US Mosques & Islamic Centers serving as paramilitary training centers for jihad

29 October 2009: A 45 page federal complaint unsealed Wednesday (PDF copy here), the raid on a Detroit warehouse and Detroit area residences, the shootout between mosque leader Luqman Ameen ABDULLAH, a/k/a Christopher THOMAS and law enforcement officials should be sufficient verification of the validity of our previously published investigative and surveillance findings that Islamic terror training is taking place on America soil.

On Wednesday, federal, state and local law enforcement officials raided a suburban Detroit warehouse and at least three Detroit area residences after a federal complaint was unsealed charging eleven-(11) individuals with a variety of crimes relating to Islamic terrorism. During the raid at the warehouse, ABDULLAH, 53, a “homegrown” Black Muslim terrorist and mosque leader fired on authorities as they executed the arrest warrant at that location. Before being killed by authorities, ABDULLAH shot and killed a K-9 dog.

Authorities state that six men are in custody while others remain at large. ABDULLAH, who converted to Islam while in prison, was the Imam of the Masjid Al-Haqq (mosque) in Detroit. The spiritual leader of the group is Jamil Abdullah Al-AMIN, formerly known as H. Rap BROWN, a prominent Black Panther in the late 1960s and early 1970s. BROWN is currently incarcerated for the murder of two police officers in Georgia.

American streets will become the new Islamic Jihad battleground

The information contained within the federal complaint against the Detroit suspects is clear: Islamists in the US are advocating the spread of Islam through the use of violent jihad, and they are utilizing mosques and Islamic centers as their training grounds. The Northeast Intelligence Network has warned about this very issue, and even provided evidence of such activities.

On May 27, 2005, investigators from the Northeast Intelligence Network issued a fifteen-(15) page report titled Islamic Jihad Training in America. That report (in PDF format) specifically details paramilitary style training taking place at urban locations, including mosques and Islamic centers, in preparation for waging “jihad” or holy war by Islamists on the streets of America. The findings in this report are not merely speculation or commentary, but evidence based on extensive field investigation and surveillance performed by professional investigators.

On February 12, 2006 and updated later that summer, the Northeast Intelligence Network published a thirty-eight-(38) page report titled Exposing Terrorists in our Midst (in PDF format) detailing the paramilitary training at Muslim encampments as identified through on-site investigation and surveillance conducted by investigators of this agency. Again, the findings in this report are based on field investigation performed by professional investigators. So effective was this report that this investigator earned the wrath of a top Pakistani terrorist whose followers occupy several Islamic enclaves in North America. Following the publication of this report, Pakistani terror kingpin Shiek Mubarek Ali Gilani issued a religious statement and threatened this investigator/author in a rambling diatribe on a website maintained by his followers.

The Detroit raid serves to verify that there is a growing army of Islamic jihad “warriors” in our midst, operating behind the walls of an untold number of mosques and Islamic centers. Their seditious activity is protected by the careful exploitation of our democratic laws and the religious freedom that we offer. Their activities are permitted to continue for numerous reasons, including but not limited to the blackmail of predatory litigation against those who dare to expose the threat, the insidious imposition of political correctness and multiculturalism, and the failure to understand that the “religion” of Islam is inextricably linked to an archaic and oppressive political ideology that is completely incompatible with a democratic nation and a free society.

The upcoming offensive

While scanning the various comments about the Detroit raid, I found a comment made on a conservative forum by someone who described the groups of individuals arrested as “basically nothing more than a gang of criminals wearing Halloween costume African outfits.” Unfortunately, that statement reflects the perilous lack of understanding that will result in blood being shed on the streets of America.

The individuals who are preparing for jihad love death more than we, as Americans love life. As illustrated on various Islamic terrorist message sites, the Islamists living in America keenly sense our current malaise about the threat posed by Islam, our political ambiguity regarding the war in Afghanistan and Iraq, our self-flagellation over the treatment and ultimate adjudication of enemy combatants, and the current political agenda coming directly from the White House. They are more empowered today than ever before, and feel insulated from any meaningful intervention as they continue to use US real estate as forward bases for their political and religious takeover of the United States.

Our articles published on May 3, 2007, titled Jihad coming to the streets of America and its follow-up dated May 17, 2007 are more relevant today than ever before. On Wednesday in Detroit, we saw the manifestation of events we warned about over two years ago:

“We’re talking about professional Muslim men, mosque leaders, leaders within our communities who are actually helping young men train for the eventuality of urban combat. They know what they are doing, yet they lie right to our faces about these activities- and we’re told by our supervisors that we have to accept what they tell us at face value when they know damn well they are lying.” -Federal source, speaking on condition of anonymity

The Case of Army Ranger 1st Lieutenant Michael Behenna

27 October 2009: Perhaps you’ve heard about this story. If so, please read on for information important to this case you have not read anywhere. If you have read about this incident, definitely read on as it will most likely change your mind about the “guilt” of a soldier convicted of murdering an al Qaeda terrorist in Iraq.

Yes, you’ve read that correctly - a US soldier has been convicted of murder for killing an al Qaeda terrorist in Iraq. Since the wholesale murder of nearly 3,000 people on American soil on 9/11, it’s been my understanding that killing terrorists is something that we’ve asked our soldiers to do on our behalf so that we may sleep more safely and soundly in our beds at night. Unlike our enemy, however, we must kill them by the rules, of course.

Here are the basic facts of this case. On March 20th, 2009, Army Ranger 1st Lieutenant Michael Behenna, Company D, 1st Battalion, 327th Infantry Regiment, based in Fort Campbell, KY was sentenced to 25 years in prison for killing a man known Ali Mansur, a known al Qaeda terrorist suspected of planning and executing an attack on Lieutenant Behenna’s platoon in April 2008 that killed two US soldiers and injured two others. For reasons unknown, US Army intelligence ordered the terrorist’s release, and ordered Lieutenant Behenna to give Ali a ride back to his home. Following orders, Behenna transported the al Qaeda suspect and then attempted one final interrogation of Mansur prior to his release. What happened next is the reason that Lieutenant Behenna found himself facing murder charges.

According to Army Lieutenant Behenna, the al Qaeda terrorist lunged at him during this questioning. With his arms extended forward in a classic attack posture, Mansur attacked the Lieutenant when he turned to look at an interpreter who was reporting what Mansur said. At that point, Lieutenant Behenna fired twice at Ali Mansur in self defense, hitting him once in the chest and once in the head. According to prosecutors, Lieutenant Behenna “executed” the terrorist while he was “in a non-threatening position.”

After an investigation, US Army Lieutenant was put on trial for premeditated murder, found guilty and subsequently sentenced to 25 years in prison. But there’s a problem. The specialized forensic evidence did not support the prosecution’s case. And there’s an even bigger problem. That exculpatory evidence, the very evidence that could exonerate the lieutenant of the charge of murdering a terrorist was not made available to the defense in accordance with the rules of criminal procedure.

The Forensic Evidence

The exculpatory evidence was uncovered by world renowned forensic expert Herbet Leon MacDonell, director of the Laboratory of Forensic Science, who was actually retained by the prosecution to prove the facts of their case. Professor MacDonell conducted a thorough and careful examination of the ballistic and blood spatter evidence pertaining to this shooting incident. After an exhaustive examination and recreation of events, Mr. MacDonell reached the conclusion that supported Lieutenant Behenna’s account (and this is important) that the terrorist was in an attack posture and not positioned in the manner the prosecution asserted. Considering his conclusion, the prosecution opted not to use his testimony. Mr. MacDonell was then summarily dismissed, but dutifully reported his findings as recorded here.

Again, it is critical to understand that this evidence was never made available to the defense of Lieutenant Behenna.

Although I never met Lieutenant Behenna, I have been trained in the physical significance of blood spatter at the Laboratory of Forensic Science by Mr. MacDonell himself. I hold certification in that discipline after working under the direct tutelage of Mr. MacDonell, who has consulted on numerous high-profile cases including the assassination of Robert F. Kennedy and Martin Luther King, just to name two such cases. As far as the forensic analysis of blood spatter and related evidence, Mr. MacDonell is unequaled in knowledge and experience, and is considered the father of modern day blood spatter analysis.

During my time with Professor MacDonell (pictured at left at the Laboratory of Forensic Science), I’ve heard him relentlessly state that forensic evidence does not lie, people do. Also, a lie by omission is a lie just the same. In this case, that omission is keeping one of America’s finest and bravest behind bars, and it is a travesty of justice and an insult to every American in uniform.

It is important to understand that blood spatter evidence in many instances is used to show what could not or did not happen, and unlike the crime dramas on television, not necessarily what did happen. In the case of Lieutenant Behenna, MacDonell’s re-creation of the bullet trajectories and the blood spatter evidence on the terrorist’s clothing and at the scene clearly support the al Qaeda terrorist could not have been “executed” as claimed by the prosecution. Based on my experience in this forensic discipline, despite the limited documentation I’ve been privy to in this case, I would have to concur with the findings that refute the prosecution’s assertion of events.

The analysis of the forensic evidence alone should have been sufficient to pierce the standard of reasonable doubt needed to convict Lieutenant Behenna. Unfortunately, it never saw the light of day in its proper form, and now a US Army officer fighting for the safety of every American is sitting in prison as a direct result of this omission of exculpatory evidence.
The front line of defense against terrorism has been marginalized by this blatant miscarriage of justice.

Al Qaeda Terrorist Tarek MEHANNA Arrested by Federal Authorities

21 October 2009: According to federal law enforcement authorities, between 2001 and 2008, Tarek MEHANNA of Sudbury, Massachusetts had actively plotted to kill prominent U.S. politicians formerly in our executive branch of government, and wage violent jihad against civilian shoppers in American malls as well as U.S. troops in Iraq. Today federal authorities arrested MEHANNA on these charges.

MEHANNA has been watched by the FBI for at least the past three years, and was arrested in 2006 for lying about his direct contact with another Al Qaeda terrorist in Somalia. This report from KXAN, Austin, Texas has additional details. Developing...

Ayatollah Ali Khamenei Dead?

UPDATE 16 October 2009: Iran is still vehemently denying the rumors/reports of Ayatollah Khamenei's collapse into a coma or death. However, I have located one report coming out of the Republic of Georgia which contains strong evidence that some type of severe medical issue has befallen the Ayatollah. According to an item published on the Interfax Religion webpage, Mojtaba Damirchiloo, the Iranian ambassador to Georgia, is quoted as describing the Ayatollah's condition as "stable" while speaking to the media in Tblisi, the Georgian capital.

14 October 2009: Unconfirmed, but multiple sources are reporting this evening that Iranian Supreme Leader Ayatollah Khamenei is dead. Developing...

15 October 2009: Today's Jerusalem Post reports Ayatollah Ali Khamenei may be in a coma. The JP reports that this information is according to Michael Ledeen who received his information from a third party who allegedly "is in a position to know such things." According to that "excellent source" Khamenei colapsed on Moday, 12 October. These reports (rumors) are also being carried today by the Tellegraph.co.uk, Arutz Sheva among others.

If these rumors and reports are accurate then this report may be of some utility on what lies ahead.

Hmmm. Will Israel take advantage and strike Iranian nuclear sites during a full-blown a leadership crisis in Iran? Will the Ayatollah's sock-puppet president seize military control over the Assembly of Experts? Could a full-blown civil war erupt in Iran?

NORTHCOM Issues Directive Cautioning Against Terror Threat Complacency

'Complacency' is 'top concern,' CONUS directive stated

In response to the handful of thwarted domestic jihadist bombing plots in recent weeks - which included schemes against US military installations - the US Northern Command’s (NORTHCOM) Joint Operations Center issued a “Force Protection Directive” that cautioned domestic Defense Department personnel against becoming complacent to staying alert to terrorism threats.

The “For Official Use Only” directive, which was obtained by HSToday.us, advised CONUS military personnel to be aware of “the potential for complacency given the lack of specific information relative to DoD personnel, installations, and facilities” involved in the recent surge of disrupted terrorist attacks.

The NORTHCOM directive stated “complacency” is NORTHCOM's “top concern.”

“At all levels of command, it is imperative to understand the lack of visibility that DoD has of the current domestic threat activity,” stated the NORTHCOM directive that was issued earlier this month, adding that “due to on-going federal law enforcement investigations there are numerous gaps in the detail of information that may be released to and within DoD channels. The intent of this summation is to provide awareness of known threat activity and to reinforce the understanding that there remains a continuing intent to carry out attacks in the homeland.”

“The threat is real and personal/organizational complacency increases DoD vulnerability,” NORTHCOM warned, noting that “credible reporting since at least March 2008 indicates a desire for known groups to carry out terrorist operations against DoD interests.”

