago.

Three years after that note was written, Congress affirmed in 1790 that a person born abroad whose parents are both citizens of the U.S. is, in fact, a U.S. citizen. In the years that followed, there have been many legal arguments to further define a natural born citizen. Based on extensive research, it would appear that the “next best” definition originates from an 1874 ruling by the U.S. Supreme Court in the case of Minor v. Happersett 88 U.S. 162 (1874). The U.S. Supreme Court ruled that if an individual is born in the United States and both parents are U.S. citizens at the time of birth, that individual is, in fact, a natural born citizen. That same Supreme Court decision also addressed the issue of a person born in the United States where one of the parents is not a U.S. citizen at the time of the birth of the child. The ruling noted that in such a case, the child’s natural born citizenship status is “in doubt.”

In any event, subsequent rulings by Congress and enacted by federal statute affirm that children born abroad by parents who are both U.S. citizens are not only U.S. citizens themselves, but are recognized as “natural born citizens.” On the other hand, individuals born in the United States or elsewhere by one or more parents who are not U.S. citizens are not likely to be eligible to hold the office of President of the United States absent of federal statute affirming their eligibility. Therein lays the current situation of Barack Hussein OBAMA II and the need to establish his citizenship status through authenticated documents.

Presidential eligibility; historical & current oddities

Since the U.S. Constitution was adopted into law, every elected U.S. president who was born after 1787 was born in the United States of parents who were both U.S. citizens except two: Chester Alan ARTHUR and Barack Hussein OBAMA II. It is interesting to note that when Chester Alan ARTHUR was born, his father, William ARTHUR was a British subject and not a U.S. citizen. There is ample authenticated historical evidence to substantiate that ARTHUR deliberately and publicly misrepresented his family lineage during his campaign and following his election in 1880 as the 21st President, took steps to destroy evidence, including family and birth records.

Barack Hussein OBAMA II has publicly admitted that his father was a Kenyan native and a British citizen who never became a U.S. citizen. Based on that admission and further verification of his father’s nationality, OBAMA’s status as a natural born citizen and thus, his eligibility to hold the office of President of the United States is questionable at best, at least according to the aforementioned Supreme Court ruling of Minor v. Happersett. This issue becomes more prescient and ominously nefarious when one investigates the overt and covert behavior of OBAMA as a candidate, his actions following his election, the duplicity of the media, members of the U.S. Congress, the Federal Elections Commission and other factors by those who appear to be working individually or in concert to purposely misdirect the core Constitutional argument.
It is obvious that not all presidential candidates are treated equally in terms of their eligibility, as illustrated during the 2008 election. During the 2008 campaign, a lawsuit was filed petitioning the removal of Presidential candidate John McCAIN from the ballot. Ironically, the suit stemmed from the questions over McCAIN’s constitutional eligibility as his natural-born status was in doubt. To put to rest any doubt, McCAIN responded by providing an authenticated copy of his long form birth certificate to the Federal Elections Commission (FEC) and Congress. Despite the early rumblings of controversy over OBAMA’s origins, OBAMA did not.

Although McCain provided his long form birth certificate and took proactive measures to ensure his eligibility to hold office, many political and media pundits remained unsatisfied. Before the term “birther” became synonymous with racist conspiracy theorist, an article published on 28 February, 2008 in The New York Times titled McCain’s Canal Zone Birth Prompts Queries About Whether That Rules Him Out questioned McCAIN’s eligibility.

On that same day, Senator Claire McCASKILL, a Missouri democrat introduced a bill titled Children of Military Families Natural Born Citizen Act. Oddly, the bill was co-sponsored by both Senators Barack Hussein OBAMA II and Hillary Rodham CLINTON, both who were running against McCAIN at the time the bill was introduced. Despite the specificity of its title, the bill (SB 2678) was an attempt to change the legal definition of a natural born citizen as referenced by Article II, Section I, clause V of the U.S. Constitution, a move that by default, would arguably and preemptively take away any constitutional challenges against the eligibility of Barack Hussein OBAMA II.

Although the bill failed to progress in the Senate, the same lawmakers introduced a non-binding resolution (Senate Resolution 511) on 10 April 2008 to again ostensibly recognize McCAIN as a “natural born citizen,” the resolution contained broad language that could be applied to OBAMA.
The controversy surrounding the eligibility of John McCAIN to hold office continued, at least in the media. On 11 July 2008, an article was published in The New York Times under the title A Hint of New Life to a McCain Birth Issue. The article cited a law professor from the University of Arizona who concluded, in a detailed analysis “that neither Mr. McCain’s birth in 1936 in the Panama Canal Zone nor the fact that his parents were American citizens is enough to satisfy the constitutional requirement that the president must be a “natural-born citizen.” The law professor cited in that article, Gabriel J. Chin, published a sixty-two page discussion paper in August 2008 titled Why Senator John McCain Cannot be President: Eleven Months and a Hundred Yards Short of Citizenship (Arizona Legal Studies, Discussion Paper 08-14).

The status of Barack Hussein OBAMA, however, remained unquestioned by the majority of academia.

Arguments over importance & relevance: “Birthers” are born

Like the layers of an onion, one must peel back the layers of hyperbole, political agendas, accusations of racism, and other types of detractions and distractions to arrive at the very core of the argument, which is simply this: Is Barack Hussein OBAMA in fact legally eligible, under the United States Constitution, to serve as President of the United States?

There are many who claim that the issue of Obama’s eligibility is unimportant and irrelevant, or an unnecessary distraction to the “real” crises facing America, including but not limited to OBAMA’s policies and actions as President. It is an interesting dichotomy that some of the most vocal proponents of the first amendment are the same who appear to disregard the fourteenth amendment, a practice especially virulent among those in the media. There are also those self-proclaimed conservative media pundits who have the collective audience of millions of Americans who flatly refuse to discuss, let alone demand answers to a legitimate legal question as defined by the U.S. Constitution.

Others claim the argument is moot, as the President was duly elected by the will of the people. Those people are in need of a history lesson as that argument is technically flawed at the most fundamental level. Others assert that questioning the eligibility issue is rooted in racism and bigotry, at which point the rule of law is ultimately lost in a flurry of deliberate distractions presented in the form of incendiary accusations.

Perhaps the most calculated and methodical approach in use today to dissuade people from addressing this issue is the labeling of anyone who believes that American citizens deserve to know whether Barack Hussein OBAMA meets the eligibility requirements as a “birther.” The negative connotations of this label are vast and incisive, and the evolution of this term has grown to include ancillary questions of OBAMA’s past.

The popular but erroneous perception is that “birthers,” often lumped together with “9/11 truthers” and others who have legitimate questions and concerns about important issues either live in a world where conspiracies dominate their thoughts, or are simply branded as kooks seeking answers to non-existent questions. The fact is that there are indeed legitimate unanswered questions about the events of 9/11 as there are legitimate unanswered questions about the background and overall eligibility of OBAMA. Individuals asking rational, fact based questions about either subject are intentionally combined with others whose questions are obviously well beyond the realm of reason.

In particular, it is not only the absence of authenticated evidence regarding OBAMA’s citizenship status at birth that cause rational people to question his eligibility status under Article II, Section I of the United States Constitution, but the manner in which OBAMA and those in positions of government oversight have responded to legitimate inquiries. It is also how some members of the media have chosen to report on this issue, misreport or otherwise distort the issue, or not report on it at all.

Whatever arguments are used to understate or even mock the importance of this matter, it cannot be denied that the rule of law is being ignored and as a result, the Constitution of the United States is being trampled. If the fourteenth amendment is permitted to be exploited, ignored or violated, it might not be long before other amendments, along with the entire Constitution, become nothing more than a footnote in American history. As such, questions surrounding this matter must be taken seriously.

The Obama eligibility issue: has it already been answered?