The NORTHCOM directive pointed out that “there [was] a total of seven homeland plots in the last six months, five with a DoD nexus,” which meant that the plots involved plans to attack US military facilities.

The directive required the following:
"All subordinate commands conduct an internal process to review, assess, and validate existing active and passive security actions being implemented. Critical to this review is a self-assessment of the actions being implemented to mitigate known vulnerabilities.
"Evaluate and re-issue guidance, as required, regarding the implementation and execution of random antiterrorism measures. Of particular emphasis may be actions promoting random and increased perimeter patrolling and monitoring, active physical security actions at access control points and increased visibility of armed security/police personnel.
"The the maximum extent possible, and via multiple mediums, ensure all personnel are briefed on the importance of personnel remaining vigilant and aware of their surroundings. From the World Trade bombing until 9/11 was 3,113 days. From 9/11 today is 2,934 days. The threat is real and personal/organizational complacency increases DoD vulnerability. Reporting of suspicious activities must be emphasized and should be conducted as per intent of DoD policy."

Speaking in January at a National Defense Industrial Association meeting in Washington, DC, NORTHCOM Commander Brig. Gen. Victor E. Renuart, Jr., said the current problem facing NORTHCOM is the vulnerability of facilities to attack and complacency. He stressed that the US military must become smarter at providing security to its bases, noting that the threat to US military installations is real.

Four years earlier, in September 2004, then NORTHCOM Commander, Air Force Gen. Ed Eberhart, cautioned against complacency despite security gains. “The minute we say, 'the status quo is good,' we become predictable. The enemy is going to out flank us and sock us in the eye again,” Eberhart said.

Two years ago, then Homeland Security Secretary Michael Chertoff said “in the short run I worry about a developing complacency and cynicism about the threat that we are facing" from Islamist jihadists,” adding that “people [are] starting to be unwilling to make the necessary sacrifices in order to make sure that we can continue to disrupt and repel" domestic attacks. Other homeland security, defense, and intelligence officials have expressed similar concerns about the "creeping complacency" that's taken root in recent years.

Responding to HSToday.us’ inquiry about the NORTHCOM directive, NORTHCOM spokesman Lt. Cmdr. Gary Ross said Wednesday “the bottomline is we just want to make sure that we remain on our toes for all the installations that are within CONUS to review the policies and procedures and to avoid complacency” toward the continuing domestic terrorist threat to military installations.

Ross said the directive “isn’t implying” that’s there a lack of appropriate intelligence sharing with DoD facilities about terrorist plots, but rather “it’s just a straight forward message” to “reiterate our common practices, and to reiterate how we go about communicating to one another within DoD as well as outside of DoD ...”

Ross stressed that the issue of complacency toward the terrorist threat to military facilities must be taken seriously. "That was the reason for the directive," he said.

Islam, Najibullah ZAZI, a frog & a scorpion

“There is no way I can have any connection to this terrorism.”

“I live here. I work here. Why would I have an issue with America?” “This is the only country that gives you freedom - freedom of religion, freedom of choice. You don’t get that elsewhere. Nobody wants to leave America. People die to come here.” –Najibullah ZAZI, now in custody on terrorism charges.

Najibullah ZAZI is a liar. His father, Mohammed ZAZI is a liar. And the Queens mosque leader Ahmad Wais AFZALI is a liar. Considering that their lies obstructed the efforts of authorities during the course of this investigation, these three contemptible specimens of Islam would likely have laughed at the scenes of death, the screams of the injured men, women and children who would have fallen victim to their plans of carnage had they been left unfettered.

Although the charge of lying to authorities is the lesser of the charges filed against ZAZI and the only charge filed against his father and mosque leader AFZALI to-date, its significance to this case is unfortunately being overlooked.

Lying to investigators, especially by suspects or their families is certainly not new and is almost expected. Lying to investigators by an informant is not new either. It is critically important in this case as it illustrates a specific and acceptable tactic employed by Islamists involved in the war against our culture, ideology, religion and our people. Its role in this war is not widely understood and therefore, often goes unrecognized as the legitimate Muslim tactic of “Taqiyya.”

In the context of this case, AFZALI’s actions conform to the very definition of this tactic, which is the “concealing one’s beliefs, convictions, ideas, feelings, opinions, and/or strategies at a time of imminent danger, whether now or later in time, to save oneself from physical and/or mental injury.” The charge that Queens mosque leader Ahmad AFZALI lied to authorities and tipped off suspect Najibulla ZAZI during the course of a terror investigation is a clear illustration of Taqiyya in action. It is also the product of an aggressive campaign by Islamic advocacy groups to insinuate themselves into law enforcement agencies in a post 9/11 environment. Their purpose, they claim, is to insure that counterterrorism efforts do not infringe on their religious freedoms.

The campaign of insertion into the legal process, from the policy-making to the enforcement levels of the law enforcement community, occurred in earnest immediately following 9/11 under the threat of litigation. In fact, the attack of 9/11 actually propelled this infiltration, which was readily accepted by those under the influence of political correctness. As their insidious tactic was and continues to be widely misunderstood, its significance and investigative impact often goes unrecognized, even when illustrated in cases like this.

For anyone who remains unconvinced, consider the presentation given by Muslim activist and Washington, D.C. mosque leader Abdul Alim MUSA titled “How to Punk the FBI.” MUSA, the director of Masjid Al-Islam in Washington, D.C., clearly promotes throwing obstacles at the FBI, even while their efforts are involved in saving lives from potential terrorist attacks.

The Scorpion and the Frog

One day, a scorpion looked around at the mountain where he lived and decided that he wanted a change. So he set out on a journey through the forests and hills. He climbed over rocks and under vines and kept going until he reached a river.

The river was wide and swift, and the scorpion stopped to reconsider the situation. He couldn’t see any way across. So he ran upriver and then checked downriver, all the while thinking that he might have to turn back.

Suddenly, he saw a frog sitting in the rushes by the bank of the stream on the other side of the river. He decided to ask the frog for help getting across the stream.

“Hello Mr. Frog!” called the scorpion across the water, “Would you be so kind as to give me a ride on your back across the river?”

“Well now, Mr. Scorpion! How do I know that if I try to help you, you wont try to kill me?” asked the frog hesitantly.

“Because,” the scorpion replied, “If I try to kill you, then I would die too, for you see I cannot swim!”

Now this seemed to make sense to the frog. But he asked. “What about when I get close to the bank? You could still try to kill me and get back to the shore!”

“This is true,” agreed the scorpion, “But then I wouldn’t be able to get to the other side of the river!”

“Alright then…how do I know you wont just wait till we get to the other side and THEN kill me?” said the frog.

“Ahh…,” crooned the scorpion, “Because you see, once you’ve taken me to the other side of this river, I will be so grateful for your help, that it would hardly be fair to reward you with death, now would it?!”

So the frog agreed to take the scorpion across the river. He swam over to the bank and settled himself near the mud to pick up his passenger. The scorpion crawled onto the frog’s back, his sharp claws prickling into the frog’s soft hide, and the frog slid into the river. The muddy water swirled around them, but the frog stayed near the surface so the scorpion would not drown. He kicked strongly through the first half of the stream, his flippers paddling wildly against the current.

Halfway across the river, the frog suddenly felt a sharp sting in his back and, out of the corner of his eye, saw the scorpion remove his stinger from the frog’s back. A deadening numbness began to creep into his limbs.

“You fool!” croaked the frog, “Now we shall both die! Why on earth did you do that?”

The scorpion shrugged, and did a little jig on the drownings frog’s back.

“I could not help myself. It is my nature.”

Then they both sank into the muddy waters of the swiftly flowing river.

None Dare Call It TREASON

24 September 2009: Islam and its non-apostate adherents declared war against anything and everything non-Islamic at its inception in the Arabian heartland in 610 AD, fourteen centuries ago. Islam has always been a theology of hate, violence, wanton bloodshed and war. Islam is an equal opportunity hater because its violence is not only directed against those it considers infidels (kafirs) but those who are fellow Muslims. This is plainly evident in every nation on planet earth where Islam asserted itself through military conquest or remains as the dominant force over the past fourteen centuries. This fact is evident within Islam’s colonies in unconquered nations such as these United States. In no nation on planet earth is Islam a dominant force where violence, wanton bloodshed or wars were not the sole method of achieving that dominance.

It was in the face of these unassailable truths that the President of the United States Barack Hussein Obama declared just a few short months ago in the Egyptian and Turkish capitals, “America is not and never will be at war with Islam.” Have you ever heard a more treasonous statement since September 11, 2001?

Earlier this month President Barack Hussein Obama hosted the now-traditional Iftar feast celebrating the end of what he referred to as the “holy season” of Ramadan.

Raising up a quote from boxing legend Muhammad Ali before all of the Muslim ummah and non-Muslim infidels (kafirs) in attendance, President Barack Hussein Obama gave his seal of approval, indeed his personal view of why Islam is “truth:” “A few years ago he explained this view, and this is part of why he’s The Greatest, saying, ‘Rivers, ponds, lakes and streams, they all have different names, but they all contain water. Just as religions do, they all contain truths.’”

Was it any accident that one of the Muslims invited by the White House to attend the Iftar feast was Muslim convert Dr. Ingrid Mattson, president of the terrorist Islamic Society of North America (ISNA)? ISNA is one of nearly 300 unindicted co-conspirator terrorists identified by federal prosecutors in the U.S. v. Holy Land Foundation terrorism financing trial. On November 24, 2008, after seven days of deliberation and six weeks of testimony, a jury convicted the HLF and five of its leaders on all counts of providing material support to the Islamic terrorists of HAMAS (?arakat al-Muq?wamat al-Isl?miyyah, or “Islamic Resistance Movement”). As has been stated many, many times before, ISNA, CAIR and a host of other Islamic organizations are nothing more than fronts or associates of the al-Ikhwan al-Muslimuun, the Muslim Brotherhood (MB), which itself is nothing more than a front for the Islamic terrorists of HAMAS. Of course this was no accident; these enemies of the United States of America and our Constitutional Republic are President Obama’s friends. Invite one and you have effectively invited them all to the Iftar feast. None dare call this treason?

So, with this emanating from the top of the American chain of command during a time of war should there be any doubt about why other unconscionable things are occurring on a daily basis these days?

Is there any doubt about why this president has continually stabbed our principle Middle Eastern ally in Israel squarely in the back at every opportunity?

How many eyebrows or voices rise in righteous indignation when President Barack Hussein Obama and his Secretary of State Hillary Clinton allow the dispatching of representatives of CAIR on overseas diplomatic missions to the Islamic Republic of Iran as representatives of the interests of the United States in return for CAIR intelligence briefings to them upon their return? Is this not absolutely insane in the face of the FBI’s finding that CAIR is a front organization for the terrorists of HAMAS?

Are the American people aware of the fact that while President Barack Hussein Obama speaks grandiose words on how we and our allies need to stick together and work closely in the fight in Afghanistan against the perpetrators of September 11, 2001, he then makes deals with our Russian enemy and pulls the plug on a missile defense system to be deployed on the territory of these same allies.

Yes, the missile defense system was to be deployed on the territory of Poland and the Czech Republic. Its purpose was to defend both the American homeland, as well as our allies, from the potential of nuclear missile attacks launched by Iran. Poland and the Czech Republic have been steadfast allies of America in this war, contributing troops, treasury and blood to the fight against Islam. And how does President Barack Hussein Obama repay our allies for their assistance? He denies them the presence of American troops on their soil who would operate these systems. Is it any wonder then that Poland is the first to respond to this back-stabbing by announcing they will not deploy a large contingent of their soldiers to Afghanistan? I do not for one second blame the Polish government for taking such a decision, particularly in light of the unambiguous statement made by the commander of coalition forces in Afghanistan, General Stanley McChrystal, that the failure to deploy more soldiers into the theater of combat operations will result in an all-but-certain condition of “mission failure.”

Let that sink in. The American commander telling his commander in chief that failure to surge more troops into the war will result in mission failure in Afghanistan, the origin of the attacks of September 11, 2001.

The current “terror warning” issued by federal authorities is as real as it is dire. It is extremely important that everyone understands the current threat level, how the warnings originated, and to be on the lookout for suspicious activity. There is a real and present danger throughout North America despite the tiresome claims that such warnings are hyper-inflated or are mere distractions to the real news of the day. I will explain, hoping that the following information provides some valuable insight into this precarious situation.