No. It has been a common tactic to refute questions about OBAMA’s eligibility by citing the Internet publication of a Certification of Live Birth (COLB), also known as a “short form birth certificate” purportedly issued by the state of Hawaii. The controversial document was originally posted on the Internet at http://www.dailykos.com, a political website on or about 12 June 2008 as questions about OBAMA’s place of birth and eligibility status began to become a popular Internet topic. As there was no certification of authenticity that accompanied the alleged document, its provenance could not be established.

Subsequent to the document being posted on the aforementioned website, the “Fight the Smears” website reproduced the document here. While many believe “Fight the Smears” website is an independent organization dedicated to separating fact from fiction, it is actually owned and operated by “Organizing for America,” the successor organization to “Obama for America.” Clearly, it is far from independent.

Yet another website purported to be an independent arbiter of truth is “FactCheck.org,” which claims that the eligibility status of OBAMA has long been satisfied. Like the previous site, it is important to understand who owns or operates the site in order to assess the reliability of the site. The Fact Check website is a project of the Annenberg Public Policy Center of the Annenberg School for Communication at the University of Pennsylvania. It receives its primary funding from the Annenberg Foundation. It is relevant to note that Barack Hussein OBAMA II was a founding member, chairman, and past president of the Chicago Annenberg Challenge, which was also funded by the Annenberg Foundation. Accordingly, it is reasonable to challenge the neutrality of the information provided by that site.

Since then, the image, including variations of the image, have appeared on the Internet to “prove” that Barack Hussein OBAMA meets the eligibility requirements under Article II, Section I of the U.S. Constitution.

Since its original posting, numerous individuals and websites have sought to disprove the authenticity of the document, which was posted as an image in JPEG format, through analysis of the image or by other means (e.g. sequencing of certificate numbers, absence of state seal, etc.). Although there appears to be sufficient evidence suggesting the document is not a valid certificate and has been falsely created or the image has been deliberately altered, limiting discussion at this time to the merits of the COLB detracts from a much larger issue: OBAMA’s massive and unprecedented campaign to keep sealed his actual birth certificate (and other relevant records) from public view.

This is not to say that the publication of the COLB document is unimportant. In fact, quite the opposite is true if the matter of legal eligibility is ever properly and thoroughly investigated by a legitimate court of inquiry within the United States. As agents, representatives or the assigns of Barack Hussein OBAMA have publicly asserted that the question of eligibility has been officially answered by the publication of the COLB as listed on officially sanctioned web sites, and it is ultimately proven that the document is deliberately deceptive by any means, an inquiry into violations of the United States Crimes Code, 18 USC Section 1028 encompassing fraud and other related activity involving identification documents might apply.

Since the initial COLB was first published in June 2008, there have been at least two additional incarnations of the document, each containing revisions that bear additional information allegedly “supporting” its authenticity. Accordingly, the Certification of Live Birth is consistently cited by individuals, the media and others to prove the constitutional eligibility of Barack Hussein OBAMA. Nonetheless, even an authenticated and genuine Certification of Live Birth is legally insufficient for the purpose of proving eligibility, as it merely represents that OBAMA’s birth record is on file in the state of Hawaii. It falls short of providing the information necessary to determine constitutional eligibility in at least two areas: it does not offer any information regarding who supplied the information, nor does it confirm the authenticity of the information provided. Again, it merely indicates that the information is “on file.”

Hawaii officials declare Obama eligible

Yet another deception levied against the American people is the assertion that the Hawaiian officials have confirmed Barack Hussein OBAMA’s “eligibility” through a statement issued on 27 July 2009 by Dr. Chiyome FUKINO, Director of the Hawaii Department of Health, which declared Obama Hawaiian-born and a “natural-born American citizen.” Those who claim that the 2009 press release by Dr. FUKINO must understand that FUKINO has absolutely no statutory authority to make such a statement. Accordingly and based on the rule of law, that statement cannot be considered as evidence or legal documentation either to support or deny OBAMA’s eligibility status.

Hawaii birth announcements: anecdotal evidence of eligibility

Many who argue that Barack Hussein OBAMA II was born in Hawaii not only point to the COLB as direct evidence of eligibility, but they also point to two separate birth announcements that appear in the Honolulu Sunday Advertiser and the Star-Bulletin in 1961. Those doing so either fail to understand the legal definition of a natural born citizen as it applies to the eligibility factor, or are guilty of intentionally misdirecting the core issue. A birth announcement is simply that – a public announcement that a baby was born. The birth announcements do not provide any information about the child’s citizenship, cannot be authenticated, and hold no weight of evidence to support either side of the eligibility argument.

Letter to Obama: Shape Up or Ship Out

28 April 2010: The man in the Hawai'ian shirt in the above image is Harold B. Estes, 95 years young and a retired U.S. Navy Master Chief Bos'n Mate. He dictated a letter to a friend, signed it and mailed it Barack Hussein Obama. The letter is a must read for all true American patriots as well as those who pose a clear and present danger to this Constitutional Republic.

Dear President Obama,

My name is Harold Estes, approaching 95 on December 13 of this year. People meeting me for the first time don't believe my age because I remain wrinkle free and pretty much mentally alert.

I enlisted in the U.S. Navy in 1934 and served proudly before, during and after WW II retiring as a Master Chief Bos'n Mate. Now I live in a "rest home" located on the western end of Pearl Harbor , allowing me to keep alive the memories of 23 years of service to my country.

One of the benefits of my age, perhaps the only one, is to speak my mind, blunt and direct even to the head man.

So here goes.

I am amazed, angry and determined not to see my country die before I do, but you seem hell bent not to grant me that wish.

I can't figure out what country you are the president of.

You fly around the world telling our friends and enemies despicable lies like:
“We’re no longer a Christian nation"
“America is arrogant" - (Your wife even announced to the world," America is mean- spirited. “Please tell her to try preaching that nonsense to 23 generations of our war dead buried all over the globe who died for no other reason than to free a whole lot of strangers from tyranny and hopelessness.)

I'd say shame on the both of you, but I don't think you like America, nor do I see an ounce of gratefulness in anything you do, for the obvious gifts this country has given you. To be without shame or gratefulness is a dangerous thing for a man sitting in the White House.
After 9/11 you said," America hasn't lived up to her ideals."

Which ones did you mean? Was it the notion of personal liberty that 11,000 farmers and shopkeepers died for to win independence from the British? Or maybe the ideal that no man should be a slave to another man, that 500,000 men died for in the Civil War? I hope you didn't mean the ideal 470,000 fathers, brothers, husbands, and a lot of fellas I knew personally died for in WWII, because we felt real strongly about not letting any nation push us around, because we stand for freedom.

I don't think you mean the ideal that says equality is better than discrimination. You know the one that a whole lot of white people understood when they helped to get you elected.

Take a little advice from a very old geezer, young man.

Shape up and start acting like an American. If you don't, I'll do what I can to see you get shipped out of that fancy rental on Pennsylvania Avenue . You were elected to lead not to bow, apologize and kiss the hands of murderers and corrupt leaders who still treat their people like slaves.

And just who do you think you are telling the American people not to jump to conclusions and condemn that Muslim major who killed 13 of his fellow soldiers and wounded dozens more. You mean you don't want us to do what you did when that white cop used force to subdue that black college professor in Massachusetts, who was putting up a fight? You don't mind offending the police calling them stupid but you don't want us to offend Muslim fanatics by calling them what they are, terrorists.

One more thing: I realize you never served in the military and never had to defend your country with your life, but you're the Commander-in-Chief now, son. Do your job. When your battle-hardened field General asks you for 40,000 more troops to complete the mission, give them to him. But if you're not in this fight to win, then get out. The life of one American soldier is not worth the best political strategy you're thinking of.

You could be our greatest president because you face the greatest challenge ever presented to any president.

You're not going to restore American greatness by bringing back our bloated economy. That's not our greatest threat. Losing the heart and soul of who we are as Americans is our big fight now.

And I sure as hell don't want to think my president is the enemy in this final battle.