Before doing so, current press reports blaming NYPD, members of the Joint Terrorism Task Force, or other law enforcement officials for acting too quickly against an Afghan national and his associates must be addressed. Not only are such accusations misplaced, but malicious at their core. If there is any blame to be placed, it must be laid directly at the feet of the Islamic advocacy groups who have launched a crusade of politically correctness against law enforcement, encumbering them under the threat of legal action. It must also be placed at the feet of those government officials who have acquiesced to the very public and well-funded disinformation campaign that asserts that the loyalty of fundamental Muslims is to America rather than to their religious ideology.

The terror case of Najibullah ZAZI is a visible manifestation of such inane governmental policy and is a suitable illustration of the fruits of governmental acquiescence to Islam.

Over a year’s worth of field investigation and covert surveillance of terrorist activity in the U.S., encompassing thousands of man hours and countless federal, state and local law enforcement assets was apparently compromised by a single phone call made by one man - a Queens, New York mosque leader. The reported actions of that man, in the context presented in a criminal complaint filed last week, has made New York and all cities across the US less safe today from possible terrorist attacks. That phone call tipped off a man trained by al Qaeda in explosives that he was under surveillance by investigators. As a result, it is believed that as many as 18 Islamic terrorists and their explosives remain at large - last known to be in the greater New York City area.

The situation above resulted in a series of warnings issued by the FBI to law enforcement agencies across the US identifying possible methods and targets of active al Qaeda cells inside the United States. Based on information collected from raids in New York and Colorado, authorities suspect that areas populated by civilians that are not subjected to rigorous security screening, such as mass transit (e.g. buses and subways), crowded entertainment venues (e.g. stadiums and theaters), and other populated and iconic locations are high on the list of potential targets of multiple “teams” of terrorists. As a result of this multi-state investigation, these terrorists are known to exist but remain unidentified.

A taste of Kabul in America

To fully understand how serious this threat is and how it developed, a virtual trip to Queens is necessary.

Recent demographics put the Afghan population in the greater New York area at approximately 20,000. Based on my own investigative and surveillance experience in Queens and the surrounding area, it seems that there are at least that many in the Flushing area in the Borough of Queens alone. It is common to see groups of young Afghani men sporting full beards and traditional Islamic attire walking to the Hazrat-I-Abubakr Sadiq mosque for daily prayers. At times, it seems that Americans are the outsiders and treated with suspicion if not outright contempt by the immigrants. Attempts to gain information about any of the Afghan nationals from within the group are exercises in futility. American values seem to have been replaced by the values and culture imported from the streets of Kabul. Tolerance of their culture is demanded, while intolerance for American culture and values is evident.

Disdain for America, the elevation of Osama bin Laden to a hero’s status and support for the Taliban and the 9/11 attacks are all elements that can be easily found in this relatively small area of New York. In the week after the 9/11 attacks, the Hazrat-I-Abubakr Sadiq mosque played host to groups of supporters of the Taliban as fear of retaliation against the Taliban in Afghanistan grew within this immigrant community. Publicly, Muslim religious leaders denounced the Taliban while supporters were relegated to the basement at that location.

Feuding between ethnic factions within this area became apparent in the days after the 9/11 attacks. Much like a microcosm of Afghanistan, the Tajiks were pitted against the Pashtuns, the latter group vociferously supportive of bin Laden. A power struggle continues within the Afghan community, and support for the anti-American Pashtuns faction has been re-energized by US foreign policy in Afghanistan, Iraq and the Middle East.

The growing undercurrent of support for the Taliban within the New York Afghan community is deliberately hidden from mainstream America by the pressure of political correctness exerted by various Islamic advocacy groups. While organizations such as the Council on American Relations (CAIR) claim that radical Islam is virtually non-existent or hyped by bigots and racists, the hatred of America continues to grow virtually unchecked on the streets of New York. The bullied media is misdirected or simply looks away, thereby perpetuating the illusion that radical Islam is the exception rather than the norm in the heart of “little Kabul.”
Meanwhile, fundamental Islam is permitted to metastasize within our own society.

Case background

The origin of the latest threat to the security of the US can be traced to the very heart of this New York City community. The focus of this investigation is Najibullah ZAZI, a 24 year-old Afghan native who has been living in the US since 1999, including his years in Queens. ZAZI, now a current resident of suburban Denver, Colorado and a shuttle and limousine driver for First ABC Transportation near the Denver International Airport, has been under surveillance by investigators for well over a year. Before moving to Colorado, ZAZI lived in Queens, NY, where he operated a mobile coffee cart in Manhattan and attended the Hazrat-I-Abubakr Sadiq mosque in Flushing.

In August of 2008, ZAZI left the US for a five-month visit to Pakistan. ZAZI admitted to authorities that he received extensive training in weapons and explosives at known al Qaeda training camps in the FATA (tribal) region of Pakistan.

In the months leading up to his trip to Pakistan, ZAZI ran up more than $50,000 in debt on 20 credit cards. In March of this year, less than two months after his return from Pakistan, ZAZI filed for Chapter 7 bankruptcy.

In the weeks and days leading up to the eighth anniversary of the 9/11 attacks, investigators conducting surveillance of ZAZI documented a number of communications between ZAZI and others in Queens. What they heard concerned counter-terrorism officials; certain keywords and references were being used that suggested that something was in the latter stages of planning.

Suddenly on Wednesday, September 9, 2009, ZAZI rented a car in Denver and drove from Denver to New York, driving over 1600 miles straight through without stopping. Upon arriving in New York, ZAZI stayed at an apartment in the Flushing area of Queens that is occupied by a half-dozen men from Afghanistan. In consideration of the suddenness of his New York trip, intelligence gleaned from recent electronic intercepts, and a confluence of events that included the 9/11 anniversary, investigators made a confidential inquiry about ZAZI with Ahmad Wais AFZALI, 37, the Imam of the Hazrat-I-Abubakr Sadiq mosque where ZAZI is known.

According to officials close to this investigation, AFZALI provided assurance to investigators of his cooperation and confidentiality with respect to simply providing basic information about ZAZI and his associates. Despite those assurances and immediately following that contact, AFZALI reportedly contacted ZAZI by telephone and warned him of surveillance, which was documented by the communications intercepted by authorities.

Facing the prospect of an extended surveillance operation going bad, and considering the possibility that any plans made could be hastened by outcomes from the subject being made aware of surveillance, law enforcement officials had a decision to make. If they erred in timing, they did so with an abundance of caution. That scenario was made publicly visible by the emergency search warrants executed during the early morning hours of Monday, September 14, 2009.

When confronted by officials, however, AFZALI denied that he tipped off ZAZI during the telephone call. Law enforcement officials, however, had the transcripts of the conversation from the electronic intercepts that suggested otherwise. Accordingly, authorities arrested the 37 year-old Afghani native and Imam of the Flushing, NY mosque.
Following his arrest for lying to authorities, AFZALI retained the well-known high profile attorney Ron Kuby, who claims that his client’s reward for attempting to assist investigators was his arrest.

Execution of warrants

It was late Sunday evening when various members of law enforcement suited up for raids at multiple locations in Queens. It was early Monday morning when they executed the warrants on the various residential locations in Queens, including the apartment ZAZI stayed during his brief NY layover. ZAZI, meanwhile, continuing to be under surveillance, left the New York area and returned to Colorado by plane.

At the apartment where ZAZI stayed in Queens, Afghani national Naiz KHAN publicly denied knowing ZAZI or for that matter, any of his other five Afghan roommate well - despite living in the same apartment and going to the same mosque.

Evidence found

Searches of ZAZI’s car and other locations found a laptop containing images of nine handwritten pages detailing the manufacture and handling of explosives, detonators and fuses. The notes were sent last December from an e-mail account reportedly used by ZAZI in Peshawar, Pakistan. Authorities also found a quantity of newly purchased backpacks and numerous cellular phones during their searches in New York. ZAZI had also taken video of the interior and exterior of Grand Central Station with his cell phone. The search of the New York apartment where he stayed turned up a black scale and several batteries - and that testing detected ZAZI’s fingerprints. Initial reports also noted that field tests for explosives turned up positive.

Concurrent with those raids, authorities also searched locations in the greater Denver, Colorado area. Surveillance was also expanded to include others in New York and Colorado, as the activities of the persons of interest

Backpack bombs constructed by Muslim terrorists ripped apart four commuter trains and killed 191 people in Madrid on March 11, 2004. On July 7, 2005, bombing attacks killed 52 people in an attack on London’s subway and bus systems.

” Blowback”

Thanks in part to ZAZI being warned of surveillance, it can be argued that officials were forced to act prematurely. The “good news” is that officials indeed found evidence of a terror plot underway and disrupted the plot. The “bad news” is that investigators did not find the explosives, nor were all of the other suspects identified. Also, the charges against the suspected terrorists are relatively minor compared to the potential charges that could have been filed had the investigation and surveillance progressed without hindrance.

There is a growing sense of frustration among some members of law enforcement over this case, and there is a sentiment that their efforts to keep Americans safe were intentionally thwarted. The situation is currently being exacerbated by those who maintain that an Islamic outreach must be allowed to exist within the law enforcement community. Based on the results of this case alone, I must ask a question of those who have exchanged our security for political correctness, “how’s that working out for you?”

09 September 2009: Israel Nation News (IsraelNN.com) reports today "The United States has confirmed long-time Israeli intelligence reports that Iran is close to achieving the ability to produce a nuclear bomb. Less than a year ago, American intelligence officials dismissed Israeli claims as inaccurate."

While most of us do not believe this to be new news, the report constitutes a significant and curious admission coming from the socialist Obama administration. However, what I find to be a more significant revelation in this report is the tacit admission that the Obama administration's policy of engagement with the Islamic Republic of Iran over its nuclear weapons program is an abject failure. Again, not new news for most of us, but interesting nonetheless.

And to those who've paid attention to the Northeast Intelligence Network's investigation of the faux Russian rescue of the covert cargo smuggling MV Arctic Sea, there is another tidbit of interest to note within this INN report:

"In what may be a related matter, Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu reportedly flew to Russia on Tuesday on a secret mission, apparently over Russian arms deals with Iran and Syria."

Hmmm. Interesting, no? I certainly think it is when one considers that PM Netanyahu and his security cabinet were briefed during an afternoon visit to Mossad HQ by Meir Dagan and his intelligence officers on Monday. Bottom line: within hours of the Mossad briefing Netanyahu is on a plane to Moscow for a secret meeting with Vladimir Putin. Add to this the fact that one month ago, in early August, PM Netanyahu visited the Dimona nuclear research facility along with Dan Meridor, the cabinet minister in charge of overseeing intelligence and nuclear research issues.

And what is the nexus of all these things? The nuclear weapons program of the Islamic Republic of Iran and Russia's supporting role. What might happen within the next 30 days or sooner should not be "news" to anyone, especially if you're collecting and connecting the continuing series of dots like these.

Our investigation into the Arctic Sea incident has taken some unexpected and incredibly complex twists and turns, uncovering information far beyond anything reported in the media or by officials speaking publicly about this incident. To be certain, raw clarity of the event is deliberately elusive and layers of secrecy shrouding the Arctic Sea are being constructed faster than they can be removed. Some who have attempted to shed light on this mystery by investigating the official Russian line have been threatened or forced to flee for their lives, such as Mikhail Voitenko, the editor of Sovfracht, an online maritime journal.

News regarding the Arctic Sea had been breaking at a rapid pace, although the Western media still had quite a lot of catching up to do when their focus was derailed by the sun setting on Camelot. Nearly all media accounts about the possibility of the Arctic Sea carrying suspicious and potentially dangerous cargo are meager in collective content and barely scratch the surface of this ongoing mystery. The mystery is as truly ongoing as the Arctic Sea vessel remains at sea somewhere in the Atlantic Ocean, under tow from Cape Verde as of this writing.

Our ongoing investigation into this incident has been extensive and exhaustive. Despite the comprehensive nature of our report, the final chapters have yet to be written. Nonetheless, during the course of our research and investigation into the incident of the Arctic Sea, we’ve uncovered - and in some instances inadvertently stumbled upon - the existence of government sponsored or sanctioned illegal activities on a global level. In this case, we believe we’ve identified a trail of multi-billion-dollar black-market nuclear sales to terrorists and foreign regimes by those within the Russian government. Most disturbingly, however, is that it appears that such activity not only involves individuals and groups within the Russian government, but appears to exist on a larger scale and involves even some within our own government.

During the course of this investigation, we have found what could be characterized as “a footprint” of an international network of weapons smuggling involving both conventional and non-conventional weaponry that is essentially hidden in plain sight. This network has been in existence for many years and is quite complex in its structure. As is necessary with this type of an operation, a concurrent infrastructure for money laundering is also in place. Much like one aspect of the now infamous Bank of Credit and Commerce International (BCCI) scandal, a covert financial network must be in place in order for the weapons smuggling to work, the sellers to be paid, and a method for the buyers to secretly remit payment.

This international infrastructure of weapons smuggling and money laundering has existed for many years, and seems to be constantly evolving into maturity. In fact, our investigative findings suggest that portions of the same network in use by those involved the Arctic Sea could be tied to a network of support and financing of the 9/11 attacks. We realize that such claims are extraordinary, and that extraordinary claims require extraordinary evidence to be considered legitimate. Although we are not able to supply copies of bills of lading, hidden bank account numbers, or transaction dates, (at least of this writing), we believe that we have uncovered enough evidence to satisfy the requirements of a “prima facie” case by definition.

Beginning with “Part II” of this report and henceforth, we will lay out the evidence we have obtained. We ask for patience in return, as this matter is quite complex and admittedly, difficult to follow at times. Nonetheless, we will do our best to connect the dots that include seemingly unconnected, random events, including but not limited to various international banking scandals, sudden deaths of individuals (private and government officials) involved or at the periphery of this network of corruption and conspiracy, corruption within the UN, Iran, Russia, rogue terrorist regimes, globalists and their elected puppets, and even the attacks of September 11, 2001.

In order to fully comprehend how the events involving the Arctic Sea vessel could even remotely have any link to 9/11, it is necessary to view the video or read the transcripts of the deposition of Sibel Edmonds, former FBI translator and whistleblower.

Interestingly, the deposition of Ms. Edmonds was brought about not by an inquest into the events of 9/11, but as a result of complaints filed by Ohio Second District Congresswoman Jean Schmidt of Cincinnati against independent candidate David Krikorian. In a rather ironic twist, her deposition was a product of a lawsuit filed by Schmidt over allegations made about contributions to her by the Turkish lobby.

To the best of her ability while still constrained by her security classification with the U.S. government, Ms. Edmonds provides critical insight into the domestic side of this clandestine network, but admittedly only a very narrow portion during her two-hour deposition. Although her testimony primarily relates to a Turkish group, our research and investigation found the template is the same for similar groups, countries and individuals on a global scale.

We have also found that some of those individuals “identified” by Ms. Edmonds have also appeared on our radar as well. These are the financiers and benefactors of ongoing wars and terrorism, while holding positions of political power either as elected or appointed officials, lobbyists, bankers, or their close associates.

During her deposition, Ms. Edmonds skillfully manages to identify a number of U.S. officials, agencies, and industries who are involved with this network and ultimately dealing with terrorist regimes, either by choice or through compulsion. Such revelations actually stem from her very limited tenure within the FBI - mere months, in fact, yet she was able to identify threats to the U.S. from within. One reason such a feat is possible, aside from the hubris of those involved, stems from a veil of protection that has existed within our government for some time. From the Warren Commission to the 9/11 Commission and lesser investigative bodies in between, appointments of “independent” investigators and prosecutors were selectively made, often by those targeted by the investigators themselves.

Therefore, the video deposition of Sibel Edmonds on 8 August 2009, available at The Brad Blog is required viewing in order to fully understand the network that ties the current events of the Arctic Sea with the attacks against America. If time permits, we recommend viewing the entire deposition. Alternatively, for a crash course in understanding how, for example, individuals within our own government might be compelled to help adverse foreign interests, visit The Brad Blog, scroll to the second panel (continuation of direct questioning) and advance to the six-minute mark. For the next several minutes, Ms. Edmonds describes the methodology used by foreign interests against those who can be easily compromised.

Unsurprisingly, Ms. Edmonds refers to the U.S. State Department at key times in her deposition. This is not by accident; her testimony provides a glimpse into the globalist leanings of key diplomats that have infiltrated that agency.

The Arctic Sea: Part of a “serial of weapons proliferation?”

“State Secrets” & “State Secrets Privilege.” Remember those words, as they have been used many times to keep illegal activity of cabals within governments - our and others - hidden in plain sight.

It is reasonable to ask how we, as investigators not associated with or having the assets of the U.S. government could possibly uncover an international weapons smuggling operation having ties to a global network of rogue nations, terrorist regimes and even members of our own government when others are more equipped to do so or are given the task to do so have not done so. The simple answer is that in many cases, they have. Such information is routinely and effectively kept from public disclosure by invoking “State Secrets Privilege.”

Just as in the case involving 9/11 and the testimony of Sibel Edmonds’ regarding domestic elements of a global network, an article published on 22 August 2009 by the Telegraph (UK) contains a vital statement that is buried in the next to the last paragraph:

“Crew members have told Russian news reporters that they have been told not to disclose ‘state secrets,’ while well-informed Russian marine journalists have said they are now wary of commenting further on the case.”

That reference has been made on numerous occasions since that article appeared, and has been used to keep the details of an unsavory situation under wraps. It also explains the many discrepancies between the “obvious” and what is being disclosed by other countries, including Russia.

There is an old detective joke that ultimately ends with a suspect caught “red handed” uttering the statement “who are you going to believe, me or your lying eyes?” That statement is certainly applicable to this state-sponsored “black op” involving the Arctic Sea and its hidden cargo even as this report is being written.

To unlock at least some of the mysteries of the Arctic Sea, one must not be so myopic to confine the investigation to this specific vessel, its recent or present day erratic travels and alleged hijacking, nor to this one event. Doing so is akin to focusing on one piece of evidence at a complex crime scene and attempting to come up with a scenario that fits such a narrow focus. It simply does not tell the entire story, and in some instances, causes one to arrive at the wrong conclusions by an incorrect analysis of the evidence.

Further, by keeping one’s focus on the Arctic Sea is also like focusing an entire investigation on one victim and one crime scene of a serial crime spree. The events alone are much too narrow and misleading to provide an accurate picture of the enormity of the crime. This explains why some aspects of the Arctic Sea, when viewed outside of the context of an ongoing, larger and more complex global network do not seem to make sense. It is only when one understands the larger picture does the explanation of events relating to the Arctic Sea begin to conform to reason.

Having moved well beyond and discounting many of the scenarios published in the main stream media, our investigation readily determined that this was not an attack by pirates or what one would consider a typical hijacking by pirates, has nothing to do with drug smuggling, smuggling of traditional weapons, the Russian mafia (in its most obvious sense) or a commercial dispute. That the media would even spend any time whatsoever on such explanations clearly illustrates their inept investigative ability, and provides a working example of the deliberate dissemination of misinformation or disinformation emanating from government officials.

Careful analysis of all available evidence - direct and indirect, tangible and anecdotal, combined with intelligence sources from three countries - indicates that the Arctic Sea is merely one “chess piece” in a high-stakes globalist game that continues to be played out on the world stage. This globalist game involves the quest for power and ultimate control by nations and nationalists in the darkest and deepest operational plans that few even realize exist. It exposes raw information that might hold answers to troublesome questions that surround the motives and clandestine activities of countries including but not limited to Russia and Iran, and even cabals structured within such organizations as the United Nations and NATO. Also, unlikely as it would seem, it connects certain agencies of our own government and certain officials - again, either willingly or through compulsion, to this globalist agenda.

The scenario played out -and continues to play out - like the plot of a Brad Thor novel. Therefore, unraveling the complex mystery of the Arctic Sea must be done one step at a time in order to understand the gravity of its implications and the potential global ramifications not only involving this ship and shipment, but other shipments as well as those individuals behind it.

First, one must ask what is so special about this ship and its cargo.

Mysterious Cargo

Perhaps the closest to anyone in the media answering the question about the ship’s cargo was detailed on August 26, 2009 in this report in the Asia Times by writer Cristina Batog. In that article, Batog cites a posting from a former Russian military officer identified as Vladimir Filin who operates a Russian language website based in the Ukraine. Filin postulates that the Arctic Sea was carrying four X-55 strategic cruise missiles intended for Iran. According to Filin, writes Batog, the missiles are to be used against Israel in an Iranian counterstrike. Sean Osborne, military affairs expert with the Northeast Intelligence Network, dismisses this theory in the following analysis:

“Most astute intelligence assets who track the proliferation of nuclear weapons and their delivery systems knew that the Islamic Republic of Iran received 12 Kh-55 ‘Granat” (X-55) 200kT nuclear cruise missiles from Russia via the Ukraine in 2001. I originally reported that six Kh-55 were transferred to Iran and six went to the People’s Republic of China, but the fact that all 12 made it to Iran was subsequently confirmed. As I noted in my original article [LINK], Janes Intelligence Digest reported ‘there is … mounting evidence to suggest that the sale of missiles to Iran was undertaken with the assistance of the Russian security services.’ [This report] would make sense if it reported the MV Arctic Sea was being utilized in the transfer of state-of-the-art the 200kT warheads for the 12 Kh-55s Iran already has.”

In other words, the cargo most likely consisted of tactical nuclear weapons, just not the type identified by that published report. Mr. Osborne further notes that tactical nuclear weapons are not subject to limits or legitimate monitoring under existing arms control agreements between the U.S. and Russia. Accordingly, they would be the most readily subjected to such black market proliferation. Combining that with the extensive work done on the bulkhead of the vessel, it is reasonable to identify such nuclear devices as the mysterious cargo.

Further substantiation can be found within a March 5, 2009 report issued by the Federation of American Scientists, TNWs are “the most easy [for terrorists or proxies] to run away with.” Another report from NTI states, “Their (TNWs) small size and the absence of electronic locks or Permissive Action Links (PALs) on older versions contribute to their vulnerability to theft and unauthorized use.” The yield of TNWs has been estimated by the atomic scientific community to range from a 100 ton high explosive yield to “variable yield” weapons that range from the “tens to several hundreds of kilotons.” The high-end of this range is multiple times of that which utterly destroyed Hiroshima and Nagasaki.

The analysis provided by Mr. Osborne is the result of extensive intelligence collection based on his military and intelligence experience, and is consistent with the very latest information obtained from our intelligence assets in the United States, Great Britain and Israel. In fact, information obtained by this author during the very early hours of 27 August 2009 further confirms the specific nuclear nature of the cargo.

There is, however, one very important element contained within Filin’s postulations as reported by Ms. Batog. That is that the various shipments of nuclear armaments and related material from Russia to Iran have been ongoing for the last several years despite the absence of any substantiating published reports. Our own intelligence sources have confirmed this as fact, which is consistent with our reference to serial weapons proliferation.

It is important not to confuse Iran’s own nuclear program with their black market activities. While there are reports that Iran’s indigenous nuclear program is rapidly progressing, there is little talk about the black market sales of nuclear equipment and technology to Iran and other terrorist regimes. Again, this is not by accident, but by design.

The key to understanding the many conflicting reports about the state of Iran’s nuclear weapons program, particularly the reports issued by the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), is to understand that the IAEA is an “independent” entity reporting under charter to the United Nations. A primer of the IAEA and the United Nations is beyond the scope or intent of this report, but information pertaining to each entity is integrated into this article due to the overlapping activities of some members and member states. In other words, the same individuals who are suspected as being involved in the black market of nuclear weapons and technology sales are embedded within the United Nations and its subgroups. The “actors” and the “watchers” are inextricably linked.

One has to look no further for an example than the global proliferation of nuclear weapons and nuclear technology since Mohamed ElBaradei assumed the role of Director General of the IAEA role on Dec. 1, 1997. Over the last few years, several experts working within the IAEA have complained about ElBaradei’s own agenda influencing the reports issued by that agency.

Under his watch, the A.Q. Khan network of nuclear technology was allowed to flourish, Pakistan, India and North Korea each detonated nuclear bombs, and Iran’s development of a nuclear weapons program was permitted to grow nearly unfettered. Additionally, Libya admitted to a clandestine nuclear program in 2003, and a nuclear site in Syria - “undetected” by the IAEA, was discovered by - had to be leveled by Israel. More information about ElBaradei appears in this 2008 article published by the American Enterprise Institute for Public Policy Research. That article references the IAEA’s “closing the book” on questions about Iran’s work on polonium 210-”which nuclear experts suspect Iran experimented with for use as an initiator for nuclear weapons.” It is important to remember that exposure to polonium-210 (over 95% of which is manufactured in Russia) is the same rare substance that poisoned Russian dissident Alexander Litvinenko.

Therefore, the supposition that Russia is, and has been supplying Iran with nuclear technology and even arms in the forms of warheads under the noses of so many “watchdogs” should come as no surprise to anyone. The truth about Russia’s role in assisting Iran’s objectives to usher in the apocalypse will never come from Russia, or any of the lapdog agencies serving the globalists.
It is interesting and relevant to point out a recent assessment by the current Director of National Intelligence (DNI) Dennis Blair about Iran’s nuclear program. He states that intelligence suggests that Iran will not have nuclear weapons capabilities until 2013. Meanwhile, we find that Barack Hussein Obama appears to be “making nice” with Middle Eastern countries like Syria, a tactic that has ominous implications for Middle Eastern politics. These two news reports represent a larger picture - a bigger agenda at play that will put Israel at a severe disadvantage in the short term, and has the potential to forever change the political landscape of the Middle East. Considering the above, the agenda of the current administration in the global political arena is gradually becoming more transparent.

Meanwhile, back at sea…

Now, if one is to accept that the Arctic Sea was carrying nuclear cargo as identified within this report, then numerous other questions arise. The most basic question, of course, is what happened? What went wrong with the delivery of the cargo aboard this ship? Reflecting a more prescient understanding of the situation, our intelligence sources have not only provided information shedding light on those questions, but offered insight into the larger picture. While many are busy seeking answers to a very specific line of inquiry, the larger picture, including one of diversion is going unnoticed to the delight of the architects of the globalist agenda.

Destination and interruption of delivery

What was the destination of the cargo, and what happened at sea?

A natural and logical destination would be the Islamic Republic Iran, based on extensive evidence of Russia’s facilitation of Iran’s nuclear program. Important and relevant background is detailed in an article written by Mr. Osborne on May 12, 2009 titled Iranian Nuclear-Capable Cruise Missile Threat. If that is indeed the case, then what happened, and was the ship actually hijacked?

Based on a combination of intelligence sources, open source reports and extensive analysis, it has been concluded that the Arctic Sea was on a state-sanctioned, covert mission originating within Russia by members of the previously referenced international cabal. Substantiating this conclusion is the extensive operational deception that was so obviously integral to the MV Arctic Sea’s mission, involving even deceiving the Russian Navy on the high seas while executing that mission which some members within the Russian government classified a “state secret.” This suggests that the mission of the MV Arctic Sea was “compartmentalized” at the highest levels, involving only a very small circle of “insiders” or “globalists” who were actually briefed on the ship’s cargo and mission.

The events pertaining to the actual “hijacking,” however, are less clear. According to one European intelligence source providing information to this agency, some members of the crew knew the hijackers, and one is actually related to a hijacker. News of this possible relationship was published by one news agency immediately after the names of the perpetrators were released. This same source stated that the hijacking was arranged from the onset, which appears to be corroborated by the apparent lack of force used at the time of the takeover.

Considering all of the oddities related to this alleged act of piracy, combined with information from our intelligence sources, it is not only reasonable but imperative to ask whether the ship was actually “hijacked.” One very plausible explanation, especially if the illicit cargo was indeed destined for Iran, is that the shipment was to be offloaded to an Iranian vessel in a more remote area of the Atlantic Ocean. The hijacking would provide the necessary cover for the Arctic Sea to be off its course with the automatic identification system (AIS) and other such equipment disabled.

Who then, were the hijackers?

Again, based on information from intelligence sources in addition to suggestions contained in more recent news articles, it is reasonable to suspect that the hijackers are actually Russian intelligence operatives from the Russian GRU, which is an agency that is directly involved in terrorist operations and “operations related to assassination or decapitation of senior US leadership via tactical nuclear weapons,” according to Sean Osborne of the Northeast Intelligence Network.

Mr. Osborne further states that it is his belief, based on various sources and analysis, that the “hijack” and the “rescue” of the MV Arctic Sea was nothing more than a Russian charade or a false flag operation.

“With the hijackers - i.e. Russian intelligence agents - being on board the entire time, there is no way that Moscow did not know where this ship was or where it was headed with its cargo at any given moment,” said Mr. Osborne.

Indeed. Based on information provided by our intelligence sources, combined with independent research, it is our collective contention that the “hijacking” of Arctic Sea was a rouse to provide the ship, crew and the sponsors of the illicit cargo enough time and a level of plausible deniability to offload the cargo at sea. There is, however, one troubling aspect that has yet to be discussed anywhere publicly extends beyond the less complicated hijack scenario.

A nightmare scenario

An article written by Michael Anissimov published on 6 August 2006 titled “Six Places to Nuke for Multiplier Effect” provides some very disturbing scenarios about the “best” places to detonate a nuclear weapon for “maximum effect.” In his article, Anissimov postulates the effects of a detonation at sea. Specifically, he writes “Knock off a chunk of Cumbre Viejo at La Palma in the Canary Islands,” which just happens to be the general area where the ship was found. Such an explosion would cause a massive tidal wave that would circle the earth three times, taking out coastal cities before dissipating. This tidal wave scenario is discussed in a CNN article at this link.
Out of the realm of possibilities? Considering the many odd events witnessed by the world in the last decade, who can honestly dismiss someone attempting this?

An analogy suitable for television

To better understand the actual hijacking and what follows, consider the following analogy. A Colombian drug kingpin, operating an international illegal drug network within a corrupt political government, sends a group of “mules,” or carriers, to deliver a large shipment of drugs into another country. Through multiple means, including blackmail, payoffs, threats and kickbacks, the drug kingpin has compromised members of the government at the highest levels, and is permitted to operate his illicit operation without fear of arrest. Aside from the nature of the cargo, that situation is analogous to the Arctic Sea.

At this point, we begin to consider divergent scenarios relative to the hijacking itself, such as:
At some level within the otherwise corrupt government, an agency tasked with drug enforcement measures did not get the “memo” that this kingpin, his mules and the shipment are not to be touched. Members of that agency make an arrest during shipment, and suddenly find themselves facing the wrath of their own government leaders for actually doing their job.

Alternatively, a rogue group of criminals aware of the shipment decide to take the shipment of drugs, or divert it for their own personal gain.

Another possibility is that the “mules” themselves arrange for the shipment to be hijacked, knowing that the hijackers would be sophisticated enough to disable the tracking devices on the vehicle. They did not expect someone from within the government to actually enlist the aid of an organization such as NATO, possessing greater electronic surveillance equipment, to assist in the tracking and recovery of the shipment.

Yet another possibility is that the hijacking served as a “cover story,” giving the ship and crew the necessary time and invisibility so that the cargo could be offloaded to the “purchaser” in a more remote area.

The accounts of the hijacking itself remain cloudy and a focus of pure speculation. Nonetheless, one is able to gain better and more accurate insight into the hijacking and hijackers by looking at the Russian response to the event.

A telling event in tracking the Arctic Sea

Open source reports state that the hijackers boarded the ship and disabled some high tech devices, including the automatic identification system and a satellite transponder. This would, of course, suggest a level of knowledge and sophistication surpassing less capable pirates found cruising in the normal dangerous areas of the high seas. It might also suggest collusion by members of the crew members themselves. While that is indeed an important aspect of this event, it is more important to look at the subsequent tracking of the vessel, according to our intelligence sources. It is within this area that one will find clues to the “real events” involving the allegedly hijacked vessel.

As postulated by Roland Oliphant of RussiaProfile.org in an article titled Hidden in Plain Sight, the Russian Navy, via Russian Intelligence, was actively tracking the Arctic Sea through classified means despite the disabling of the automatic identification system (AIS) and other beacon equipment. Russia’s “eyes in the sky” would explain their silence during the recovery of the ship (for the safety of the crew) and their ability to locate the vessel on open waters as quickly as they did. Although it seems plausible at first blush, one must ask whether that really happened. Our response and the most likely answer is that it probably did not.

A report published on 20 August 2009 by RIANOVOSTI titled Russian envoy praises NATO role in search for Arctic Sea discloses that the assets of other countries - under the umbrella of NATO - were employed in that manner. In fact, it was NATO Secretary General Anders Fogh Rasmussen who provided the means to the Russians including the use of an integrated maritime monitoring system “which helps the alliance to track the movement of vessels in the sea.” Therefore and most importantly, it was not the Russians who initiated the tracking of the Arctic Sea, although they were certainly the beneficiaries.

According to Sean Osborne, military affairs specialist with the Northeast Intelligence Network, this move by NATO could well constitute a breach of U.S. and NATO operational security (OPSEC) in that NATO has essentially provided critical classified intelligence to the Russians.
If this report is correct as our sources have confirmed , then NATO provided Russia not only the means but critical information about the depth of our capability to precisely track small vessels in the open ocean absent of the AIS or other such tracking devices. Mr. Osborne adds that this specific capability is classified as Top Secret/Specially Compartmented Intelligence (TS/SCI) at least until 2015.

Therefore, the role of NATO within this aspect of the Arctic Sea incident must not be overlooked, nor its importance underestimated. In fact, it is this very aspect of the hunt for the Arctic Sea that should be setting off proverbial alarm bells among NATO member nations. Unfortunately, this matter will likely be overlooked while the focus remains myopically on the cargo and away from the behavior of Russia and those in collusion with such state-sponsored activities.

The question now becomes why would NATO provide sensitive information to Russia, the country essentially responsible for its creation? The answers might reside very close to home, within our highly infiltrated and heavily compromised Department of State.

In an article dated July 30, 2009 published again by RIANOVOSTI, it is apparent that Washington has sent overtures to Russia about joining the NATO alliance. According to that article, Assistant Secretary of State Philip Gordon stated that the U.S., under the Obama administration, would consider Russian membership in the military alliance! Although Russia has since dismissed this confusing overture, the fact that it was even made is illustrative of a larger agenda of global governance. This agenda of submission to a global governance, a one world order or “New World Order,” once fodder for conspiracy theorists, is clearly evident in the NATO (i.e. U.S.) actions relative to the Arctic Sea. This one aspect of the MV Arctic Sea, as previously associated with the serial aspect of weapons proliferation, connects certain agencies of our own government and certain officials - again, either willingly or through compulsion, to a globalist agenda. The tracking of the Arctic Sea provides just one example of this globalist agenda at work.

The globalist agenda is certainly not limited to the current administration, and can be traced to both sides of the political aisles. What is of specific importance to their agenda under this administration lies not solely with Obama himself, but what political appointments are being spawned by his past associations and those to whom he is committed through massive investments to his political machine.

While news of the overture made by the current U.S. State Department to Russia to join NATO was casually reported by the media, news over the concern regarding the Arctic Sea was conspicuously absent. It would be reasonable to expect that the mere possibility of a vessel suspected of supplying nuclear cargo to Iran, a cargo that ostensibly originated in Russia, would merit at least a mention by the U.S. Department of State or someone within the current administration. Despite the close proximity to the action by Secretary of State Hillary Clinton at about the same time this issue was making headlines in Europe, there was silence.

That silence continued during a visit to Russia by Israeli President Shimon Peres immediately after the Arctic Sea was recovered. Peres met with the Russian President Dmitry Medvedev in the city of Sochi to discuss, among other things, Iran’s nuclear program. That visit appears to have been arranged during the search and recovery of the Arctic Sea. It was a relatively brief visit that took place during Medvedev’s summer vacation at his summer home, and corresponds with the unusual order he gave that dispatched the Baltic fleet of the Russian navy to “search” for the vessel.

It is important to note the confluence of events during the period from 12 through 17 August 2009. The Arctic Sea had been missing and believed “hijacked” for weeks, yet Russia made no effort to secure its recovery. Suddenly, Russian President Medvedev orders an entire naval fleet consisting of submarines and destroyers to search for a “hijacked” ship carrying a cargo of timber. At about the same time the ship was “found” and Medvedev sent three large military cargo planes to transport the crew and hijackers back to Russia, Israeli President pays Medvedev a brief visit at his summer home on the Black Sea.

A transport of large proportions

The retaking of the Arctic Sea and the rescue of the crew is most telling. Reports about how the crew was confined together with the alleged hijackers - something not done in a traditional hostage-rescue situation-have already been published and discussed. Russia also flew the crew and hijackers together from Cape Verde to the Lefortovo remand prison in Moscow. What is not being discussed is much more curious and more telling.

In plain sight, Russia deployed three full size military cargo planes to Cape Verde to pick up the ship’s crew and hijackers. Considering that these aircraft are the Russian counterpart of our own C-130 transport planes, the logical question is to ask why. What was the purpose of sending not one but three such aircraft to transport 11 crew members and 8 hijackers back to Russia?

During the course of our investigation, that question was posed to our intelligence source in Europe, and the answer received was simple and direct. The less-public recovery operation was directed by the same cabal within the Russian government as the deployment of the ship. While the public’s attention was diverted to the “freeing of the crew and the perp walk” of the alleged hijackers, Russian assets were busy removing the illicit cargo from the ship onto the unused aircraft. This appears to be substantiated by the abnormally long period of time passing between the retaking of the ship and its release back to Russia. The transfer reportedly took place while the crew and hijackers were under the control of the Russian naval assets sent to the islands.

Also according to our intelligence source, the arrest of the alleged hijackers and the “rescue” of the crew were conducted by Russian Naval assets. The order for deployment of the transport planes came through different channels, specifically from assets inside Russian intelligence. “These were two separate and distinctly different operations,” stated this intelligence source.

To answer the question posed above, our intelligence source in Europe states that at least two of the cargo planes dispatched for this rescue operation broke away from the third and “appeared to be on a separate mission.” This source stated that the two cargo planes were delayed from departure at Cape Verde, surrounded by Russian forces under heavy security, and ultimately landed at a separate hanger upon their return to Russia.

The actions of the two planes would make sense if they were returning nuclear cargo to Russia.

The value of diversion

Of particular value in asymmetrical warfare is “diversion,” whether it is diversion of assets or attention to a specific event. Just such an event took place with the Arctic Sea. While NATO assets and satellite coverage was focused on “locating” the Arctic Sea (despite the likelihood that Russia never lost the ship), one has to ask what was taking place elsewhere - from the Caspian Sea to the Atlantic.

Particularly troublesome is the commitment of NATO assets to this search. We will be providing more information about the individuals involved in this decision in subsequent reports.

The strange death of Alexander Litvinenko

Remember Alexander Litvinenko? Litvinenko, a former KGB officer, was responsible for exposing “false flag operations” by members of the Russian FSB, a successor organization to the KGB. In his book Blowing up Russia: Terror from Within, he stated that it was Federal Security Service (FSB) agents in Russia that planned and executed the 1999 apartment block bombings that killed more than 300 people. The attacks served to sway public opinion in favor of Russia’s second war in Chechnya. As a result of that bombing, the Russian military launched a huge military offensive.

During his tenure with the KGB, Litvinenko was privy to numerous Soviet intelligence and military operations. Perhaps the most relevant revelation to the U.S. is that Litvinenko maintained that Ayman al-Zawahiri, al Qaeda’s second in command only to Osama bin Laden, was trained by the FSB in Dagestan in the years running up to the 9/11 attacks. Sean Osborne, military affairs specialist for the Northeast Intelligence Network, reported on the ties between the KGB and Ayman al Zawahiri in this article dated 6 May 2007.

After authoring his book and further exposing state sponsored terror, corruption and ties to numerous watershed events, Litvinenko settled in the UK in 2000 after being granted political asylum. In October 2006, he was somehow poisoned with polonium-210. Was it a case of murder or something entirely different?

An investigation involving Scotland Yard and the FBI resulted in identifying Andrei Lugovoi as the key suspect in the murder/death of Litvinenko. Who is Lugovoi and where is he now? As noted in this article dated 7 June 2009 by the UK Times online:

Andrei Lugovoi has been appointed to the security committee of the Duma, the lower house of the Russian parliament.

The committee, which oversees antiterrorist legislation and border security, has regular contact with the Federal Security Service (FSB) - the former KGB - and the interior ministry.

The case of Alexander Litvinenko and the lead suspect in his “murder,” Andrei Lugovoi, may be tangentially tied to the case of the Arctic Sea. Polonium-210, the radioactive isotope that caused the death of Litvinenko, was traced to the Avangard plant in Russia. Polonium-210 is used for the trigger in nuclear weapons and when found where it shouldn’t be, is a prime indicator of smuggling nuclear components.

Our intelligence sources have confided that the death of Livinenko and the identification of Lugovoi as the prime suspect are much deeper and more complex than a “simple” state-sanctioned assassination.

Stated our source:

“I can tell you this much, that his death is directly related to smuggling nuclear materials on the black market to Islamic terrorist regimes. Take that at face value, without reading anything further into it. Understand that the amount of Polonium-210 to which Litvinenko was exposed is one-billionth of an ounce, infinitely smaller than a grain of sand. Despite published reports that his [Litvinenko's] tea was spiked by Polonium-210, you should consider how that was accomplished. You’ve got to understand not only where Polonium-210 comes from and what it is used for, but how it is handled. Spiking someone’s tea with a substance -the amount of which would barely be detected on the sharp end of a needle-would be quite problematic. It would be much useful to look at the movements of both Litvinenko and Lugovoi while Lugovoi was in the UK. Then, look at the traffic of black-market nuclear materials.”

In other words, according to our intelligence source, whether Litvinenko was “murdered” with polonium-210 is actually of lesser importance to the fact that he was exposed to the substance - in London. The fact that polonium-210 is in London when nearly all of the intensely radioactive isotope is manufactured at a closely guarded nuclear reactor in Russia is of prime importance.
According to investigative results from UK intelligence officials, it is obvious that the UK was not the ultimate destination of the polonium-210. Most importantly, the polonium was further identified as black-market cargo in the nuclear arms trade.

Guided by the information provided by our intelligence source, this investigator conducted additional research into individuals and events encompassing the time period from approximately 1997 through the present. This period not only encompasses the activities of Litvinenko, but those of other Russian officials, former Soviet diplomats, UN officials, as well as individuals within the U.S. government and related agencies. This investigative data was compared to the various documents that were published by and for U.S. intelligence officials during that same period of time, and is continuing as of this writing.

One specific item that immediately caught my interest was the 2007 National Intelligence Estimate (NIE) on Iran. The conclusion reached in that document was in complete opposition to the numerous NIE documents issued within the previous ten-(10) years. Specifically, the findings were that Iran had halted their nuclear weapons program in 2003 and had not since sought to achieve a position among the community of nuclear armed nations.

Immediately after the release of that document, politicians on both side of the political aisle put their personal agendas into overdrive, with truth taking a back seat. As detailed in an assessment by Sean Osborne quoting a Wall Street Journal editorial, the authors of that NIE report include three former State Department officials with previous reputations as “hyper-partisan anti-Bush officials.” They were identified as Tom Fingar, formerly of the State Department’s Bureau of Intelligence and Research; Vann Van Diepen, the National Intelligence Officer for WMD; and Kenneth Brill, the former U.S. Ambassador to the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) and a career foreign-service officer. An insightful article about Brill was published in an article by Frank Gaffney, Jr. on 1 July 2005, available at this link.

What is readily apparent to even those outside of the intelligence community is the existence of a rift between the Bush administration (at that time) and members of the U.S. State Department. Responding to the 9/11 attacks and based on the 9/11 commission’s advice, the Bush administration created the position of Director of National Intelligence (DNI), a position that evolved from DCI, or Director of Central Intelligence. It is interesting to note that the first DNI was John Negroponte, who, after his tenure as DNI, was sworn in as Deputy Secretary of State in 2007.

Referring again to intelligence expert Frank Gaffney, Jr., in an article published in January 2005, Gaffney describes Negroponte:

“He acted like a typical bureaucrat, building the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) into an empire of some 1,500 employees. What should have been a lean intelligence-coordinating outfit has instead developed and expanded at the expense of line agencies with real responsibilities and at a staggering cost of $100 million a year.”

In a withering critique of Negroponte’s organization (and, at least implicitly, his performance) delivered at the CIA last year, District Court Judge Richard Posner - a highly regarded expert on intelligence matters - observed that ODNI was characterized by “delay and loss of information from the bottom up, delay and misunderstanding of commands from the top down, [and] turf fights for the attention of the top layer.”

Negroponte’s failure to streamline the U.S. intelligence apparatus and enhance its capabilities was greatly exacerbated by his poor judgment in staffing key positions at ODNI. Rather than filling the ranks with intelligence professionals, he opted in a number of cases to populate senior positions with fellow Foreign Service Officers. The most notable of these were two individuals whose judgment and conduct had previously been called into serious question: Thomas Fingar, the deputy DNI for analysis, and Kenneth Brill, the director of the DNI’s National Counterproliferation Center.”

The reason this is so important is twofold. First, it provides critical insight into how the DNI, the result of recommendations by the heavily compromised and infiltrated Keen Commission and created by legislation introduced by Senators Dianne Feinstein, Jay Rockefeller and Bob Graham was woefully deficient in terms of streamlining intelligence. What happened instead was that the DNI focused on appointing individuals to key agencies that further impaired an already bloated bureaucracy.

The second important aspect involves the individuals selected by the DNI, which is more relevant to this article. Note that the DNI appeared to exploit that position by appointing those with questionable agendas to key positions. One merely has to look at the backgrounds of the individuals within the 16 intelligence agencies who ultimately authored the 2007 NIE to find agendas that include globalist leanings and not-so-subtle pro-Arab, pro-Palestinian, and anti-Semitic leanings. The result should have been predictable, at least in hindsight.

The formation of the DNI at the recommendation of the 9/11 commission, the publication of the 2007 NIE on Iran (including some of the greatest intelligence flip-flops since the Scott Ritter-Burger King-Iraq movie deal), indeed applies to the current case involving the Arctic Sea. First, one must understand that our intelligence apparatus has been compromised from within. Some of the individuals who were involved in the 2007 NIE have been rewarded with positions within the State Department, where they are better able to advance their globalist agenda. The process began long before Barack Hussein Obama became a DC resident, although is being accelerated under his watch due to those who are closely associated with him. The Republicans and Democrats are subjugated by the globalist, “one world government” and “New World Order” movements.

Ultimately, black market nuclear weapons proliferation is being permitted to exist and flourish, while true intelligence is so heavily politicized that the end product fails to represent a truthful analysis of the raw information collected by our patriotic officers and foot soldiers.

The Scottish Parliamentarians adopted the morally correct opposing view and condemned Justice Secretary Kenny MacAskill. Lang mae yer lum reek Scotland! America thanks you!

Update 30 August 2009: Here it comes... both the previous and the current British government sitting in London force fed the decision to release the Libyan terrorist murderer of American and British innocents due to their thrist for Libyan oil. From The Sunday Times we learn,

The British government decided it was “in the overwhelming interests of the United Kingdom” to make Abdelbaset Ali Mohmed al-Megrahi, the Lockerbie bomber, eligible for return to Libya, leaked ministerial letters reveal.
Gordon Brown’s government made the decision after discussions between Libya and BP over a multi-million-pound oil exploration deal had hit difficulties. These were resolved soon afterwards.
The letters were sent two years ago by Jack Straw, the justice secretary, to Kenny MacAskill, his counterpart in Scotland, who has been widely criticised for taking the formal decision to permit Megrahi’s release.
The correspondence makes it plain that the key decision to include Megrahi in a deal with Libya to allow prisoners to return home was, in fact, taken in London for British national interests.

Here both Americans and our Bristish cousins have proof of what we have long suspected. We now know for certain exactly how much the ruling elitists, i.e. the Global Oligarchy, value our innocent lives. The sum total value is the equivilent of jack-diddley squat.

20 August 2009: Libyan intelligence operative and international terrorist Abdelbaset Ali Mohammed al-Megrahi was released from prison today after serving just 8 years of his life sentence for the bombing of PanAm Flight 103 which killed all 259 passengers and crew plus 11 Scottish citizens on the ground near Lockerbie, Scotland on December 21, 1988.

Disgust and seething outrage are the only words which come close to describing the travesty of justice which has been thrust upon the still grieving families. I don't care what his alleged medical condition might be, this COLD-BLOODED MURDERER OF HUNDREDS OF INNOCENTS should have died in prison and been returned to his Libyan home in a body bag. Period.

Kenny MacAskill, you are a disgrace to Scotland. Your compassion and mercy for the lone convicted terrorist far outweighed your compassion and mercy for the hundreds of family members of his INNOCENT victims. Hang your head in the shame and scorn that you now so richly deserve.

Section 1. Based upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Health and Human Services, in consultation with the Surgeon General, and for the purpose set forth in section 1 of Executive Order 13295 of April 4, 2003, section 1 of such order is amended by adding at the end thereof the following new subsection:

"(c) Influenza caused by novel or reemergent influenza viruses that are causing, or have the potential to cause, a pandemic.".

Sec. 2. This order is not intended to, and does not, create any right or benefit, substantive or procedural, enforceable at law or in equity by any party against the United States, its departments, agencies, entities, officers, employees or agents, or any other person.

Update 02 September 2009: I accessed and saved the above amendment to E.O. 13295 back on 12 June 2009. Given all the recent chatter concerning the high probability potential for federal, state and local government responses relative to the growing threat of a renewed pandemic of the novel SOI H1N1 virus in the USA, I deem the above to be crucial public information. How many of you have seen this in your local news? How about in the national media? Are you like myself in wondering why not? If so, then the rest of this NEINblog entry may be of considerable interest to you.

My take on the meaning of the above is as follows:

The amendment to E.O. 13295 specifically adds the novel SOI H1N1 Virus to the list of Quarantinable Communicable Diseases identified in E.O. 13295 which grants the Secretary of Health to act with all the powers of the President of the United States pursuant to sections 362 and 364(a) of the Public Health Service Act (42 U.S.C. 265 and 267(a) ) to:

"...prohibit, in whole or in part, the introduction of persons and property from such countries or places as he shall designate in order to avert such danger, and for such period of time as he may deem necessary for such purpose."

and

"...shall control, direct, and manage all United States quarantine stations, grounds, and anchorages, designate their boundaries, and designate thequarantine officers to be in charge thereof. With the approval of the President he shall from time to time select suitable sites for and establish such additional stations, grounds, and anchorages in the States and possessions of the United States as in his judgment are necessary to prevent the introduction of communicable diseases into the States and possessions of the United States."

By which meaneth if you display symptoms of or are determined to be infected by the SOI H1N1 flu virus the government can place you in quarantine indefinitely. When mandatory and priority immunization injections of hospital staff and health care workers begin as recommended back in mid-July 2009 by the World Health Organization (WHO) and the Strategic Advisory Group of Experts (SAGE) on Immunization, then I believe we will have an indication and warning (I&W) of pending or imminent government responses as seen in the amended E.O. above. Remember, this is all about the SOI H1N1 virus being an uncontrollable Phase 6 global pandemic.

So, what scale might one imagine that global (i.e. the U.N. and WHO) and national governments actions will amount to in attempting to contain and control this uncontainable and uncontrollable H1N1 virus?

This is where clarity is given to the amended E.O above. Global and national governments are going to act in the only way they can, they are going to act to contain and control John and Jane Q Public (i.e. you and me, the infectees). Global and national governments will act for, and commit this phrase to memory my friends, "the common good in a public health emergency." That's what governments do in "public health emergencies." As developing pandemic conditions warrant they can quarantine entire neighborhoods. They could declare the "public health" equivilent of martial law. They could come into your home or business without a warrant and at will under the full protection of "the law" to "check" on things. They can take those suspected of being infected away. Even someone who coughs or sneezes with nothing more than hay fever or allergies which are common occurances this time of year or with a common cold can be taken away as suspect of being infected as part of the actions deemed necessary or appropriate or required by law in a "public health emergency." Coughing or sneezing can be deemed to be symptomatic of infection by the SOI H1N1 virus.

So the bottom line could well be that for the "common good" your rights as a citizen might stand a good chance of being waived, null and void. It could amount to "you sneeze and you are simultaneously a threat and a victim." That's how things could be during a declared pandemic. We can only hope they government will treat you as they now treat a captured Islamic terrorist and read you your Miranda rights before they legally take you away for an indefinite period of time to a quarantine station.

ON or about Saturday morning, 25 April 2009, the first indications of an H1N1 viral outbreak were being reported as print media headlines and broadcast media talking heads appeared to be vacillating from breathless, fearful stammering to clarion calls about something wicked this way comes from South of the Border. To this very minute, ten days later on the 5th of May/Cinco de Mayo, the reporting continues to vacillate from it's much ado about nothing, to the threat is not as great as we first thought, to a W.H.O. Phase 6 pandemic is still a distinct possibility.

The initial reports were replete with phrases like: W.H.O. declares swine flu emergency, pandemic alert, serious situation, unable to be contained, public health emergency. Within a single day the crisis went from Mexico City to New York City and beyond. Such is the nature of virus propagation in an age of non-stop intercontinental commercial air traffic. Mexico City today, Madrid in mere hours, Melbourne and Christchurch by midnight tomorrow. America was concerned because the threat reporting was as urgent as anything we've seen in recent years.

On 26 April the White House announced they were looking into it as President Barack Hussein Obama was probably somewhere on a back nine of The Courses golf course at Andrews Air Force Base in Maryland. This was about a week after Obama's own scare having been the guest of famed Mexican archaeologist Felipe Solis in Mexico City on 16 April. Mexican newspapers reported that Felipe contracted the H1N1 virus the next day and died a week later. Perhaps this explains why the American media went gaga - their Obamessiah came just that close to contracting and potentially croaking from the pig flu? Well, to be honest, I'm not really sure about that because as quickly as that story was circulated it was pooh-poohed and denied as false. Ay caramba!

So it went and so I watched this event unfold for the next couple of days, ever mindful that in Matthew 24 Jesus foretold of such pestilences, among other dire events such as wars, famines and earthquakes, occurring all over the world with ever increasing frequency and severity in these last days, as signs preceding His second coming. Jesus' description of these pestilences was clearly to global, pandemic-type outbreaks of disease. Since we're in the "season" of His coming, let's take a look at relatively recent history through some research I have conducted.

In 1918-19 there was the so-called Spanish Flu which killed tens of millions of otherwise healthy people, primarily young adults to mature adults in mid-life. The victims were said to report feeling ill in the morning and were dead by nightfall.
Then there was the Asian Flu outbreak which began in the Far East during February 1957, quickly became a global, two-wave pandemic, and did not fully subside until March 1958. In the United States alone nearly 70,000 people were killed by this virus or medical complications arising from it.
Ten years later, in early 1968, the Hong Kong Flu, a genetic relative of the Asian Flu, erupted and became a pandemic and thereafter continued on in small contagion waves through to 1972. Nearly 34,000 died.
And just over ten years ago, in 1997 and then in 1999, in came the Avian Flu, more commonly known as Bird Flu. This outbreak consisted of, respectively, two novel strains: the H5N1 and the H9N2. A global pandemic did not ensue but this particular virus remains feared by epidemiologists the world over due to its ability to infect human beings and ability to morph (i.e. reassortment/recombination of its genetic composition) into other lethal viral strains.

Note that the period after WWI through to the post-WWII era there was no great viral pandemic. Humanity was forced into the business of slaughtering itself (50 million+) during those years on a scale which puts the deaths caused by viral pandemics to shame. This, again according to the Bible, is "par for the course," so to speak. Wars have killed and will yet kill more human beings than all pestilences, earthquakes, and famines combined, even though famines and pestilences usually follow in very short order behind a war.

It also appears that following the end of WWII a global pandemic, or threat of a pandemic began to occur just about every ten years, increasing in frequency of late to a near permanent state of a viral outbreak or some other disease grabbing global headlines. Think about recent reports on HIV, AIDS, SARS, bubonic plague, hantavirus, never before seen strains of encephalitis, all manner of infectious diseases. We, as a species, are sick and getting sicker.

So, as I continue to track this new H1N1 strain, I will continue to be ever mindful that the next great war (and the rumor of an even greater war following it) appears poised to erupt in the Middle East with little or no further warning, thereby grabbing the headlines and the talking heads attention as this current pandemic continues its march through the population, and with the epidemiologists of the world uncertain whether it will subside or come back in a more deadly wave of contagion. One thing is for certain, all of the viral strains of the 20th Century are alive and well in the 21st Century, and this latest H1N1 has some facet of the genetic code of each of its predecessors within it.

Floyd and Mary Beth Brown: "Why Americans are Up in Arms"

28 August 2009: Authors Floyd and Mary Beth Brown hit the traget smack-dab in the middle with this article posted at Townhall.com yesterday.

Here is an excerpt, truly the 'meat and taters' heart of their article, which I have no doubt will make any conservative defender of the Constitution smile as it particularly and adeptly highlights the buffoonish anti-American antics of Chris Matthews, MSNBC and the rest of the looney Leftist media:

"In New Hampshire, William Kostric showed up near a town hall meeting carrying a pistol, and a placard proclaiming, "It is time to water the tree of liberty!" in reference to the famous Thomas Jefferson quotation, "The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of tyrants and patriots." Kostric had no intention of hurting the president; he was exercising his rights and making a political statement using the pistol as a visual reminder. When interviewed by Chris Matthews of MSNBC, Kostric said he went to the town hall because he "wanted people to remember the rights that we have, and how quickly we are losing them." After making this statement, Chris Matthews verbally accosted him and compared him to John Wilkes Booth and other fanatics. Kostric clearly explained that he was not advocating violence, but was practicing his constitutional right to bear arms.

The second incident prompted the media to erroneously pronounce the opponents of Obamacare as racist rednecks. A young man named Chris wore an AR-15 slung over his shoulder with a 9 mm pistol strapped on his hip. Roughly a dozen others were also carrying firearms with Chris outside an Obama appearance in Arizona. Earlier, these individuals coordinated their right to openly carry firearms with the Phoenix Police Department. They deliberately did this to show the country that the Phoenix police are very supportive of their rights to keep and bear arms. The elitist media missed the whole point and went ballistic.

Chris Matthews fretted about assassination attempts, while Contessa Brewer stammered, "there are questions about whether this has racial overtones... I mean here you have a man of color in the presidency and white people showing up with guns." MSNBC's pop culture analyst Touré anxiously said, "I'm not going to be surprised if we see somebody get a chance and take a chance and really try to hurt him." However, these talking heads glossed over a crucial detail: the man carrying the AR-15 was black. They were dishonestly trying to portray the group of gun toting citizens in Arizona as racists. MSNBC cleverly edited the video footage to show only the semi-automatic rifle, hiding the face of its bearer, Chris, an African American."

The Left simply does not "get it." Is it not hilarious that the mere sight of American citizens exercising their guaranteed 2nd Amendment rights instantaneously translates into over-the-top tremulous fear, agitated hand-wringing and quivering verbal expressions of angst and trepidation? Is it not hilarious that these nationally exhibited symptoms have replaced the "chills down my legs" exuberance they exhibited just a few short months ago? Are you kidding me? I'd been rolling on the floor for some time with gut-busting laughter since reading the Brown's article.

Then I decided to take a look at the MSNBC website concerning this subject. Know what I found? I found a poll which posed the question: "Is it appropriate for gun-rights activists to openly carry their weapons near a presidential event?" Is it "appropriate"? How about it's the law! you morons in the media.

So guess how real Americans responded to it? I am proud to inform that by a better than 2-to-1 margin (at last count 14,812 "Yes" to 7,141 "No" ) we patriots said, "Yes, Law abiding citizens should be able to do whatever is legal."

Note to the Left: someday you will have to learn to not say certain things much less put them into print. You already know that patriotic conservatives think you're insane, so why go so far as to prove it? Duh.

Threats, Media Manipulation on Obama Eligibility - We Have Proof

3 August 2009: Ayman al Zawahiri, al Qaeda’s #2 behind Osama bin Laden, was featured in a 90-minute interview produced by the terror groups media wing As Sahab. The interview is being touted as a reinforcement of a “conditional truce” initially offered to the U.S. by bin Laden in 2006, although is actually more of an ultimatum rather than a potential peace offering.

Zawahiri reiterated calls for the U.S. to vacate Muslim lands, including Afghanistan and Iraq and called for a release of all Muslim prisoners. During the 90 minute message, Zawahiri also referenced “apostate” Islamic governments and described the nation of Israel a “crime against Muslims” that must be wiped from the map.

Interestingly, Zawahiri cited the change in language from former U.S. President George W. Bush to the words of Barack Hussein Obama, referring to the latter’s speech in Cairo in early June. References to the Cairo speech clearly shows that Zawahiri is in a position to follow current geopolitical events despite the $25 million bounty placed on him by the United States.

Intelligence Implications & Historical Analysis

There are two aspects of this video that have eluded current news reports. The first and perhaps most curious is the conspicuous absence of Osama bin Laden, considering that it is ostensibly bin Laden’s conditions that form the basis for this truce and Zawahiri’s latest message. We have not seen any proof of life from bin Laden since at least 2004.

Secondly, one may look to the so-called truce offered to Europe in 2004 by al Qaeda, which was followed by attacks shortly thereafter. By superimposing this historical template over today’s current geopolitical events, including what might be considered as a growing desperation within al Qaeda due to the successes of sustained U.S. air strikes and significant victories, the message couold be viewed as a warning for strikes against the West.

In any case, the “new” message from Zawahiri appears to be a recycling of “old” demands by the de facto leader of al Qaeda. Perhaps intelligence analysis should focus on the Islamic government that is harboring Zawahiri and facilitating his propaganda efforts.

It is the opinion of this analyst that Osama bin Laden, if he is still alive, has been a guest of the Ayatollah in the Islamic Republic of Iran for the past 7 1/2 years, and although unspoken in the past several months, there is no question that Iran remains a member of the almost-but-not-forgotten "Axis of Evil."

2.) In his statement Ayman al-Zawahri made specific threats against the State of Israel, the Jewish faith, the United States, Christians of the West as well as the allies of each. The threats issued by these Islamic jihadists have always constituted existential threats to our way of life.

3.) Ayman al-Zawahri once again spoke directly to Barack Obama by saying, "If Obama wants an understanding then he should respond to Sheikh Osama [bin Laden's] two offers." Those "offers" have nothing to do with any "understanding" and everything to do with an ad nauseam reiteration of the standard Wahhabi terrorist demands for an immediate and unilateral withdrawal of all "infidel troops from all the land of Islam" and an "end to stealing Muslim wealth (oil) under the threat of military power." If one looks closely enough one should clearly see that the long-term agenda of the Russian communists is alive and well within Islamic jihadism. Remember also that these putrid terrorists are the epitome of racist bigots in that Ayman al-Zawahri referred to Barack Obama just a few short months ago as a "house Negro."

4.) The bottom line when dealing with Ayman al-Zawahri, among many others of his ilk, is to understand that he has been an operative of the Rusian FSB since his capture an incarceration by them in the late 1990s in the Russian Caucasus. 16 months prior to his death at the hands of Russian FSB assassins armed with highly radioactive polonium, Alexander Litvinenko, a KGB/FSB defector, stated the following:

"I know only one organization that has made terrorism the main tool of solving political problems. It is the Russian special services.… At the special department of the KGB they trained terrorists from practically every country in the world…. The bloodiest terrorists in the world were or are agents of the KGB-FSB…. I can definitely say that the center of global terrorism is not in Iraq, Iran, Afghanistan or the Chechen Republic. The terrorist infection is spread worldwide from Lubyanka Square and the Kremlin cabinet. And until the Russian special services are outlawed, dispersed and condemned, the terrorism will never stop: bombs will blow up and blood will be shed…. Yuri Andropov, Vladimir Putin, Nikolay Patrushev and others — these people are the main terrorists.... And until we condemn them ... global terrorism will continue."

The "Axis of Evil" is alive and well. It's headquarters has always been in Moscow and terrorism has always been its primary tactic. So when Ayman al-Zawahri is seen in a video speaking his usual terrorist rhetoric we should know Vladimir Putin and his communist and Islamic minions are in lip-sync with every syllable.

Obama's Kenyan Birth & The Battle for the U.S. Constitution

UPDATE 03 August 2009: We awake this morning to a WorldNetDaily report with close-up images of what is purported to be a Certified Copy of Registration of Birth for Barack Hussein Obama II at the General Hospital of Mombasa, Kenya, on 4 August 1961. This certified copy was reportedly issued by Deputy Regisitrar Joshua Simon ODUYA on 17 February 1964.

Attorney Orly Taitz has filed a legal motion with the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California to determine "both the alleged birth certificate and foreign records not yet obtained – be preserved from destruction, asks for permission to legally request documents from Kenya and seeks a subpoena for deposition from Secretary of State Hillary Clinton.

We will all have to await the outcome of this legal challenge to authenticate this document. The only thing I would comment upon at this point as far as an analysis would go is to cite that the document appears to have been folded, top to bottom, in thirds, as you would fold a letter to be mailed through the post office. The document was then also apparently folded approximately three and one-half times, as one would to fit it into a billfold, shirt pocket or other small space for the purpose of transporting it undetected from one place to another.

30 July 2009: I'm just a tad surprised it has taken this long. What has "taken this long," you may ask? In just four days time 10 full months will have elapsed since 3 October 2008, a month prior to the presidential election, when Northeast Intelligence Network Director Doug Hagmann wrote these words regarding the first of dozens of high-profile law suits challenging Barack Hussein Obama's Constitutional eligibility to be President of these United States:

Based on information I obtained confidentially from sources close to this case (Berg v. Obama a/k/a Soetoro) within the last 48 hours, it appears that the court will, in fact, dismiss this complaint. Unfortunately, the dismissal will be based on a series of obscure technicalities and citations, thus setting the stage for a larger constitutional crisis in the months ahead. Count on it.

And then, one month after the election and about a month prior to the Inauguration, Director Hagmann wrote these words:

There is indeed something very wrong taking place, having sinister implications and global overtones. Sound too conspiratorial? Well, as long I will undoubtedly be branded a “conspiracy loon” for raising the issue of constitutional eligibility of the messianic Barack Hussein Obama, I might as well go all of the way.

Meanwhile, the constitutional “elephant in the room” is still there. And if I had to make a guess on how long the elephant would be staying, well, let’s just say this: I’d be planning on moving the furniture out and the food, water and the tons of newspapers that will be needed in.

So, here we are, 10 months later and the issue of Obama's (a/k/a Soetoro's) Constitutional eligibility appears to be approaching critical mass at about the same time as the Iranian nuclear weapons production issue and other "global overtones" have also attained the same status. Crisis management, anyone?

About a week ago Patrick Wood, the eidtor of The August Forecast, wrote an article entitled "Constitutional Crisis Looming?" The first few sentences penned by Mr. Wood provide a good overview regarding the disposition of opposing forces along the front lines of the coming battle:

The inflammatory issue of Barrack Obama’s birth certificate is gathering steam across America: Was he or was he not born in the United States? If he was born anywhere other than on American soil, then his presidency is invalidated. Why? The Constitution of the United States pointedly requires that the President be a natural born citizen.

Defusing the issue would be easy: Obama could simply provide a legitimate and complete birth certificate proving his birth location. Not only has he stubbornly refused to do so, but he has spent several million dollars in legal fees to thwart various citizen lawsuits that demand proper disclosure.

Obama has also legally cloaked records that could potentially support or discredit his citizenship claims, like school records and transcripts from Harvard and Occidental College. Some investigators suspect that he may have applied for admission as a foreign student.

The pack of critics (called “birthers” by Obama defenders) is getting larger by the day. Lou Dobbs and Rush Limbaugh are both talking about it. WorldNet Daily devoted an entire issue of WhistleBlower Magazine to it. Lawyers have filed dozens of
lawsuits. Military officers are challenging potentially illegal orders to be deployed to combat zones overseas. Left-wing organizations are being drawn into vocal opposition, thus stirring the pot even more.

As the battle heats up, the attacks on the “birthers” by their detractors (mostly left-wing) is taking on a familiar pattern. The former are being being ruthlessly ridiculed, scorned and marginalized as the “lunatic fringe.”

So far, neither side has blinked. Neither is willing to give an inch. The battle lines have been drawn.

On one side are arrayed the Constitutionalists. Constitutionalists are American citizens, like myself, who hold the rule of Constitutional law as sacrosanct, inviolable, worth defending, worth sacrificing our lives for if need be but not for our martyrdom sake, but for our children and our children's children and their Constitutional rights, so help us God.

On the other side are the Obamites led by the usurper-in-chief himself. Leftist, socialist, marxist and their strange, ever-insurgent Islamic bedfellows who are the antithesis of everything the Constitutionalists stand for. The enemy.

Skirmishing has been occuring all along the battlefront for some time now. Court battles have been rising and falling like the tide at the Normandy beachhead. Then came one very significant skirmish involving a reserve U.S. Army major who refused to accept a deployment order to Afghanistan on the basis of Obama's eligibility to issue lawful orders as the U.S. Armed Forces Commander-In-Chief. The major won his case, his deployment was cancelled. The enemy had blinked rather than fight head-on.

However, the enemy then used a secret apparatus known as the Defense Security Service, not entirely legal or within the scope of that agency's mission statement in my humble opinion, to get the Army major fired from his civilian job. This was a stealthy flanking maneuver which may or may not yet generate its own legal battles.

Nevertheless, and as I predicted at least 10 months ago, the U.S. Armed Forces would provide the ultimate test in forcing the issue of Barack Hussein Obama's Constitutional eligibility. I said this test would occur within the framework of his being able ot issue lawful orders, pursuant to the Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ). This test was in fact manifest in the court skirmish won by the reserve Army major. This was the skirmish which I believe has fully illuminated the Obama Administration's "Achilles Heel" and the Obamites know it. This critical issue has nearly scared the enemy senseless and it urgently needs to be exploited to the fullest extent possible as it is a bridge from which a spear can literally be thrust into the enemy's rear. This issue, in tactical or miiltary terms, is akin to the bridge over the Rhine River at Remagen during World War II. As 1st Army Commander Omar Bradley exclaimed when his troops had crossed the bridge after a day long assault, "Hot dog . . . this will bust 'em wide open. Shove everything you can across!"

The Obamites desperation became palpable due to this military victory and it manifested itself in the media this past week with CNN's Lou Dobbs and PMSNBC's resident leftist "tea-bagging queen" Rachel Maddow" trading fire on-the-air.

The only question now is when will the exploitation of the breach, the illuminated "Achilles Heel" take place? I suspect that assault will occur when a commander for the Constitutionalist side stands up and leads the charge across the bridge despite withering enemy fire.

17 July 2009: Almost simultaneous bomb blasts at the JW Marriott and the Ritz-Carlton hotels in central Jakarta on Friday have killed at least 9 people, wounding another 42, according to sources at the scene. This is the second Islamic terrorist attack within the last six years targeting the Marriott. A car bomb detonated by Muslim terrorists killed 12 people in 2003.

As I go over news reports and private assessments I find that there is one inescapable conclusive fact which will never be placed into print or broadcast over the airwaves by the Main Stream Media: MUSLIMS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THESE MURDERS. Period.

U.S. & South Korea web sites suffer heavy attacks

8 July 2009: In an exclusive interview with an intelligence source involved in keeping the infrastructure of the Internet safe from external attacks, the Northeast Intelligence Network learned that “the worst may be yet to come.” According to this cyber security source speaking on the strict condition of anonymity from his Virginia office the cyber attacks began to appear on July 3rd, initially appearing to originate from computers in the Asia Pacific region. They first appeared as “denial of service (DDoS) attacks targeting U.S. and South Korean government Internet servers, and were reported to have “peaked” during the Independence Day holiday weekend.

Not so, according to this high-ranking intelligence official. “I wouldn’t say that we are out of the woods yet, not by a long shot. In fact, our latest assessment shows that this is a sustained attack and we are still being hit,” he added. “These cyber attacks are indeed nasty, launched in a very well organized manner by a formidable enemy. It’s far from being over.”

In addition to key areas of infrastructure, the attacks are also being directed at the White House, the New York Stock Exchange and key command and control computers at the Pentagon. Frankly, we are not entirely certain how many of our systems have been affected or the full scope of the attacks. We are still closing some vulnerabilities, but the attacks are continuing.

At a briefing of South Korea’s lawmakers today by the National Intelligence Service, South Korea’s principal spy agency, the blame for the attacks was placed on North Korea or their sympathizers. Meanwhile in the United States, some computer experts were taken by surprise about the effectiveness of these attacks.

July 4 cyberattack called 'very minor'

Inability of agencies to prevent it 'pathetic'

A leading authority on cyberwarfare says the Independence Day attack that knocked some U.S. government Web sites offline was so primitive it could be compared to a modern air force using hot-air balloons instead of planes to attack a foe.

"We should have been able to shrug it off," James Lewis, project director of the independent blue-ribbon Commission on Cyber Security for the 44th Presidency told The Washington Times. "The physical equivalent of this would have been an attack using hot-air balloons."

A senior Department of Homeland Security official who requested anonymity to speak freely about interagency issues, said the government's response to the attacks was "beautifully choreographed ... everything went well."

The attacks, which began July 4 and continued through most of last week, targeted 47 Web sites in the United States and South Korea, according to data collected by Shadowserver.org, a group that monitors cyberattacks.

"The attack itself was very minor," said Marcus Sachs, director of the Internet Storm Center, a volunteer monitoring group run by Web security specialists.

Mr. Sachs said the attacks were "distributed denial of service" (DDOS) attacks, carried out using large networks of computers -- known as "botnets" -- that have been infected with a software virus without the knowledge of their owners.

Upon a broadcast command, or at a predetermined time, these computers begin bombarding their target Web sites with millions of fake requests for information, overloading them and causing real visitors to the site to experience long delays, or sometimes shutting the Web sites down altogether.

Specialists say it is almost impossible to discover the true origin of such attacks, and although some reports have cited anonymous South Korean intelligence officials as blaming North Korea, none of the specialists who spoke to The Times backed that thesis.

"There's not a shred of technical evidence it was North Korea," Mr. Sachs said.

Most of the U.S. sites targeted were only marginally affected, but those of some government agencies, including the Federal Trade Commission and the Secret Service, were temporarily knocked offline.
